YouTube has deleted South Front channel youtube.com/c/
in the our old video “Stand with Ukraine” (http://www.youtube.com/watch?
This company makes video propaganda for NATO.
BUT FEW MONTH AGO YOUTUBE ALREADY DELETED “Stand with Ukraine” VIDEO (http://www.youtube.com/watch?
Thus, Youtube have given our channel 2 copyright strikes for 1 reason. Youtube has violated its own rules
YOU CAN HELP US RESTORE THE CHANNEL
Please, send to copyright@youtube.com next email:
Subject: I demand to restore South Front channel
I demand to restore South Front channel
https://www.youtube.com/c/
YouTube, where is people’s of Novorossiya right to tell the truth about what’s going on that part of world? For what they we censored?
The official reason is for copyright violating
in the our old South Front video “Stand with Ukraine” (http://www.youtube.com/watch?
But few month ago “Stand with Ukraine” video was already deleted by Youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?
YouTube deleted the channel, violating its own rules. How can we understand this policy of double standards when one «correct» media can speak as they wish, and others – are all removed? It is unfair and only fueling misunderstandings between people. If you do not give people to express their point of view, we will live with imposed richer people opinion.
We appeal to you to return the channel, so that we can continue broadcasting the news on Ukrainian crisis.
P.S.
1) Meanwhile, you can watch our videos on the our second channel:https://www.youtube.
2) You can watch “Stand with Ukraine” video here:http://www.liveleak.com/
In case anybody doesn’t realize yet:
YouTube is owned by Google.
And Google is a sockpuppet of the CIA and NSA.
How the CIA made Google
https://medium.com/@NafeezAhmed/how-the-cia-made-google-e836451a959e
Why Google made the NSA
https://medium.com/@NafeezAhmed/why-google-made-the-nsa-2a80584c9c1
Oracle is another that started tied at the hip to the CIA. As much as possible I am moving away from US software that has back doors to the CIA and NSA.
Great links! here’s a couple of paragraphs that may well apply to Ukraine right now:
“Under Rumsfeld’s new approach, I was told, US military operatives would be permitted to pose abroad as corrupt foreign businessmen seeking to buy contraband items that could be used in nuclear-weapons systems. In some cases, according to the Pentagon advisers, local citizens could be recruited and asked to join up with guerrillas or terrorists…
The new rules will enable the Special Forces community to set up what it calls ‘action teams’ in the target countries overseas which can be used to find and eliminate terrorist organizations. ‘Do you remember the right-wing execution squads in El Salvador?’ the former high-level intelligence official asked me, referring to the military-led gangs that committed atrocities in the early nineteen-eighties. ‘We founded them and we financed them,’ he said. ‘The objective now is to recruit locals in any area we want. And we aren’t going to tell Congress about it.’ A former military officer, who has knowledge of the Pentagon’s commando capabilities, said, ‘We’re going to be riding with the bad boys.’”
Official corroboration that this strategy is now operational came with the leak of a 2008 US Army special operations field manual. The US military, the manual said, can conduct irregular and unconventional warfare by using surrogate non-state groups such as “paramilitary forces, individuals, businesses, foreign political organizations, resistant or insurgent organizations, expatriates, transnational terrorism adversaries, disillusioned transnational terrorism members, black marketers, and other social or political ‘undesirables.’” Shockingly, the manual specifically acknowledged that US special operations can involve both counterterrorism and “Terrorism,” as well as: “Transnational criminal activities, including narco-trafficking, illicit arms-dealing, and illegal financial transactions.” The purpose of such covert operations is, essentially, population control — they are “specifically focused on leveraging some portion of the indigenous population to accept the status quo,” or to accept “whatever political outcome” is being imposed or negotiated.
It appears they have/are using that MO with ISIS and the fascists groups in Ukraine.
But I don’t want to use yandex!! :'( Fine! I will force myself, this is a serious issue…
Hi there,
Your account has been blocked not deleted. You got three strikes in a row in less than 6 months. You can make a counter strike and youtube will have to respond in 10 working days with a resolution.
Invoke the same reason in your counter strike as you mention the email above and see what happens. Possible that Nordic Films LTD is controlled by a secret service but youtube at least has to maintain a their credibility and will restore your channel soon if you have a valid reason.
Good luck,
Watcher
YouTube goes out of its way to censor non-Western-approved content without ever admitting it does. It’s a private business and doesn’t have to admit or deny anything regarding anyone’s ‘right’ to post there. Any account on YouTube can be blocked or removed for any reason they choose or no reason at all regardless of the terms of service. They are just too big to worry about a few upset account holders no matter how fair or unfair it seems. As a private business, they don’t have to follow their own rules or explain anything to anyone.
I don’t approve of it at all and am not condoning it – I’m just trying to explain why fighting YouTube is mostly a waste of time. They were wrong to censor South Front, but they don’t care.
The terms of service list rules, but all of them – including the ‘three strikes’ rule – are enforced quite arbitrarily. It’s a ruse designed to make their process simply appear to be ‘fair’. The account dispute resolution process is nothing but a waste of time and manpower *for YouTube*. It’s far more profitable for YouTube to just get rid of ‘problem’ accounts rather than respond to individual complaints or judge the merits of each of them.
That fact – the time and money YouTube is unwilling to waste on ‘problem’ accounts – is exploited by outside organizations to get YouTube to passively censor them. Outside organizations (such as U.S. government-paid contractors) have people devoted to scouring YouTube and every other social media site to do nothing but file complaints (legitimate or not) on accounts with content they don’t like. They know YouTube isn’t going to waste an hour or two reading a hundred emails about any single account and spend time figuring out what is fair or not. YouTube knows if they just blow away the account, the emails about it will stop. Organizations know that and game the system to get YouTube to passively censor accounts they don’t like.
IF South Front gets the account reinstated, it will be attacked again with illegitimate complaints in order to get the account blocked or deleted again. Of course its not fair, but that’s YouTube. They don’t care, no matter what they say. They will not protect free speech if it means spending extra time and money on it. They make money by selling your information and selling advertising, not by satisfying customers with its free service.
I’ll send the Restore South Front email to show my moral support, but I won’t expect much from YouTube.
“… 2) You can watch “Stand with Ukraine” video here: … …”
Wrong formatting on Saker’s site!!!
The correct address is indeed http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=8d3_1421072736
But the link underlying it in the above text (namely http://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.liveleak.com%2Fview%3Fi%3D8d3_1421072736&h=iAQHgrXV5&enc=AZNIh5pIh2ReF_-MDIuhjsuVjtoifm4fMdp9shR53l6nBlDpOryeb9AB0b_hI35z0gShJ5y0AJ9ZloMgPU1z-VVBuw6QjccB7Rcsb9fL65nM6QNTmrKD_2Pr33lYj7YFMDrEOd1d2KUVw8wIjgg9MV_tSbK2LyzPq5ZGcl0J9WpEzZDaFxzClUsRBx7leXIFvZyL0ErFukKT5jmXsR9WRRUt&s=1 )
is wrong – it leads to a facebook page with a warning.
I don’t know why everyone is giving us the link to that stupid horrible video called stand with ukraine…its pro-nazi…except for a couple of shots…it seems like it used to be pro nazi ukie but was made over slightly…
Not worth watching anyway…but south front I like…and I hope they’ll be back…does anyone have the simple link to the video Saker posted that was taken down ?
as southfront posted, and me plus others, southfront facebook crimean front is ok, don’t even have to log in.
The Tyranny is wide and deep. Google is corrupt, all of its actions are corrupt, so why enhance YouTube?
Put the videos elsewhere.
Folks think inside the box built to trap them.
Social network software in the West is the domain of NSA, CIA and the rest of the Hegemon’s tools.
Twitter, FaceBook, and all their subsidiary apps are corrupt.
But where else?
I do not personally know of a practical, fully-equivalent,
alternative.
In principle, it is certainly possible to serve videos from servers
not owned by Google. In practice, I don’t know of any currently
available alternatives of sufficient scale, reliability, and (somewhat
vaguely, but nonetheless notably) convenience.
But, then again, there is the torrent option.
Torrents solve the scale problem (as a network of peers), and
robustness (no more problems with bullshit censorship).
I fully agree.
It is clearly past time for the development of alternative
infrastructure, and to use it.
In the meantime why not consider sacrificing convenience (i.e. require
use of tool that is not a web browser)?
Publish torrents instead (or, at least, in addition).
How about using MediaGoblin instead of Youtube? It was created specifically to prevent the centralization represented by Youtube, and uses a “federated” structure.
http://mediagoblin.org/
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaGoblin
I’m not sure how far along they are right now, but I followed the project when it was just starting out and I think that the people behind it are trustworthy.
Internet Archive might be used — same site Saker has his podcasts on.
Excellent comment Ugo. Why do we keep using YouTube if its controlled by the US government and not independent.
I hope all resistance videos are uploaded to rutube as well as youtube and I hope all resistance websites link primarily to rutube and then secondly to youtube. This way rutube gains viewership and the more youtube blockades real news the more they loose credibility. Google is not and will never be a reliable platform for real information. I try to use yandex whenever I can.
The zionazis at zootube have done this zio-queen-bitchery to ANNA news several times along with many others. They are also especially delete prone to channels with a pro-Palestinian viewpoint. The cure is to use video sites that are not so zionazi as the main channel, and youtube simply as an expendable mirror. Any of the Russian ones can serve this purpose. Of western sites, Vimeo is good.
The draw of youtube is the huge worldwide popularity of the site. The zionazis use that to make sure they control information access. They get their media popular so people wont want to try alternatives, then the sods apply the censorship screws to reinforce their sicko zionazi viewpoint and prevent any other reaching an audience. Using other sites and media sources deprives the zionazis of their media clout and is a good way to reduce zionazi influence.
There could be wildly popular, funny, videos about Russia, Ukraine, etc. — like ‘look at what these stupid drivers are doing and how they are stuck in the mud’, or ‘cute Ukrainian rabbit chases a big dog’. Then include a link to news video sites. Essentially, use youtube as an advertising and front end platform.
Possible Vimeo would a good choice, but there are other video sites. I would strongly hope the videos can be downloaded.
I think this could be a precursor: it’s quite possible some real “action” will take place soon, and they want to get rid of any sources of “truths” that can reach people first!!!!!!!! Better take this seriously!
the stand with ukraine video link is not available.
Why do people opposed to the Empire rely on YouTube, Facebook and Google? Why don’t Eurasians open a video site that’s easy to use? (Could they stop themselves from censoring?)
Why? Lack of funds. Just the operations of a bigger blog server costs about 1500 euro a month. Most of the money goes for bandwith – and this is just for html and javscript content plus images. Having a server which serves videos would costs thousands of euros, this is without IT staff and backup. It is not a question of technology or lack of knowledge how to create such a service, it’s about money.
Volunteers ?
If there is a non- western alternative to YouTube why don’t you post this video and all subsequent videos there now and spread the word? That will certainly start the process of moving us away from depending on YouTube 100%.
Everything everyone says about Google, YouTube, Facebook, etc. being supporters of the empire is true. HOWEVER, they are required BY LAW to take action against anyone using their services who is accused of copyright violations.
The way it usually works is that the company or person who believes their material is being used illegally sends a polite notice to the alleged violator asking them to remove the material from their site. At least, that’s the easiest thing to do. Some big bad corporations will just sick their lawyers on you and threaten damages if you don’t get rid of it immediately. And while that sounds horrible, if you in fact have used their material, you are on the wrong side of the law.
If the material isn’t taken down, their next recourse is to file what’s called a “takedown notice” with the hosting service — in this case, YouTube. If the company filing the takedown notice provides ample proof that they own the copyrights, your account will be blocked until the matter is resolved. The alleged violator gets to file a response explaining why they are not violating copyrights. And I’m sorry to say this about our good friends, but their argument that Nordic Films makes NATO propaganda is not going to cut it, nor are they going to get relief with the “double standard” argument. There are only a couple of valid arguments. One is to prove that the material is not copyrighted. The second, and more common argument, is that the material used in the video (or whatever) constitutes “fair use.” The law is specific about what constitutes “fair use.”
Likewise, the only valid reason to “demand” that YouTube restore South Front’s channel is that they long ago corrected the only violation that had been reported. How many millions of viewers is totally irrelevant. Either they are or aren’t in violation of copyrights. The way I would word the request would be a simple remark that South Front assures us they are not violating anyone’s copyrights and that there are no complaints against them that they haven’t corrected. Period.
The reason it works this way — and I’m not saying this is right, I’m just explaining why the law is worded the way it is — is that Internet companies were afraid they would be held financially liable for copyright infringement on their sites, so Congress relieved them of that liability but in return made strict requirements that they have to immediately take down material that violates copyrights. The law also allows users to challenge improper takedown notices. Again, what constitutes “improper” is specified in the law. There is some controversy about this, with some groups arguing for a more lenient definition of fair use. But until the law is changed, YouTube MUST comply.
https://www.eff.org/congress-should-strengthen-fair-use
It is the responsibility of the owner of the YouTube account to know what they can and can’t use. But here’s a pretty good hint: You can’t just go anywhere you want on the Internet and take photos, articles, music, film clips, or videos, in whole or in part, and use them on your Web site or in your videos — well, you CAN, but if you get caught, you’re going to get in trouble unless you contritely respond that you are very sorry and have removed the offending material. If you are absolutely certain you aren’t violating copyrights, then go ahead and let them file a complaint and challenge it. You need to be sure, because if it turns out you’re wrong, you could be liable for their attorneys’ fees.
Someone mentioned that maybe South Front should put their videos on Vimeo or somewhere other than YouTube. Those sites are under the same legal requirements as YouTube, so that is not going to be a solution. The only solution is for them to know what they can and can’t use and to go strictly by the book. It is a pain in the @ss to have to look up copyrights on every single clip, especially when you’re doing these things daily with a small staff. It helps to know where content is freely available. Most material you get from U.S. government sites, including photos and videos, is not copyrighted, unless it specifically says it is. For example, stuff from NASA is fair game. I haven’t searched the military sites, but video clips of military exercises should be OK.
Here’s an explanation by the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which is fighting for a broader definition of fair use:
https://www.eff.org/issues/dmca
The issue here is, one South front channel was closed down because of the copyright violation.
So far so good and legal.
They made a new channel and THAT just got closed down, for the same violation on the other channel for which the other channel was already deleted. No fresh violation.
That’s like being made to pay all your old parking fines all over again, anytime you buy a new car.
I was hoping they’d stay up, but somehow I didn’t think they would get away with creating a new channel with the same content. I don’t know what the rules and protocol are for that, whether YouTube automatically shuts down an account that has simply changed names, or whether they would do it only if they got a new complaint.
South Front says here that YouTube deleted the video, not that they voluntarily took it down. If they received a notification of copyright infringement and didn’t respond, or didn’t respond in the proper format or within the time limit, Nordic Films and YouTube might consider that it’s still unresolved, even though the video is no longer there. If so, that’s not paying the same fine over again; it’s a parking ticket you thought you paid but didn’t, and now it’s accruing penalties and interest.
That said, I have noticed several copyright infringements and suspect violations in South Front’s videos, so it’s possible, if not likely, that they have more than one complaint against them and either have somehow not gotten the notifications, didn’t understand them (maybe they thought they were all the same complaint), or ignored them and just aren’t telling us. Cartoon characters, such as the tiger in their latest, are copyrighted. Also, news clips are copyrighted, including official videos on some government Web sites. In the U.S., videos released by the government are in the public domain. Other countries, e.g. France, require permission, and it can be denied for political reasons.
There is an international version of the digital copyright law, too. I’m just not as familiar with it. If South Front decides to get off YouTube and find a non-U.S. host, they will need to make sure they understand what they can and can’t use. They might have to do more motion graphics or find some other creative alternative. There’s no doubt they are attracting attention due to the nature of their reporting, which means they have to be doubly diligent in making sure they abide by copyright laws. Failing to do so and then crying political persecution isn’t going to save them, although the fans love it.
Get OFF Western support sources, all backed by or intimidated by members of the alphabet soup agencies. Create your OWN support services, or you would always be subject to the whims of these Western CIA propped services….Do it NOW, get the word out NOW while there is still time; because when the fog os war sets in, there will be NO way to get your messages out. Google, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter….all the same. Just like Russia counting on SWIFT, western rating agencies, accounting firms, Credit card systems, etc….you get sucked in,and will be strangled and killed when the moment is right for THEM. Stop being controlled…Russia has the best talent to implement its very own independent services…make them available in English for wider distribution.
They are working on it!!

Russian Companies to Challenge Apple, Samsung and Others in Domestic Electronics Market
Electronics part of major import substitution campaign spanning the next five years

Russia moves to unseat Apple, Samsung and others in domestic radio electronic market
Oleg Kouzbit, Online News Managing Editor
Russia is currently moving, slowly but steadily, towards import substitution, and the government’s enthusiasm is increasingly impacting the economy across economic sectors. In IT, for example, plans to create this country’s own operating system [ http://marchmontnews.com/redir/?r=eng-marchmontnews-21216 ] (apparently to oust Microsoft’s Windows from its present throne) and software have been recently aired. However, this is but a palliative without a dramatic reshuffle in the entire radio electronic hardware segment, government officials think. The Russian Ministry of Industry and Commerce has come up with a new plan that outlines steps for Russia to have its own tablets, smartphones, laptops and desktop PCs by 2020 already. Today, imported gadgets account in the Russian market for up to 100%; five years from now, according to the plan, tablet and smartphone imports are to drop to 75%, while in government procurement programs the share of foreign desktops should shrivel to a maximum 25%. Experts are divided in their appraisals of such a move. Representatives of government-owned corporations, such as Rostec, welcome the plan and believe the entire construct is feasible—even within the given timeframe. Business circles that work directly with the domestic B2C and B2B markets are not so sure.
[…]
Revealing details, Kommersant reports plans to develop tablets and smartphones not only for consumer markets but also for corporate users that expect a much higher level of data protection than is standard for the B2C segment. If the Ministry and its industrial partners pull it off, Russia may look forward to having a variety of desktop PCs, laptops and workstations for office employees as well as research and engineering teams. According to Ministry estimates, imported gadgets and systems account in the Russian market for up to 100%. Five years from now, tablet and smartphone imports are to drop to 75% of the total, while in government procurement programs the share of foreign desktops should shrivel to a maximum 25%. In the broad consumer market, however, goals are a bit less revolutionary: imports of foreign PCs are expected to stay under 90% of the total, according to the plan.
The government also wants to reduce imports of supercomputers, servers, including file and mail ones, as well as data storage systems and database management systems. The plan calls for a decrease in imported microchips and telecommunications equipment for both end users and telecom operators.

My YouTube account is subscribed to two channels, South Front, and one related to astronomy. I always get YouTube updates to my email and often to my Android phone for the astronomy videos. But I never got any update about new South Front videos until a few days ago. And then their account is deleted. Hmmmm.
re: YouTube, first of all this is outrageous, but a little story here because I think they’re in the process of kicking the censorship up a notch across the board: I went to watch a Ben Swann (Truthstream Media I think?) video via Global Research, something about the USA creating ISIS. Usually I just start the video in mobile browser (I use my phone for about everything), hit the YouTube button on the bottom and open it in the app. Takes two seconds. This time, it asks me to verify age, so I have to sign in via browser, then a page with a button to verify I’m “of age”. THEN it takes to a page that says content flagged for being “controversial” or some such sh*t with a button to proceed or cancel. I proceed and the video opens in the app, then ANOTHER “controversial” notice to get by. Finally it starts and since I like to download YouTube videos and watch in my video player (can play in background and keep the good ones), bit this time… “video banned in this country” You know what country. Unbelievable. Oh wait, not really. Typical I suppose. The same thing happened (couldn’t download because “banned in my country” The Power of Nightmares. Nor can you find that documentary in full length on YouTube anymore, I used to have it, erased it for space temporarily one day. Land of the Free, right?
Jewtube standard operating procedure. Jew World Order uber alle.
