The former head of Genichevsk district administration, ethnic Crimean Tatar Сейтумер Ниметуллаев Seyteemer Neimitullaev, is wanted by junta’s punitive apparatus. He famously said that he didn’t see Ukraine being without Russia for the next hundreds of years.
His “crimes” against junta: “suspected in separatism,” organization of the groups of people to travel to Kiev for Anti-Maidan demonstrations in December 2013. I never liked him ( we met in 2007 in Silicon Valley and shook hands while he was at Sun Micro for some time). Among many other projects he was the founding father of the famous DebIan LinUX distribution (DEBorah_and_IAN). He was world-famous for projects that he somehow started a bit or took over under his name without many own contributions (Especially: Sun I-ndi-AN-a OpenSolaris). While always planting his ego name into the projects while letter hundreds of others do the work.
In fact I disliked him and ranted against him.
But nevertheless: Unlike bankers and so called politicians he really didn’t deserve _this_.

Whatever… I get a lot of criticism from friends and family, and not just from you. But… there is nothing I can do. I love those guys.
I think there is right and wrong on both sides in this situation. But that doesn’t concern me right now. What does concern me is that anything that is a hit to the empire is good for the countries they are attacking. And that the worst nightmare for the empire is a rebellion (or the threat of a rebellion) from the white majority in the US. The troubles in the minority communities (while serious) are not a threat to the elite control. If they get out of “control” the police or military will crush them. But a rebellion in the white population. Especially if it gained traction. Could be the end of the elite. And if they “were” to join with some of the minority you would see the “American Spring” that many long for. I suspect the regime will do everything they can to see that this situation just “goes away”. But if it was to spread. The empire would be in a lot of trouble internally (especially if it spread to the US South). Revolts are strange things. No one thought at the time of the “Boston Tea Party”,anything would come of that. Nobody thought that a small bread riot in St Petersburg in 1916 would lead to much. And few thought that an attack or an old barely used jail in Paris would bring on a revolution. But today we read about that as the “Fall of the Bastille”.
In fact, the mainstream media has treated these guys with kid gloves compared to, say, environmental protesters. They have been given lots of benefits of plenty of made up doubts, and the word “terrorist” has rarely appeared, where radical eco-types tend to get demonized in no uncertain terms and called “eco-terrorists” and so on even if their actions were considerably milder than these people.
Also, let us imagine for a minute a group of armed black Americans occupying federal buildings, threatening violence and talking revolution. Would they still be there? They’d have been wiped from the map in nothing flat, we’d be talking about them in the past “with extreme prejudice” tense right now.
I’m definitely in the school of thought that says these guys aren’t freedom fighters, they’re just greedy bastards that have more than most people but want still more, at everyone else’s expense. And the arson was sanitized in the news, as Jack says.

Now, all that said, and despite that if an environmental activist had done what the Hammonds did, they would have been put away for decades, the five year sentence is actually an artefact of a stupid minimum-sentence law related to the moronic “war on terror”. Did they deserve it? I daresay. But it still stemmed from a crappy law. And what with the Hammonds being white and prosperous, I’m sure that if their hand hadn’t been forced by their own draconian laws intended for use against entrapped brown people and eco-freaks and such, they would never have put them away for so long. I read a lot of posts from the right-wingers. They hate and despise Obama and the regime (ironic isn’t it). And see it as oppressive to them (more irony there). While I’m not sure,I don’t think it would be a long stretch from that to rebellion. If the right match was lit. Which is why we see them trying to not use violence. If that type of thing was to spread (and especially in the US South). It would be a fire hard to put out. Frankly,for much of the World. Internal rebellion in the US tying down the empire’s attention. Wouldn’t be looked upon too sadly. I don’t see many in Syria or Donbass crying many crocodile tears over it.

I live in Oregon and couldn’t agree with you more. I get that the federal and state governments are out of control and that resistance is critical. But these heavily armed out of state welfare cowboys made a huge mistake thinking they could force their will upon the citizens of Oregon. With the exception of wealthy cattle ranchers, mining corporations, and logging companies virtually nobody here in Oregon wants the wildlife refuge they’ve occupied (or any other protect land) turned over to private interests for rapine and environmental devastation.

Some research into the situation in Oregon (where I also live) would throw some much-needed light onto a totally phony story about what’s going on there, and why.
The Hammonds were not jailed for “setting a fire to improve their land.” They set the fire in an attempt to cover up a mass deer-poaching caper, and then the fire got away from them and the poaching was revealed. That’s what they were convicted for, and that’s why they’re going back to prison, as they damn well deserve to do.
As for the Bundys, they’re upset because they can’t get more free stuff from the government, like free grazing on lands that belong to the public, or like the government slaughtering, for the Bundys, for free, the wild horses on the public lands that are eating grass that the Bundys want reserved exclusively for their cattle, even though the Bundys refuse to pay even the minuscule grazing fees for the public’s grass that their cattle are eating from the public’s land.

Returning to town in evening on state road posted 55mph grazed the ass of a cow and rolled three times in an area of open range where one of these fine folks was grazing 1 cow/40 acres on land they were too cheap to fence. Nearly killed my friend (broken neck) and we would have been liable for damage to the cow if they had found it.
Down here in the SW we have ranchers working in cooperation with agencies (BLM, F&W, USFS, etc) to effectively manage the public and private range country. They do prescribed burns etc with no fuss or grandstanding and the ranchers pay their fees for use of the PUBLIC land.

Hello Scott, thanks for the report. I would also like to add a correction to the part which reports on the Cologne incident. I live close to the area and was in fact planning to be in that part of Cologne at around midnight – but plans changed at the last minute – luckily as it turned out. The initial reports I read described that the assailants were North African in appeareance and a lot of them were talking in Arabic and French. If there were Arabic-looking men among the group then there really can’t have been many. This has been misrepresented in a lot of the press. Further – there is no suggestion that I have heard that they raped 100 women. There is one allegation of rape, all other allegations are of sexual abuse. It would seem that the men crowded the women grabbing at their breasts and between their legs meanwhile relieving them of eg mobile phones and wallets. It would seem that a group of men travelled to Cologne with this plan of action in mind. Apparently similar attacks have taken place in eg Hamburg and Stuttgart as well as other cities. There is clear organisation behind this.

The West Ukrainian areas (Galicia) are the “heartland” of the fascist movements in Ukraine. Over the years they have infected some people in other parts of Ukraine with that disease,mostly in Central Ukraine. But also some in the Southeast (Novorossian) Oblasts, as well. It will take strong treatment to cure that disease. Less so in the Southeast. But harder the further West you go. When the needed cure hits Galicia it will have to be in the form of a “major surgery” in that region.

Well you don’t release something and expect people to pay you for it.. I wrote a program that took an year to do, was the best at the time.. The company selling it and giving me royalty did not pay me for 6 months and pocketed the money and I pulled it and released it to people who needed to mail in what they thought it was worth.. I asked for like $3 at least, not worth it to go deposit the check other wise.. and I got like a dozen of em.. Same program was selling for over $30 commercially and they had sold like a thousand.. So what I learnt was that selling it and making 30K on it or allowing people to use it and pay what they thought it was worth was worth like a difference of 10000%.. $30 v/s $30,000… In either case I did not make any money, just kept the checks as a reminder.. and the company gave me checks that bounced and I had to pay $50 in handling fees to my bank.. twice so I lost $70 in the deal even if I cashed the sent in checks…
BUT I already guessed the outcome so it was not unexpected.. Most people pay because they have to use it at a company.. I know many that make a killing that way.. usually it involves blackmails and stuff but those are now captured markets.. leaving for another product is not an option as the company liability is so high from people bringing in the program and using it at work.. they make billions yes large numbers that way..
Yeah, nobody uses Solaris anymore anyway.

If you look at Turkey internally.It has a very little known and strange history. Throughout the 1930’s there were minor (and some major) uprisings and military crackdowns throughout the interior of the country. What they are doing to the Kurds today (terror) was common (and on a large scale) back then. Its important to remember to, that that was done by the “secular” Turkish government of the time. For nationalist reasons,and had nothing to do with religious reasons. In the Eastern areas there may be as many as 2-3 million “Turks” and Kurds that live hidden lives. Some called Turks are really Kurds. And many people in those regions are ethnically Armenian and in the far Northeast ethnically Georgians or Greeks. They converted to Islam and took Turkish or Kurdish identities in the years after WWI for protection from the Turks.Knowing the history of Turkish oppression of minorities in the past. The leader of the self proclaimed “Islamic State” (ISIS) Abu Baker al-Baghdadi, is, in his last speech, calling implicitly for help by referring to Quranic, and historical references. He, like many of his fellow students, acquired his knowledge of Islamic History and the Quran from Baghdad’ university. So, what lies behind Baghdadi’s referencing of Islamic historical events “the Battle of Tabuq” as described in the Surat al- Taw’ba?
Firstly, it must be understood that Baghdadi believes he is speaking in the name of the Muslim “Ummah”, the nation. This means he believes he is acting for Prophet Mohammed or in the waiting of Imam Mahdi, to run Muslims’ affairs and to manage Jihad “fi sabil-Allah” (in the name of God).
Secondly, to understand what Baghdadi is implying, it is important to have further understanding of the history of Islam, in this case, the battle of Tabuq:
On the Muslim month of Rajab, in the 9th year Hijra (Migration / AD630), there was a gathering of forces led by Heraclius, the Byzantine Emperor outside al-Madinah to attack Muslims led by prophet Mohammed. It was a period of famine and scarcity. Most fighters, Mujahedeen, had no money to buy weapons, although Mohammed had called for Jihad and a general mobilisation under the given threat. The Prophet faced indiscipline in the city, as some where for Jihad and others against. Those who hesitated and asked Mohammed to change his mind were called Munafiqeen or hypocrites.
Yet, the prophet gathered an army regardless, as generous donations were given to equip it. It was called the army of ‘Usrah (army of hardship). The might of the Muslim Army led by Mohammed intimidated the Byzantine army superior in number. The battle finally didn’t take place as Heraclius withdrew.
The campaign for the battle of Tabuq is used as a key for comparison for ISIS’ objectives. Indeed, as the preparation for the battle of Tabuq began before the conquest of Makkah (Saudi Arabia), in his last voice message in December 2015, Baghdadi invited his followers to conquer Saudi Arabia. Baghdadi duplicates P. Mohammed goals by speaking of creating Dar-ul-Islam in the entire Arabia, extending the influence of Islam to adjoining countries, crushing the Mischiefs hypocrites, asking donors to finance his campaign and preparing the Muslims for Jihad to conquest the non-Muslim world. To keep in mind that the battle of Tabuq never took place while ISIS is bombed daily and defeated in many cities. Yet, the group leader Baghdadi said in his speech “you don’t dare to come and fight us”, trying to compare what happen (or didn’t happen) in the battle of Tabuq.
To what extend does the comparison hold? Will Baghdadi personally lead his men in the battle of Iraq and Syria? Clearly, the comparison is been used to ask rich Muslims to donate, a campaign launched by ISIS since a month. Scarcity is at bay, as Russia and the U.S hit thousands of oil convoys. The distribution of Zakat, as shown on social media, is becoming necessary for many of the poor living under ISIS. Like in Tabuk, fighters in ISIS are asked to participate and buy their military equipment. A way for ISIS to convince rich donators is to show the intent to fight Israel. In his speech, Baghdadi suddenly remembers Palestine and referred to “Jews” eight times. He also said “we didn’t forget you, Palestine”. Yet, ISIS fighters are on the Israeli borders since four years now, the group “Liwa’ Shuhada’ al Yarmouk” (although denied link to ISIS), has not fired one bullet. Baghdadi is clearly confused and overwhelmed. ISIS claimed its responsibility for few blind rockets. Insignificant…
Is the lack of consistency in Baghdadi strategy causing indiscipline among his leaders? There is a clear confusion between his speech and the ground. Baghdadi said the last battle would be in Dabiq and al-Ghouta (Damascus). Yet, in reality, thousands of ISIS fighters are leaving south of Damascus to Raqqa following a deal with the government of Syria that has granted them clear passage. This is a sign of general weakness and is not a demonstration of the formidable might Mohammed gathered to intimidate Heraclius.
In the Quran, there is a distinction between explicit historical event and conducts that Muslims are supposed to “ hold on to, until the end of time”. The battle of Tabuq, as described in the surat al Tawba, belongs to historical facts. Yet, Baghdadi, as a keen duplicator, presents the battle as a conduct one needs to hold on to until the end of time, offering unwitting insight into the terrorist group. The confident Baghdadi of July 2014 is surely no longer the same in December 2015.

I know there was a general German order to shoot commissars.. Then special forces.. Then undesirables.. then… then..
There was also a Soviet order to behave n occupied countries because those would become the communist paradise and wont work if the people turned against them..
Also a general order to feed the civilians.. this is when the soviet union was also starving..
I am not Russian or until very recently pro Russian.. but I have believed for a long time they should have starved the axis countries and let the civilians fend for themselves… I also know like 50 blacks were shot for raping Germans.. So the US is not racist.. ha! How many whites were shot?
Now it is well known that US soldiers would give food in exchange for sex.. To a starving population, that makes it alright…

I included the 27 MILLION Soviet citizens who died from Nazi-Germany’s invasion.
But that’s probably still too small of a number?
Also, Leningrad should be wiped out through blockade/Siege, cynically “to save valuable German ammunition”.
