Don’t understand the importance of the post. Saker. Unless it’s to show how the person was treated in the presence of the cop.after the person left surly the cop is intitled to his own opinion as much as the motorist. Thankfully for the motorist he wasn’t in Saudi Arabia or alabamma at the time.

    could u please explain this?

  3. Anonymous on November 18, 2014  ·  at 10:24 pm EST/EDT

Seriously man, without the subs what are we supposed to think happened!?

  4. VINEYARDSAKER: on November 18, 2014  ·  at 10:57 pm EST/EDT

@Anonymous 1,2 & 3: if you do not understand what you see in this video, that is your problem. Not mine.

    I’m laughing myself silly! Thanks!

It is basically 1970s Britain I guess.

It isn’t that the Police are particularly anti-Gay – just that they find itall incredibly funny – funny peculiar and funny haha

  7. Anonymous on November 19, 2014  ·  at 12:26 am EST/EDT

    Saker,

I think your response to 1, 2 & 3 was a bit harsh. I think it’s permissible for people to say “I don’t get it” and ask for an explanation. That’s not a criticism, it’s a normal human reaction.

    • Anonymous on November 19, 2014  ·  at 9:09 am EST/EDT

Agree with your comment. I didn’t get it either, but like 1 2 & 3, I took the time to watch the video because Saker posted it and then he gets rude. Shame on you Saker. You must be tired.

  8. Ann on November 19, 2014  ·  at 3:57 am EST/EDT

My understanding of this is that the woman is Russian and that the driver…taxi I guess, is not giving her a ride….then he hands her a slip of paper and she leaves…maybe the slip of paper had a rude sign on it…then another man gets in, perhaps a cop…and the two idiots start laughing…I suppose they don’t know they’re being filmed…

What idiots..no wonder England is in such a mess. I bet those guys like soccer.

  9. E on November 19, 2014  ·  at 5:35 am EST/EDT

According to the comments on Liveleak:

“0:38 – the traffic inspector was going to give him a ticket, but he changed his mind and returned the gay guy his license and vehicle registration id saying “Keep your seat belt fastened next time”. “Thank you” said the gay guy and left the police car. At least now I know how to avoid traffic tickets in Russia.”

  12. Anonymous on November 19, 2014  ·  at 9:09 am EST/EDT

Those uniforms look kind of gay if you ask me.

I guess mauve is in style this season, since they’re all wearing it.

  13. Anonymous on November 19, 2014  ·  at 9:33 am EST/EDT

@those who asking for subs & explanation

    – Keep your seat belt fastened next time
    – Thank you
At the end one of them says: “From now on your dick won`t get stiff for long”.

I think point is that homosexuals don’t get arrested, humiliated, insulted or somehow abused by officials in Russia. Traffic inspectors were simply laughing at this pervert’s bizarre appearance.

      Anon 1.
Appreciate and now understand your explanation many thanks. My problem solved.

Funny as, think they did well keeping it together that long.

  16. VINEYARDSAKER: on November 19, 2014  ·  at 2:16 pm EST/EDT

@Ann:My understanding of this is that the woman is Russian

Dear Ann, that “woman” is a man (well, sort of). Let me rephrase that. That “woman” is not a woman but, to use the official ideology, a “an example of a normal and natural variation in human sexuality”.

    Cheers,

    The Saker

  17. Mary on November 19, 2014  ·  at 2:59 pm EST/EDT

The cop has an infectious laugh. I totally got his take. The “woman” isn’t. It is cross-dressing man. I think the cops were very polite to hold their laughter in the presence of the lavender clad person. Would not be surprised to learn that the cross dresser is a performer, sans wig. He is certainly dressed to the nines.

  18. Auslander on November 19, 2014  ·  at 5:04 pm EST/EDT

Most anyone can see that the ‘blonde’ is a man. Ya see, in RF we don’t really care what you do as long as you do it in private, the ewe has signed the legal release form and you have receipts for the Buddha vase, the 3 Perry Como records and the Valencia dancing slippers and tutu can be cleaned.

This cultural foible of tolerance only goes so far, though. We will laugh at them, gender or suspicious gender not withstanding.

On the other hand is is perfectly normal here for good woman friends to hold each other’s hands or walk arm in arm. It means nothing but friendship and affection. It is perfectly normal for men or women to greet friends of either gender in public with the traditional kiss on the cheek, in Church it’s 3 kisses on the cheek. Again it spells nothing but respect and friendship.

However, any swapping spit in public or public displays of sex, be it heterosexual or homosexual, is going to earn someone a tap on the noggin and advice to go do that in front of your mothers house or flat. I for one am not going to explain to our at the moment two daughters and one son why two men, two women or a couple are having sex or kissing passionately in public.

The Gaishniki laughter in the vid is infectious though, isn’t it?

  19. Lonkal on November 19, 2014  ·  at 6:48 pm EST/EDT

I have to say I have respect for the Lavender person. You could tell s/he expected the usual persecution, but held his-or-herself with dignity, prepared for the usual attacks, but being his-herself regadless. Very courageous. Might play hell with my ability to know which gender to use when refering to that person, but glad that a person like that can be who they are even in staunchly conservative Russia.

In the muslim world they’d just kill the person, even as they screw little boys behind closed doors because their religion insists on alienation between man and woman and the use of sex as a weapon is considered manly and not gay even when applied to other men (see how they dealt with Ghaddafi).

That Russian homosexual showed dignity and courage, his ways may look faintly ridiculous to me but so what. Bravo to you brothersister.

  20. Anonymous on November 19, 2014  ·  at 10:04 pm EST/EDT

It is difficult to determine sexual orientation of that person or if he/she is a crossdresser or trans. But there are many places in Europe or North America where where his/her treatment by the police would be far worst!

It is important to get the “official dogma” correct! Don’t you think?

    Very funny! Thanks Saker.

I am so happy I am still normal … because I reacted the same way as those cops. I am so sorry for those didn’t get it.
Fortunately I am still not infected by the society as most of you western world people

  23. Ann on November 20, 2014  ·  at 5:48 am EST/EDT

Yeah, now I get it…I’m from a small island, and probably if I’d seen the guy in person I would have figured it out.

I did pick up a guy hitch hiking that was a dike…isn’t that the name ? But I just tried to make normal conversation with him..he wasn’t a her, even though I think he was taking shots to try …

But don’t you guys think that this is a symptom of something wrong in our society ?

I agree that the lavender man was waiting for the usual reaction…same with the hitch hiker and they’re just waiting for the moment of rejection, and then they leave…to go their merry way…not so merry really.

They need to be loved as much as anyone else…they were babies once too…

God bless us all. But we need to be as wise as serpents too…not get hurt in this weird world of the 21st century.

всё, я понял, спасибо за объяснения. смешно.

  25. Rhisiart Gwilym on November 24, 2014  ·  at 9:10 pm EST/EDT

I agree with Lonkal. Clearly a lot of Russians, including some very intelligent and perceptive ones like our good Saker, have a good bit of catching up to do on that basic idea – much recommended in Christianity, I believe, though no flavour of it is my religion, so I don’t know much about it – that all souls are valuable, and worthy of compassion and basic respect; including people who have a natural (sic!) inclination to be sexually attracted towards their own sex, and to cross dress sometimes, if they happen to feel drawn to this basically harmless behaviour.

What the feck is the big deal?

BTW, I am, and always have been strongly, a heterosexual male. But I know unjust, irrational persecution of a person’s basic rights and dignity when I see it. As do lots of my self-respecting LGBT friends.

Catch up Saker and Auslander! Don’t let yourselves down with such backwoods parochialism.

As Lonkal concluded, respecting the lavender-clad person: “That Russian homosexual showed dignity and courage, his ways may look faintly ridiculous to me but so what. Bravo to you brothersister.”

Homophobia is for retards; justifying is it is for – well, let’s just say: seriously misguided people.

  26. Jade on December 08, 2014  ·  at 7:11 pm EST/EDT

I’m pro-gay, but I also laughed as hard as the officers at the man/women… Did not realise that she is a man until I looked at the explanations! :D102
