I think you are all underestimating the Doctor.
1. Recently, just two years ago, it is documented that he was still part of the darkside in his comments about color revolutions bringing down Putin and Russia.
2. Now he is claiming to be on the side of good and that the darkside has been defeated so everybody can go home – it’s all over, we won, go celebrate.
3. He is a psych warrior. Number one is obviously wrong because it just didn’t work out that way but they did try. Number two is wrong because he’s lying to you. It is not over. The darkside has not been defeated. He is giving cover and time for retrenchment and the inevitable counterattack.
There was no soft coup. The DNC emails were leaked by a man named Seth Rich. He was subsequently murdered. We do not know the source of the Podesta leak but the means is well known and it had nothing to do with the CIA or NSA. Americans turned out so overwhelmingly for Trump (anti corruption and war fatigue) that the left was unable to overcome the numbers with voting fraud. This was the people trying to take back their country, not a gift from some well meaning spooks.
Will it work out with Trump? I do not know. There are very few political leaders I have trust in – Putin, perhaps Le Pen, perhaps Farage, and a few who are considered enemies of the US. Trust to me means understanding the person’s motivation and their integrity, not necessarily their friendliness.

I think before WW2 most Jews (at least German and Austrian) would have preferred NYC or elsewhere in the USA to Palestine if they could have gotten in. Some Jews managed to get into the USA by going to Cuba first. Of course the Jews were a tiny minority in German. There were only ca. 500,000 in the whole country as of 1933. Maybe other EUropean Jews preferred Palestine.

Purely politically speaking. :-) Then RT covered the walk out of the Duma yesterday (https://www.rt.com/politics/380796-liberal-democrats-walk-out-of/) and I can’t understand why he is not Prime Minister? He appears to actually use the Duma to achieve a political objective, which he believes serves Russia’s interest, not some special interest. He seems to be respectful of the President, collegial with his fellow Duma members, knowledgeable of Russian history, and charismatic. Rare, rare find, in any parliamentary democracy.
Zhirinovsky gives a perspective that must be respected. As Putin surely does. As for comparisons with Trump, though, forget that. Trump doesn’t come close.
Although I haven’t followed Trump closely since he stepped into the Oval Office, I do agree with you. The Saker described Trump as possessing common sense and having his heart in the right place. That seems true to me (although I’m not well-informed about Trump at all). And Trump is skilled in many ways, certainly. But he hasn’t yet shown the political acumen of Putin and Zhirinovsky (e.g. a grasp of historical context, international dynamics, plus the ability to “work it”, day in and day out, in the political arena. :-)
