What never ceases to amaze me is a lack of financial support by Russian government for websites such as South Front and similar (even the Saker blog) alternative media who are fighting empire on Russia’s behalf dominantly.
In an age where media is a weapon of choice, why is Russia not using it for its own benefits? We are talking about peanut money here not millions of dollars.

Russian government has Sputnik, RT and many other channels, which are more professional and much easier to control.
