Statement by DPR People’s Militia Commanders of 25th June 2014, 11:05 am
DPR People’s Militia Commanders would like to state that we are not going to idly observe further concentration of punitive forces at the assault launch positions.
The Militia reserves the right to ignore this so-called “ceasefire” and to strike the enemy wherever we find it necessary.
The conditions precedent for any ceasefire negotiations with DPR People’s Militia Commanders are as follows:
1. Immediate de-blocking of all towns and other residential settlements, where the militia forces are deployed, with the armed forces of Ukraine and any other paramilitary units withdrawn to the distance of at least 10 km away. 2. Withdrawal of all armored machinery and tank units. 3. Suspension of all and any flights of military aircraft including any reconnaissance drones over the territories controlled by DPR and LPR militia forces. 4. Immediate withdrawal – based on separate arrangements – of all garrisons and military bases stationed on the territory of DPR and LPR.
Only if the above preliminary conditions are met DPR Militia will be ready to stop any military activities both at and behind the frontline, and then start negotiating with the armed forces of Ukraine and other paramilitary units about further ceasefire, exchange of prisoners and arrested persons.
DPR People’s Militia Commanders are hoping that the commanders of the Ukrainian armed forces and other paramilitary units clearly understand that no military victory over the risen people of Donbass is possible, and that real steps to stop further bloodshed are required.
If our suggestions are not used as the basis, DPR People’s Militia Commanders is ready to listen to alternative suggestions.
Well, the Russian parliament might follow Putin’s suggestion to revoke the intervention manifesto but the guys in E Ukraine are never going to lay down their guns. period. This phony cease fire is for PR consumption. Here come the drones!!! Actually, the guys in Washington assigned to Kiev wouldn’t mind millions of refugees fleeing to Russia–ethnic cleansing is their game. As for the Russians integrating refugees: what’s a few more Ukrainians? It is better money spent on them than trying to bail out or fix up the Ukraine. It isn’t about people but it is about power and strategic positioning. The Ukrainians have screwed themselves over and over again–they have run out of color revolutions so that the only one left is black. The Germans are smart enough to see the template of the midEast being applied to Ukraine and they realize what that will mean for Europe. It isn’t going to play like Yugoslavia. As Putin said to the business wise Austrians, liquid gas will always be more expensive than pipeline delivered gas i.e. what the Americans are offering you is to screw you economically.
I still wish they’d do a Crosstalk on the almost certain behind-the-scenes talks between Putin and the Europeans about Europe doing an about face and signing a pact with Russia. What are the chances the US would use nukes to prevent the expulsion of their military from Europe?
If the smerch missile system has been moved into the southeast, this is significant.
This mobile system carries 7 different type rockets one of them being a fuel air explosive which would just about leave the Karachan mountain a wasteland.
Might it be possible for you at some point (in your free time, ha ha ha!) to do a basic review of weaponry systems for the militarily-challenged among us? I wouldn’t know a smersh if I fell over it, and I’m probably not the only one. It’s not greatly important — what is going on is far, far more so — but it would be helpful.

Anglo-Zionists are making the same strategic mistake as Napoleon and Hitler.
When winter comes, the Ukie nazi will start to freeze, and anglo zionists will get their stalingrad/waterloo.
Time is on Russia’s side.

Mass outrage in Ukraine after Merkel proposed & Poroshenko agreed that Putin associate Medvechuk act as intermediary in talks in E. Ukraine.
Viktor Volodymyrovich Medvedchuk (Ukrainian: Віктор Володимирович Медведчук) is a Ukrainian politician, lawyer, and business oligarch.[1][2] Analysts[who?] consider Medvedchuk one of the most important Ukrainian politicians from the mid-1990s till the mid-2000s; although he mainly operated outside the public view.[1] Currently Medvedchuk is chairman of the pro-Russian political organization Ukrainian Choice,[3] Russia’s president Vladimir Putin is the godfather of Medvedchuk’s daughter Darina (born in 2004).[4] Medvedchuk and his party have marginal popular support in Ukraine.[

Nice article in Asia Times Online, Saker!

Which side allegedly has this system? I could not tell from the update.
Saker,
Might it be possible for you at some point (in your free time, ha ha ha!) to do a basic review of weaponry systems for the militarily-challenged among us?
