Dear friends,
After seeing and then posting this video by Graham Phillips I got too disgusted by what was being done to him by the British authorities that I decided to contact him and ask him a few very basic questions about his situation in the hope to introduce him to a larger audience, give visibility to his case and to try to offer him as much support as possible. So I emailed Graham who very kindly took the time to answer my questions. Here is our full exchange below.
I ask all of you who use the social media to spread all the information you can about Graham and the outrageous actions of the British authorities against him. Graham himself said “moral support is good, please, contact a politician or a public person to bring this to their attention. This is a common cause, a common fight, and one we not only can win, but must win“.
I absolutely agree with him and I ask our wonderful Saker community to be as loud as possible in defense of Graham and the basic values of free speech and the rule of law which the West has now completely abandoned. Graham is right, this is a common cause and we must prevail. Please help him as much as you can!
Kind regards
Andrei

Andrei: For those who don’t know about your work, can you explain how and why you ended up reporting from the Donbass?
Graham: Well, to be succinct, I moved to Kiev in the run up to Euro 2012, as a football fan, also to reboot my career, as a journalist. I worked there, in Kiev, for What’s On magazine, wrote freelance articles for several western publications also, and generally had a great time. But, I also noticed the rise of ultra-nationalism in Ukraine, in Kiev in particular, didn’t support this, and so left Kiev for Odessa in early 2013. Then, when everything began, in November of 2013, I was in Odessa, immediately spoke out against Maidan, so I was blacklisted by western media. So, I started writing blogs on the theme, one came to the attention of Russia Today, RT, they asked me on to do an interview, which I did. It went from there, developed a relationship with RT, over the months, doing interviews etc. Then, when they couldn’t get their correspondents into Donbass, Ukraine wasn’t letting Russians cross the border, in April of 2014, they contacted me in Odessa, told me to be in front of camera in Donetsk the next day, and stay there for a week’s work. So, I got in my car, made the 750km drive, got to Donetsk early morning of 8th April 2014, and went from there. For a few months I continued with RT, freelancing, then our relationship ended after my second deportation, in mid 2014. Actually, I felt they treated me badly at that time, I was deported from Ukraine by the SBU, after 3 pretty hellish days held captive by Ukrainian forces at Donetsk Airport, dumped at the border of Poland, banned for Ukraine for 3 years. I’d lost basically everything, including my apartment in Odessa, and RT also at this time basically abandoned me, on the streets of Poland, in late July / early August 2014. Actually, RT told me at this time I had ‘served my purpose’. I disagreed, continued myself, and have continued for the last 8 plus years, doing what I love, reportage, from the place I love, Donbass.
Andrei: You are now clearly persecuted by the British authorities, have you considered taking legal action in the UK or do you believe that the British courts are hopeless (as the case of Assange suggests)?
Graham: Well, the UK authorities have basically abolished British law to punish me. That is they’ve set a precedent that if the government don’t like your work, they can punish you as a criminal. Make no mistake, sanctions are a criminal punishment when applied to your own citizen – I’m in Donbass at the moment, but tell me, what to do when I get back to the UK with no access to any of my bank accounts, anything? How to even purchase food? How to defend myself in court against all the unpaid debts that I couldn’t pay because my accounts were frozen? How to even afford to travel to court? It’s the UK government doing away with the entire principles of Magna Carta, 1215, that every British subject has the right to trial, before punishment, and be presumed innocent, until proven guilty. They’ve just told me that I’m guilty of … doing reportage they don’t like, and for that, they’re attempting to make me destitute, destroy me. Further, my designation as an official ‘enemy of the state’ has incited countless death threats against myself, my family.
At the moment, my appeal against the illegal sanctions is in process. I’ll receive the decision on that soon, and we’ll go from there, be sure that whatever that decision is, it will not be the end. I feel as any person would feel when someone, something has tried to destroy your life, thrown all the machinations of a totalitarian state machine at you, to try to destroy you. But, they’ve not managed that, and the next moves, in actual accordance with UK law, will be mine.
Andrei: How about the European Court for Human Rights? Is that an option you would consider?
Graham: Be sure my friend, that I am open to every legal option to deal with the illegal, totalitarian actions of the UK state. And not only, I will also be dealing with all the press who have published slander against me, during this time. It’s perhaps to be expected that the British press didn’t take the theme that what has happened to me, sets a new and dangerous, precedent for any British person – punishment without trial, without even charges. However, the Russophobia of the UK establishment, and press, means that they are too blinded by that to actually see things clear, and relevant, to the rest of us. They’d rather support the totalitarian actions of the UK state, not understanding that if one day they do something the UK state doesn’t like, it could be them. But, that’s ok, I never expected anything from the British press, and as I say, those who have crossed the line into slander, I’ll deal with them, again in accordance with UK law.
Andrei: Finally, how can our readers best help you?
Graham: Well, to be on my mailing list, send me an email to this address. I’m not collecting money or anything at the moment because I’ve simply got no way to access anything from my UK bank account, western sites such as Patreon / Paypal. So, moral support is good, please, contact a politician or a public person to bring this to their attention. This is a common cause, a common fight, and one we not only can win, but must win.
Wow. They won’t even allow one small voice like Graham’s to contradict their propaganda. That’s totalitarian.
It carries on from the Covid era when dissent in groups was also punishable. We don’t realize it, but we’re walking into totalitarianism. Good luck Graham.
I would expect that any effort to seek justice from any organization affiliated with the UK or EU (no matter what its name might be) would only result in more persecution.
It’s a crime to oppose the criminals.
Yes and those so called journalists in the MSM are silent, how easy some would sleepwalk into the dark night of fascism and a totalitarian state.
One way we can all do something is to write to that MP in the UK that denounced Graham in Parliament. I’ve sent him a really bare knuckle message as an attachmnet to his Parliamentary address. Details to contact:
robert.jenrick.mp@parliament.uk 01636 612837 / 0207 219 7335
Go on – take the time & abuse this total A$$wipe !
I send a letter to the British Embassy in Canberra, and a copy of this interview to Cory Bernardi of Australian Sky News. I thought that after his video about Zelensky (with over 1,100,000 views) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KEPWgMXut_8 he might take up the issue.
MeanWhile in Ukraine, under those knowing “Ears & Eyes” of the British and MI6:
https://scotlandtoday.online/how-corrupt-is-ukrainian-president-volodymyr-zelenskyy
How corrupt is Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky ?! by Iain Muir
In 2019, the CIA-run Radio Free Europe reported on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s connection to Ihor Kholomoisky, a Ukrainian oligarch the State Department banned from entering the U.S. in March 2021 due to his “significant corruption.”
When Graham Philips interviewed British POW’s capture in Mariupol he painted a target on his back.
The LPR says they are mercenaries, not POWs. If the the British admit they have declared war on Lughansk perhaps they can become POWs with right under the Geneva Convention for civilized mass murder.
Arguably those POWs broke English law, possibly complicated by dual citizenships. A British citizen owes allegiance to the Crown though and must not fight for a foreign power. But, of course, the awful British government and media choose to ignore that point.
@ Saker
Thank you, Saker, as always, for making this blog the voice of the voiceless.
As Napoleon (of all men) well stated,
“The world suffers a lot. Not because the violence of bad people. But because of the silence of the good people.”
Graham Phillips has been one of my news sources from the beginning of the atrocities against Donbass.
His persecution, demonization, and character assassination, is another example of the nazification of Eurostan, which the confrontation with Russia has exposed. This is the way Eurobastards suppress and repress any voice of truth denouncing the lies that keep their support for neo-nazis in Ukraine going.
And we have very few sources, as shameless Amnesty International just showed us, with their apologies to the criminal Ukronazi regime, and the resignation of the head of AI Ukraine. In the putrid morass of lies the Collective West exists, any truth, however small, however evident, is to be squashed.
Graham Phillips is one more victim in their campaign to demonize Russia.
More to come.
Lone Wolf
We would suggest that Andrei contact Gonzalo Lira, to see if he can be of help. Pepe Escobar has exceptional sources. He may be of great help.
Graham is in a difficult position. We hope he has neighbors and friends in the community where he currently resides.
We can not think of even one Western public servant, aka a politician who can help. They are ALL bound by the oppressive cloud of US Financial Imperialism. It’s these Financial Aristocrats who govern and control every Western political/judicial body.
Someone please tell Graham The Grand Chessboard is being played out by the US’ Financial Hegemony vs the rest of the Non-European states.
The crucial issue is that the US Financial System is beginning to wobble after decades of exploitation and oppression against foreign states and its own citizens. Meaning, it’s a hegemony that is lashing out all across the world. We can only hope that Non-Western nations may continue to prosper and thrive.
Should that hope become consistent, it will kill off the US Financial/EU fanatics.
Gonzalo Lira talked about Graham immediately after he was put on sanctions list.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kySdScuTpDg&ab_channel=GonzaloLiraII
This disgraceful sanctioning of own citizens is a really dangerous step towards tyranny if allowed to go through.
I would recommend to get support of former British MP George Galloway.
Graham, set up Monero account for payments/donations.
Best of luck to you, stay strong.
Financial Aristocrats, Zelinsky, Oligarchs, Neocons.
All from the same tribe still butt hurts over the fact that they lost a war against the Rus’in the 10th century and that in the process, their capital, Atil, was sacked.
He needs help from Bindmans or Matrix or one of the other human rights law firms in London. Liz Truss is out of control and has a lot of enemies in the judiciary from her disastrous time as Lord Chancellor.
Everything she has touched has been a disaster and she is a danger
What Graham Philips needs is publicity. PetervHitchens in am Sol on Sunday has covered him for 2 weeks but Guardian has done zilch as an MI6 paper under Catherine Viner
Peter Hitchens is the only UK mainstream journalist that I have seen who has spoken up.
Toby Young and his Free Speech Union have been silent so far, to my knowledge.
If Ukraine has an enemy list then in reality the British Government ought to protesting that any of its citizens are being targeted in that way.
Western governments are increasingly behaving in the way that they accuse so called authoritarian regimes of behaving.
Same tribe in charge as those who hijacked Russia in 1917.
Graham is a good man. This is a disgrace.
Sadly, too sadly, like trying to save Assange from the Brit’s past empire. Too sadly, best not to come from that place of lords and ladies and superior peoples – Back in day least they were still making music till Thatcher
Hi Andrei – I’ve already sent Graham an email asking to be on his list – He was the first reporter there !!
He’s amazing – he is a true friend of truth
I hope he can get his money out of England – I ( imnsho ) told him to apply for residency in Russia…he’s actually looking healthier than he was in 2014.
* ( in my not so humble opinion )
I’ve watched most of his videos since 2014, thanks to him I knew the truth about the conflict in Ukraine.. I pray he gets all the support he can. Thank you Saker for supporting Graham
Interesting; didn’t know RT was like that. Good to know as a general FYI for aspiring RT correspondents.
(Graham Phillips) if you’re reading this:
For the means of living, the situation described is absolutely > the < use case bitcoin and monero were made for. Were it me, I'd jump in with both feet. What more do you have to lose? Can exchange for local currency anywhere in the world. Need as little as a phone and an internet connection. That way, you're kept in the game with some means of fighting in court – if that's what you want. I have a feeling that you'll have to get used to being payed in crypto for your services. Plenty of 'digital nomads' do this successfully.
Why not blaze your part of the trail for others to follow rather than try for a re-admit? Won't be the last person to get sanctioned nor the one to get hit with the most vicious. Also not sure of the value of UK court finding the UK government actions unlawful years after the fact – even with the award of damages unless:
1. policy maker or people who implemented it (bank managers) go to prison for years, not months
2. Damages awarded – per claim – are in the tens of billions, minimum. There's a long line of potential cases.
It comes down to what's the best use of your time to recover assets vs recreating anew.
For the means of living, the situation described is absolutely > the < use case bitcoin and monero were made for.
I disagree. Graham, by all means accept bitcoin donations if you have a ready means of quickly converting to hard cash in hand, otherwise my advice would be to avoid it. That’s just my personal opinion of course. The biggest weakness of bitcoin is all the ambiguity about who is behind it and the intentions of the secret services towards bitcoin, and their level of inside access. At the least, they can through hacking wipe out the bitcoins, and/or use covert means to copy your keys and use them to wipe them out. Bitcoin is perfect for drug traffickers, paedophiles, and tax evaders, but for someone who is hated by the Empire it is a no-go, in my opinion. They can block your physical bank acount, but they cannot erase the traces, which means that the costs to the British State in terms of its public reputability and the consequences for international relations are horrendous. But with bitcoin they can just erase the digits through hacking and the erased bitcoins no longer exist. No records, no traces, no cost to the British State.
Why do you think the British want to go to a digital currency instead of paper? Because they can exert 100% control over it. All activists can be instantly eliminated by erasing all their digital money – suddenly they have to go begging on the street. Do something the elites do’t like? They can just impose an arbitrary fine by silently erasing part of your digital funds (whey simply disappear without trace and for no apparent reason) – do it a few times and you’ll soon learn to change your ways!
You’re full of suggestions about what not to do, but you must offer something more to Phillips in return other than simple cautions. Canada has shown that fiat currencies, credit cards, cell phones, passports, access to travel, and bank accounts can all be closed off without trial, all at the same time. Crypto still remains functional. Snowden remains as a useful example. Patrick Lancaster still remains on air. There’s an obligation to try to locate something useful for Phillips.
(James Burke) Indeed.
(BM)
At the risk of sounding like a bitcoin evangelist, I’d encourage you to seek a deeper understanding of bitcoin in particular and cryptocurrency in general. Especially the difference between a centralized digital currency and a decentralized peer-to-peer currency. Not all cryptocurrency is the same to say the least.
Random starter link:
https://bitcoin.org/en/faq
“The biggest weakness of bitcoin is all the ambiguity about who is behind it and the intentions of the secret services towards bitcoin, and their level of inside access.”
You mean, like fiat currency? Then I’d say bitcoin is significantly better in that regard.
At the least, they can through hacking wipe out the bitcoins, and/or use covert means to copy your keys and use them to wipe them out….But with bitcoin they can just erase the digits through hacking and the erased bitcoins no longer exist.”
No the British State cannot erase bitcoin, block/redirect the transaction, or do anything else to a person’s bitcoin like they could with conventional currency. No nation-state can, alone or (at time of writing) combined. I think you may be confusing bitcoin with a centralize digital currency. Bitcoin is a decentralized and peer-to-peer system, which makes all the difference in the world.
“They can block your physical bank acount, but they cannot erase the traces, which means that the costs to the British State in terms of its public reputability and the consequences for international relations are horrendous.”
I don’t think the British State ever cared about it’s reputability. At a nation-state level, might > is < right. Or put another way, the victor is always on record as having been right all along and the loser is on record as being wrong. So the lesson is (to Graham Phillip and others): don't lose. Win, by frustrating the intention of the sanction.
"Bitcoin is perfect for drug traffickers, paedophiles, and tax evaders, but for someone who is hated by the Empire it is a no-go, in my opinion."
I sense a slur. Bitcoin is [reasonably] perfect for everybody, from heads of nation-states to a factory worker to everyone and their pet dog. As are precious metals and other forms of wealth if you prefer. But those other forms are readily seizable and not very easy to transport across random borders. As I see it, Graham Phillips is under no obligation to honor – with a stiff upper lip – the sensibilities of 'polite-society-so-high-and-mighty' by going hungry and homeless; ultimately dying from exposure. Which is the point of the sanction he's put under, if one understands the full ugliness. It's polite society's acquiescence that made such a government possible.
This is all to say that I think that given Graham Phillip's situation, bitcoin/monero is best suited to solve his immediate problem. Personally, if I were an independent journalist or anyone who might possibly run afoul of their own government in the course of work, a very large fraction of my personal finance would be based in crypto going forward. Future journalists who haven't been paying attention, you are warned.
Blinken, Soros, Nuland, Yellen, Zelensky are all clapping their hands as the Magna Carta burns.
Their tribe never likes members of other tribes being anything other than slaves.
Graham deserves our every sympathy and assistance, he is another true hero.
In the same vein, anybody know what’s happening with George Eliason? Another clear-sighted writer/blogger who used to report regularly from Donbass on the excellent site Washington’s Blog, until the Evil Empire took it down.
Sad thing how ukrainization of the world went from a “up to 11” joke into reality.
Back then EuroMaidan regime de facto seized your property rights in Odessa.
Now allegedly different London regime seizes your property rights in UK.
Maybe the idea of Ukraine (like Yeltsin’s Russia before) being a test ground for western TPTB is not that much of a stretch.
Saker, I think it would be good if you could speak to Roger Waters about Graham, to tell him if possible.
I don’t know if he knows/has heard of Graham, but I think he should be told (if not). I think he would care very much.
Thank you for reaching out to him. Best wishes for him.
Ten years ago I would scream “This is Orwellian…”, and now it seems normal. What legal means are left if the legal system is rigged? One can only throw a brick and hope it hits one of the a___holes.
Graham recently showed a clip which revealed the backdrop of this travesty. A British MP in Parliament stood up and said one of his constituents had complained that Graham had interviewed him when he was being held as a POW by the Russians.
Inter alia, this MP accused Graham of violating the Geneva Convention. He claimed his constituent was in handcuffs and was injured.
What this MP neglected to say was that his constituent had requested to be interviewed by Graham. He also neglected to mention that his constituent was a Mercenary, and was therefore not protected by the Geneva Convention.
I watched that interview. It was mostly boring. The prisoner may have been cuffed, but that is not unusual in these kinds of circumstances. I did not see any evidence that he was suffering from some sort of “injury.”
He asked if he might speak directly to then-Pime Minister Boris Johnson via Graham’s camera. Graham said sure, and the guy pleaded with Boris Johnson to work out a prisoner swap for him so he could get back to his wife.
The whole interview was only mildly interesting, and it’s probably available online. I doubt that the very upset MP ever watched it.
Graham does great work. He typically brings food and water to people in devastated regions of the Donbass as he goes about enlightening us all. He deserves all the support we can give him
As I understood it, there was no (at least that I know of) complaint by Aiden to his MP (maybe from his family, possibly) – it was abundantly clear from the interview that Aiden asked for the interview, was fawning in his gratefulness for it, and glowed with the good treatment he was receiving from the Russians. As I understood what the MP alleged in parliament, he had simply pulled all his claims out of a magician’s hat, as they were flatly refuted by the evidence in the video interview.
Dear BM..
You may be entirely right about the MP pulling things out of his hat. He begins: “My constituent. Aiden Adlan (sp?) who has served with the Ukrainian army for four years”… and he goes on. I may have just assumed that Aidan had contacted him.
On all other matters I entirely agree with your assessment.
Here is the video. The MP begins at about 1:25 minutes into the clip. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Blzn-ncfQ8
Thankyou for this interview Saker. I’d heard the name but wasnt familiar with his work.
Something Albert Camus said, which is important for all of us here on this site (as I know so many of us are)
So, he was first abandoned by RT, after serving their purpose, then sanctioned by his own govt for not serving their purpose. Dilemma.
First, he was a freelancer, hence RT had no (formal) responsibility for his safety.
Second, RT is not the Hezbollah where they recruit fighters on morals/conviction and pay only as much as to provide them sustenance. RT is a business and as a business it is OBLIGED to not ask any of its employees or contractors to break the law.
In other words, RT was indeed obliged morally (not legally) to assist him to be released once captured/detained while on their contract.
Yet, they were under no obligation – actually they were, by law, REQUIRED NOT TO assist him in returning to the territory of Ukraine after he was handed the 3 year ban. Remember, at the time Russia still recognized Ukrainian sovereignty over the Donbas area and with it also the Ukrainian courts/institutions decisions.
We can all argue about the RT intentions /as if it made sense for a business/ but there is nothing to argue about them refusing further cooperation. That was the only right – and the only legal – course of actions they could take there.
In the same way, any legal entity of RT, still operating in UK or EU, would not be allowed to get into any dealings with GP once the sanctions were imposed.
It is easy to forget that RT is a completely legal organization expected to and required to follow the law wherever it operates. It is not some underground “liberation” or “insurgency” organization. Even it may seem like so these days in the West’s totalitarian discourse.
Yes, very difficult to be English man and support Russia.
Like Graham Phillips or Roger Waters
Dear Graham,
I fully agree with you that “This is a common cause, a common fight, and one we not only can win, but must win“. I morally support you to the hilt.
Do go through the legal processes to the best of your abilities – it is a nasty and expensive process, but is important for laying down the precedent. Hopefully one of the London firms will act pro bono for you (Bindmans, someone mentioned??? I can’t remember the name of the firm in the back of my mind, but that might be it). But don’t expect to get legal decisions from British courts in your favour! The state owns the courts, as you say, UK law is worthless and meaningless. However every decision by the British courts that fails to recognise your rights is a stab in the heart to those who are perpetrating this outrage against you, and in that sense it is a win. Furthermore, the more obstruction you receive in the British courts, the more support you will win in the court of world public opinion. The former is a kangeroo court, the latter is more honourable. – but just make sure you stay out of physical British – and all EU (except maybe Hungary) – territory including embassies!
Get a Russian passport, you should get it easily, and the Russians will support you I am sure. Don’t cling to your British connections, let them go, they will only bring endless suffering.
Renounce your British citizenship – doing so will give you freedom from oppression. Interestingly, to renounce British citizenship you need authorisation from the Home Secretary, and there is only one ground on which the Home Secretary has the right to refuse it, which is if the UK is at war – it would be interesting to see what they say about that! Build a new life, and be free from the barbarous Brits! Good luck!
Hello Graham
I have to tell you that this has been going on for quite a long time. The difference with this action against you is that she has taken off her mask for all the world to see. And she is very, very ugly.
You think that you live in a constitutional monarchy.
That is a lie. If I might paraphrase what the Zionists say about Palestine:
“A constitutional monarchy without a constitution*, in command of a rules-based international order without rules”
I see elsewhere that you have noted the Magna Carta, the Petition of Right and the Bill of Rights. The trouble is that they cannot be enforced against the Treason Felony Act of 1848.
My advice is to forget about England and make a complete new life in the east.
The very best of luck to you.
*When they come back at you to say that Britain does have a constitution, ask them to show it to you. They will be unable to do so.
also the lady German journalist similarly treated by her government….maybe both she and Graham could jointly go to UCHR?
Dear Andrei,
Thank you for publicising this disgraceful story from my country.
Realistically, he ought to emigrate. If he can keep dual citizenship, he should in order to continue fighting especially the anglo-fascists.
I posted this comment in Moon of Alabama website on 07/08/2022 so I’m glad to see the Sake publicising the ominous persecution of Graham Philips by the UK Government.
Tory MP Robert Jenrick instigated the attack in parliament using the British mercenary Aiden Aslin as a pretext to stage a choregraphed smear campaign (assisted by the Guardian Newspaper) of a dissident UK citizen reporting from the Donbass.
Robert Jenrick was a favourite of Boris Johnson promoted to cabinet minister in 2019 as Secretary of Housing. Later sacked from office in 2021 following a scandal over his infamous Tory dinner with billionaire developer Richard Desmond that left him accused of a ‘cash-for-favours row’. In addition his Ministry was dogged with planning scandals and controversies involving his alleged focus on the interests of property developers over the needs of local communities.
“In the UK parliament Tory MP’s gleefully branded a UK citizen as a Russian propagandist for reporting from the liberated cantons of the Donbass. In response the UK Security State derogates the rule of law by classifying journalist Graham Philips as a threat to National Security which the Tory Government duly ratifies by adding him to the Russian sanctions list as a UK citizen persona non grata. He is effectively criminalised and deprived of all human rights and material assets on return to the UK he would probably be imprisoned for treason. Stripped of all rights sanctioned and inundated with death threats, the writing is on the wall for resistors and dissidents in the UK who are critical of Western policy on Ukraine. This is the current obsession of UK democrats who openly advocate the criminalisation of dissident bloggers branded as enemies of the state without any resource to due process and the justice system.”
Since the appearance of lawfare to attack politicians in opposition to a government and thus to be able to imprison and/or banish them, it has also been used to attack reporters to silence them and ordinary citizens who dispute the power of the establishment or the system. It is for this very reason that this empire of chaos, lies and disrespect for international law and very basic human rights and values MUST disappear for ever. !!
I saw the interview with the Brit mercenary when it first became available. At the time it was made clear that Graham had been specifically asked for by the prisoner who needed additional means to make his predicament known to the UK authorities. There was nothing exploitative of the prisoner in my opinion. He was treated respectfully by Graham.
By the old adage; “whom the gods would destroy, they first deprive of reason”, and empirical evidence, it seems clear that the UK, certainly the US, France and Germany, and several other European countries are on the verge of destruction. More aptly self-destruction.
Dear Mr. Saker,
Here’s some truth said by Frederic Bastiat back around 1848 that I’m sure few within The Outlaw US Empire have read that you might want to contemplate:
“When misguided public opinion honors what is despicable and despises what is honorable, punishes virtue and rewards vice, encourages what is harmful and discourages what is useful, applauds falsehood and smothers truth under indifference or insult, a nation turns its back on progress and can be restored only by the terrible lessons of catastrophe.”
Those lessons are coming our way and will hopefully open the path to national salvation and a new system of governance.

It’s shocking, but there are other such stories. Consider, for example, what the German government is doing to one of its independent journalists, Alina Lipp. The conflict in Ukraine has had one unexpected good result: it has finally revealed for all the hideous hypocrisy of Western “democracy.” Assange’s drama should have been enough. But apparently it wasn’t. Now we have more proof:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GxFQABrxzw4
And the world wonders why American Citizens absolutely REFUSE to surrender our firearms to the government.
Silly Brits and Aussies gave them up without so much as a whimper.
The US Government began the sanctions 20 years ago. They were unconstitutional then, and they still are now for the same reasons that Graham listed for the UK.
The US Constitution expressly prohibits bills of attainder, which is precisely what sanctions are.
The Fourth and Fifth Ammendment prohibit the taking of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, and they are not limited to US citizens or residents. The US Government has no Constitutional authority to sanction anyone anywhere.
Because we have sat back and watched it happen to foreign citizens who lacked the knowledge and means to defend themselves, the government is now expanding sanctions to US and British citizens as well.
I feel bad for Graham Phillips, but those in the most danger are the people residing in the USA, UK, and EU.
Why on earth do people, especially people like Graham, keep using gmail addresses? You would think that people would have woken up by now regarding the abuse and censoring that Google carries out with regard to all their products. Why is it so difficult to set up a protonmail or mailfence address, at least for political content?
I am sorry for the sanction your country has imposed on you. But why do you want anyone’s email? We are from all over the world. What purpose could that possibly serve or be helpful to your apparent plight?
Mr Phillips, I am sorry for the sanction your country has imposed on you. But why do you want anyone’s email? We are from all over the world. What purpose could that possibly serve or be helpful to your apparent plight?
More serious is the case of the Spanish journalist Pablo González who has been imprisoned in Poland since the beginning of the war, incommunicado with his family and his Spanish lawyer (he is only allowed a Polish lawyer appointed by the authorities and not chosen by him), accused of being a Russian spy and abandoned by the Spanish authorities.
Please, let’s be serious! You cannot think that you are really fighting against the giant system of the Empire of Lies by acting like a teenager. I understand the naivety that always comes with enthusiasm, especially in young people, but when your adversary are the governments, the military apparatus, the corrupt media, the woke culture, then you cannot afford the slightest mistake. If you post on Facebook pictures of yourself while brandishing a machine gun or receiving medals from pro-Russian militias, you can easily be accused of being a foreign fighter, with all that that entails in terms of British law.

If you really want to do a serious and useful work as a counter-information journalist in such a sensitive scenario, you have to be as strict as a monk, not share all your bullshit on social media. They don’t forgive, They just want to see you dead.
The same goes for Assange and his damn inability to keep his dick in his trousers.
I’m sure Graham has never fired a single shot at anyone and is certainly not a foreign fighter, and he is suffering unacceptable harassment from the British government. I am speaking up in defense of Graham Phillips. But I am sure that if it were up to Them, They would wipe their arse with the magna charta and hang him as soon as he set foot on British soil again. We are dealing with people far more ruthless than drug traffickers. We cannot afford the slightest carelessness without paying a heavy price for it. Each of us is responsible for our own actions and must face the consequences.
When Graham Phillips started gratuitously bashing Patrick Lancaster I became instantly and totally
disgusted with Phillips as a self-aggrandizing person and as a human being. Regardless of the relevance of what he posts Phillips is a well funded journalist; Patrick Lancaster is a true war correspondent in the tradition of Ernie Pyle

Yes, it is puzzling why GP would visit Bandera’s tomb, remove banners and stuff around the tomb. Then out up a placard that reads that that is Bandera’s grave!? And post this online. A journalist is about reporting news/ reality on the ground. He is operating in the midst of a very dangerous place, and yet he is so in your face provocative. But he is making himself the news! Something does not add up w/this bloke.
Now GP has forwarded his story to another Telegram blog, and the same thing he asks for is for the subscribers there to email him. Hmm…what is he serving up?
