Ukraine
I must admit that my trusted sources of information on the situation in Novorossia and Ukraine suddenly stopped functioning, or got shutdown by FB, twitter, and VK. It might be due to lack of funding. I’m in a process of searching for new sources.
1. Israeli-made air-to-air missile may have downed MH17 – report [Source]
However, the legal assault on Russia continues with the $900mil lawsuit filed in the US court by the relatives of the victims of MH17 crash against Igor Strelkov, of all people. So we can see that it’s all always about the money. The West is masterminding situations to extract the money from Russia.

The default can be declared either tomorrow, or next week. Goldman has already said that Ukraine to default in July. So, it must be true.

Donbass Novorossia
1. Per Colonel Cassad in one word ‘controversial
There are no information about the recent terrorist attacks in Donetsk and arrests. Colonel says that his informants are silent due to the “fog of war.”
The good news is that the economy is developing. There are some successful attempts to break the financial blockade. The Republics are moving towards the full integration into the Russia’s economy.

2. Colonel Cassad offers a plan of action for Ukraine that fashioned after the memorandum of the National Committee for a Free Germany (German: Nationalkomitee Freies Deutschland, or NKFD). Free Germany was a German anti-Nazi organization that operated in the Soviet Union during the Great Patriotic War.
1. to support the Government of Ukraine in Exile;
2. To mobilize for the fight against Porosheko’s Junta and his war crimes all segments of the population, including officers, who feel responsibility for the fate of the nation;
2. to completely eliminate all laws based on racial discrimination and hatred towards other peoples, as well as all agencies of the Kiev Junta’s pro-Hitler regime;
3. to repeal of all laws of the Kiev regime, based on coercion and against freedom and human dignity;
4. recovery and further expansion of the political rights of workers, freedom of speech, press, Association, and freedom of conscience and religion;
5. freedom of economic development, trade and crafts;
6. ensuring the right to work and protection of property acquired by lawful means;
7. return all the loot of the Kiev Nazi rulers of property to its rightful owners;
8. confiscation of property of war criminals, and their military confiscated profits;
9. the deployment of trade with other countries;
10. immediate release of all victims of the Kiev junta’s pro-Hitler regime and the payment of adequate compensation;
11. the trial over the war criminals;
12. the creation of the new Ukraine’s government.
Europe
The Shocking 2008 AIG Report On The Motives Behind Europe’s “Perpetual Crisis” And The Death Of Greece
“Which brings us to the final question: What Europe Wants
Here is Connolly’s answer
To use global issues as excuses to extend its power:
•environmental issues: increase control over member countries; advance idea of global governance
•terrorism: use excuse for greater control over police and judicial issues; increase extent of surveillance
•global financial crisis: kill two birds (free market; Anglo-Saxon economies) with one stone (Europe-wide regulator; attempts at global financial governance)
•EMU: create a crisis to force introduction of “European economic government”
And there it is: in four simple bullet points laid out in a 7 year old presentation, a prediction which is about to be proven right. Because once Greece folds, next will be Italy, Spain, Portugal, and so on, until the European Economic Government, also known as the “European Empire”, controlled by a handful of “northern” European players and the bankers financially backing them, shifts from mere vision to reality. ”
2. The idea of the United States of Europe was brought up after the WWI, and was used by Lenin and Stalin. Essentially, the European Union I was the Warsaw Pact countries. It dissolved. Now, we are witnessing the beginning of the dissolution of the European Union II. The main reason is overextension, and the gap in the levels of economic development desire for the new members to live the life of luxury like the old members. Here is the view of the political analytic Vitaliy Tretiyakov, a Member of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy http://ria.ru/columns/20150708/1120629440.html

The Depressing Similarity Between The US and Iran
The share of Americans living on more than $50-a-day dropped from 58% in 2001 to just 56% in Pew Research Center’s latest report. The dubious distinction of this depressing reality is ‘exceptional’ America is the only developed nation to see its standard of living drop… a narrative not even Greece suffered (but Iran did!!)

17. The Strategy for the BRICS Economic Partnership that we adopted today would be the key guideline for expanding trade and investment, manufacturing and minerals processing, energy, agricultural cooperation, science, technology and innovation, financial cooperation, connectivity and ICT cooperation between our countries.
We emphasize the important role of the New Development Bank, the BRICS Interbank Cooperation Mechanism, the BRICS Business Council, the BRICS Business Forum and the BRICS Think Tanks Council in the implementation of this Strategy.
24. We acknowledge the potential for expanding the use of our national currencies in transactions between the BRICS countries. We ask the relevant authorities of the BRICS countries to continue discussion on the feasibility of a wider use of national currencies in mutual trade.
The BRICS expressed:
– deep disappointed with the prolonged failure by the United States to ratify the IMF 2010 reform package, which continues to undermine the credibility, legitimacy and effectiveness of the IMF.
– concerns regarding the challenges of sovereign debt restructurings. Debt restructurings have often been too slow and too late, thus failing to reestablish debt sustainability and market access in a durable way;

We emphasize that there is no military solution to the conflict and that the only way to reconciliation is through inclusive political dialogue. In this regard we call on all parties to comply with all the provisions of the Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements, adopted in February 2015 in Minsk by the Contact Group on Ukraine, supported by the leaders of Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine and endorsed by the UN Security Council in its resolution 2202.”
Russia
Russia asked very little from Ukraine and from the West. Russia asked for Ukraine to remain neutral and not being ruled by the fascists anti-Russian ideology. In return, Russia was giving cheap credits and cheap gas, and didn’t interfere into Ukraine’s elite game of multi-polarity.
The US said “no.” The US says that NATO is in Ukraine to stay, fascist regime is in Ukraine to stay, and the Russia will be destroyed.
You can’t get peace, if one of the sides is joisting for war. In this conflict, the US suffers minimal risks, and Russia has the most risks.
Meanwhile in Russia, the US is plotting to topple Putin and to take over the power like they have done in Ukraine.
Pentagon is rapidly moving troops and military hardware to Russia’s borders, to invade Russia immediately after toppling its government. Evgeniy Fedorov estimates that anti-government putsch is planned for the Spring of 2016.
The only healthy and rational way to act in this situation is the way that is being advised by Sergey Glazyev and Evgeny Fedorov
The most important point now is to change the outdated and self-defeating post-soviet mentality in Russia that America is an omnipotent and omnipresent deity. The general Russian misunderstanding that the US is an absolute power is counterproductive. No one in Washington has a plan for a future. All the America elite is trying to do is to preserve their hegemony. The Russia’s government has to ignore everything the US is saying and act in the national interest of Russia. Just act like the US doesn’t exist.
I can give you an exact date of the beginning of liberation of Ukraine from the NATO occupation. It’s the same day when Russia declares its the central bank nationalized . The same day when Russia starts printing its national currency.
That is what Fedorov Evgeny, Russian Duma deputy and the leader of the National Liberation Movement, is saying about the plot to dismiss Putin and to organize the partition of the Russia federation.

Brief description of the Yevgeny Fyodorov’s Video
00:00 – Russia implements the decisions of Washington;
02:35 – The mechanisms for communicating the Washington’s orders to those in authority and power to implement them;
05:40 – Who are the authors of the laws in Russia? The US and EU think Tanks;
08:25 – The Russia’s government is not run by the President. By the Washington imposed Constitution, the President only has authority in foreign policy and defense. He has no power over banking, finance, and industry;
13:40 – The Department of State policy imposed on the US’s colonies, including Russia;
18:25 – The ways Russia’s Parliament Duma adopts laws. They receive the packaged laws, over 1500 per year, from the US think tanks and give them to the Members of parliament to vote and implement.
20:15 – the Essence of activity of the Foundation “Dynasty”: the ban on science in Russia. The ban on investments into the Russia’s science. The search for the most talented young scientists and transfer them overseas to work for the US. http://www.dynastyfdn.com/english/
As a colony, Russia is banned from having and developing science. The USSR used to have powerful science, that constituted 1/3 of the world science. Today, science in Russia is absent. All talented young specialist are being moved to the US by the foundation Dynasty. Only those colleges and universities that move specialists to the US can receive money from the government by the directive of the US government.
24:50 – Historical technologies to control colonies.
We are colony because we lost the war and surrendered. We have to build the country from the ground up. We have to cancel all those colonial laws that are draining the economy and culture.
After the US attacked Russia in Ukraine, Putin said: Freedom or Death.
We are weak, but motivated, because we are facing an imminent death.
We are sitting and doing absolutely nothing. For a year Parliament has not done anything to overcome the crises. The US government expects that the worst will be in spring of 2016. The world elite is preparing for the power change in Russia for the spring 2016, to break the country apart.
The variant that will save us is the Putin’s adviser’s Sergey Glazyev’s plan to start printing our own money, to nationalize the Central Bank, to lower inflation, to raise wages and pensions, to give people more money to spend and to put back into the economy, to restart the manufacturing and agriculture. In Russia it’s prohibited even to talk about the politics of Quantitative easing that the whole world is using now to prop up their economies.
If Russia becomes independent, we will pay 5 times higher wages, 5 time higher pensions, print our own money and invest the money into real economy, we will jump start the industry and science. Then and only then the specialists will start retuning to Russia, foreign specialist will start coming to us to work.
Either that, or the US will overthrow Putin, and will break country apart causing the civil war and death of the country.
We don’t want to become like the Americans, the aggressive colonies owners, we just want to keep them away from Russia.
We are under attack, we are in a state of war. How can we fight back, if all our governmental bodies are controlled by the enemy?
27:25 – what is a “genius” of Putin?
32:25 – Where is the switch for Victory?
35:20 – When will the conspiracy against Putin take place?
38:35 – Is there an alternative to this crisis and conspiracy?
45:40 – Can we just push the American economy towards collapse?
48:50 – We are at the defensive stage of resistance;
50:55 – What I liked in Putin’s speech at the Security Council.
53:00 – Brief on the situation in the South-East of Ukraine;
54:40 – The role of Crimea;
56:20 – In war there is no intermediate option. The role of truth.
58:10 – Why can’t we take over Donbass?
1:01:10 – If we are not sovereign – we will not be allowed to survive.
If Americans build military bases in the South Ukraine and Odessa, they will move onto Crimea and Rostov. If we liberate the South Ukraine, we will move to Kiev.
That’s why we have to admit that the coup in 1991 was illegal and the whole territory of the USSR has to be put back together. Because tomorrow the US Department of State will send us a paper saying that Saint-Petersburg is not Russia, and Yekaterinburg is not Russia, and Chechnya is not Russia.
The key to the situation is the decision of the General Prosecutor’s office to declare the anti-government coup illegal and unconstitutional, and all the law adopted in 1991 and after in regard to the dissolution of the USSR to be illegal and unconstitutional. [Source]
How does a Chicago court have any jurisdiction over a plane getting shot down in Ukraine?
http://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/jul/16/russia-fights-tribunal-downing-malaysian-airlines-flight-mh17
On Thursday, a lawyer for the relatives of 17victims, including six Britons, said they had filed an $850m civil suit in a Chicago court against Igor Girkin, a Russian citizen who was the top commander of separatist forces when the tragedy occurred. A post on a social media account linked to Girkin bragged shortly after MH17 came down that rebels had shot down an AN-26 transport plane, but this was soon deleted as it became clear that the aircraft was a civilian airliner.
Ah, you forgot, USA is “Exceptional”, and so by transitivity, also a Chicago Court, since it is in USA. Therefore they have jurisdiction on the whole world, since USA has already made itself policeman of the world. That seems to be how it works nowadays in the new Exceptional Age of the Exceptional Nation!
They must have overlooked the recent ruling in the Russian courts that rejected interference in Russia of foreign courts.I think they’ll need to learn the hard way that “no means no”.
” including six Britons”
Wherever there’s a juicy compo claim, Brits won’t be far away.

He skates powerfully close to advocating boody revolution.
@ Pennelope,
Q; He skates powerfully close to advocating boody revolution.
R; But there will not be a bloody revolution. People are way too busy fingering their
SweinSwipe phones to have time to revolt. Others are 1 paycheck away from poverty, so their priorities differ from mine [and I can’t blame them].When billions of [Argentinian] ants can live together in perfect harmony, how irrational has mankind become, when it shoots guided missiles through chimneys and slaps itself on he back as being the ‘top dog’?
Who fuels this flaming diversity and why [because there’s basically nothing wrong with being different to begn with]?
Daniel Rich, if you keep abreast of the various ecological catastrophes that have turned the world into a ‘pole of filth’, as Pope Francis so aptly described it, you will see that we must either co-operate, world-wide, as never before, or we are cactus. The USA and Israel and the various elite stooges elsewhere, say NO, so we are for the high jump, amigo. Paleo-climate evidence shows that at times in the past when CO2 levels were not much higher than now, and methane levels were less, and they had risen much less rapidly than now, the average global temperature rose by 5 degrees Celsius in between 10 and 15 years, and that is an extinction event for our civilization and probably for our species. We have to see an end to the Real Evil Empire asap, or our geese are cooked.
but Mulga Mumblebrain…why do you endorse that Jesuit ? The Vatican supports financially, all the filth in the world…check out Catherine Austin Fitts article that so deftly shows what the Vatican is really up to, opposed to what the (black) pope says…..solari.com
in other words…the pope does not put his money where his mouth is.
I think you are preaching ‘fear’ without providing any real evidence. There is very little evidence that the world is warming. The subject of Climate Change has turned political. True science is non-existent when the scientists are turned into propagandists – paid to preach the message of the elite.
There is plentiful evidence which suggests otherwise. There were no humans when the CO2 level in the atmosphere was way higher than today yet there was ample life on earth. Remember, it wasn’t long ago when scientists were all in agreement that we will experience another ice-age cycle.
Don’t forget the biggest proponents of ‘Climate Change’ are the likes of the Rockefellers, Rothschilds etc… so what would that suggest to you? Relax and breathe the air. Although CO2 is essential for life on earth, it comprises only 0.035% of the atmosphere. The more CO2 in the atmosphere, the more the plants are able to absorb it. This is a proven fact. When CO2 is cooled it turns into dry ice, When heated it turns into a gas. No pollution is generated by these processes. The earth is able to naturally restore its balance notwithstanding the humans populating it.
That’s all I want to say on the subject. Not only is it off-topic but it’s also a taboo subject on this site.
Just be more open minded, is all I am saying.
Mulga, I know you to be an informed person, but so much elite money has gone into perpetrating this hoax, and almost no one actually reviews the science. Please see
http://www.globalresearch.ca/global-cooling-is-here/10783
“The Soviet Union was a symbol that there existed a socialist alternative to capitalism.”
He is right there (as I said in a post a few days ago).The Soviet collapse left the “working class ” to the tender mercies of the “preying class”.I’m glad someone else see’s that as well.
I am seeing since I have use of reason. USSR was the last chance for honest working people to have access to culture and work in decent conditions.
Scott’s sitrep: thank you Scott, you answered a few questions that were bothering me about how these neoliberal types could have so much power in Russia. And I thought the infiltration of the Hegemon into Latin America was extensive! That the President of Russia has no power over the banking, financial and industry sections ( except defense perhaps) by law is astounding. And that foreign based think tanks propose legislation. This could be Greece for all the lack of sovereignty and grass roots political/social structures having no say in the national destiny. Well, Putin et al have the mandate, the will and the vision to not only survive but make things better. As far as I have seen Putin’s timing is meticulous.
Thanks again Scott …you and saker do awesome analysis
That is the most frustrating thing for me to see.It shouldn’t be that way.It doesn’t have to be that way.It could be stopped in a heartbeat if there was the “will” to stop it.When your party is the largest in the Duma. And most of the opposition even agree’s with you.When the police and military are behind you.Why do you not act.Are there special interests that are so powerful that make you afraid to act. And if so “why” are those special interests permitted to be so “special and powerful “. What interests are so powerful that an 89% support among the people.And the might of the security forces and Russian military could not crush in an instant. That is the problem I can’t fathom.The solution is to push through (at once) a set of laws undoing those restraining provisions.And yet as clear as it is,they don’t seem to be able to muster the will to solve those problems.
There seems to be a forum myth (like an urban myth) that Mr. Putin somehow lacks the necessary constitutional power to manage the Government. Nonsense of course. While he’s not all powerful, constitutionally he appoints and dismisses the prime minister (“Chief of Government”), appoints all deputy prime ministers and ministers of the Government on the nomination of the prime minister (Article 83 a-c. and e.), and must approve the Government before submitting it to the Duma (Article 112). (For the text of the Constitution, see http://archive.kremlin.ru/eng/articles/ConstIntro01.shtml in English, and http://www.gov.ru/main/konst/konst0.html in Russian.)
That this is more than some kind of pro form authority not exercised in practice, like the reserve powers of the Queen of England, is refuted by the presidency of Yeltsin, who appointed seven different prime ministers, some more than once, with a change of government each time, until he found one liked (Mr. Putin); and also by Mr. Putin, who appointed four. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_heads_of_government_of_Russia.
Moreover, Constitutionally, the President shall “determine the basic objectives of the internal and foreign policy of the State” (Article 81, 3); while the Government operates on the basis of Presidential decrees [указы] (Articles 113, 114 g., 115 3.) Note that this specifically includes internal policy, all internal policy, including banking, financial and industry, not merely foreign policy. This power is also much more than pro forma, and is frequently exercised. Just today, for example, the President by decree instructed the Government to create a mobilization reserve of the Russian Armed Forces [something badly needed]; (http://ria.ru/defense_safety/20150717/1134211364.html).
In addition, in 2004, the “power ministries and agencies were placed under the purview of the President rather than the prime minister. [See https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Правительство_Российской_Федерации, at the end of section “Состав правительства России”: “В результате административной реформы 2004 года уточнен статус и распределение функций между федеральными министерствами, федеральными службами и федеральными агентствами. Кроме того, федеральные органы исполнительной власти разделены на находящиеся в ведении президента (так называемые силовые ведомства) и правительства.] My recollection is this was done at the time by presidential decree [ukaz], to prevent Kasyanov from exerting and authority in the areas of foreign policy, defense, or internal security, since he was already becoming aligned with the Atlanticists. Since then, however, as is well known [хорошо известно], the heads power ministries, agencies, and services, essentially those represented on the Security Council, are first selected by the President, only then formally nominated by the prime minister.
That the President has this power, of course, doesn’t necessarily mean he will exercise it. (As Mr. Truman said of Mr. Eisenhower: “He’ll think he’s still a general, and say ‘Do this, do that” and nothing will happen.) As any administrator knows, action must be continually monitored and forced or it won’t happen. But the President has the power to do so if he chooses.
Seward, you said, “the President shall “determine the basic objectives of the internal and foreign policy of the State” (Article 81, 3); while the Government operates on the basis of Presidential decrees [указы] (Articles 113, 114 g., 115 3.) Note that this specifically includes internal policy, all internal policy, including banking, financial and industry,”
You are applying logic & this is an error in finding the law. One “finds” the law literally by closely examining the text. I have no knowledge about his control over industry. However, he does NOT control banking, finance or monetary policy. It is part of the NWO, the IMF/Fed system, that central banks in most countries are “independent” — of their govts– and therefore controlled by the international banking cabal as epitomized by the IMF/Fed system. According to this system, fixed in the Russian constitution during the 90s when Russia was under US control, a country may not increase its money supply according to its needs. In order to print currency it must receive income from exports (until now in dollars or euros). When it deposits the dollars into its reserves it can then print an equivalent value of domestic currency.
If you have ever run a company you know that all enterprises require investment. If there is insufficient cash flow to generate investment capital you have to borrow. This is the great debt trap which is ruining so many countries. Because they are forbidden to create their own credit instruments everybody’s production is terribly skewed away from production for the domestic mkt towards exports.
There is much more, but I cannot explain it in a comment. Please be aware that no single part of a legal document (like the Russian constitution) can be understood in isolation. I have worked as a legal assistant; believe me when I say that each part of an article may be defined in a subsequent article such that the meaning is greatly altered, narrowed or even reversed.
Starikov has already read all the parts of Russian constitution law & banking law against each other for you. I give you the link here for his free online book. Much of the book is history, so you need read only the chapters on the constitution and banking.
http://lit.md/files/nstarikov/rouble_nationalization-the_way_to_russia%27s_freedom.pdf
Most countries in the world are bound by what he explains here. This is the nub of the NWO & of neoliberal economic globalization.

Penelope
@Scott
– “Pushilin: Political problems and radicals don’t make it justifiable to stop implementing the Minsk II agreement”
Am I mad or Pushilin went nuts stating such drivels and contradicting himself?
BTW I was to written about it but I stopped to do it as everything concerning info collapsed into huge black hole (all in context Russia’s moves) – Iran, EU, the USA, Russian economy, rampant V-th column, activities leading to merging(?) DLNR with Kiev, Russian economy markers sliding down contrary to Russian lies about RF being still in good condition, Surkov’s active, Glazev’s retired, Fedorov claims Putin’s saved or has protected NOD from the beginning (NOD being the only hope to save Russia from disintegration due to lack of executive powers of RF President apart from prompt martial law or military coup), Minsk-II keeping alive under artificial respiration processes at the expense of Novorossiyan people (what, why, where, by whom, when) etc. Such questions can be easily multiplied now.
Some resources point to few months, from August to November, to be pivotal months which could lead to solutions to the unprecedented thick atmosphere around RF and Mr Putin. If RF has to breath easily something must be done with the fetid oncoming from the West. Even RT.com and Sputnik News lies or omits a lot of information (especially inconvenient to Putin when lack of his decisive acts are addressed – I’d say rightly).
@Cassander
“Am I mad or Pushilin went nuts stating such drivels and contradicting himself?”
I don’t know, bro, about you.
Pushilin is consistent in his daily statements demanding to implement the Minks II agreement. He repeats every day the same true statement over and over again. He shows himself as an admirable statesman.
“everything concerning info collapsed into huge black hole” —
It’s the heat. It’s been a very hot summer everywhere.
An interesting bio note on Pushilin that you won’t find in the Western media (you find a bunch of trash though).For several years before the “maidan coup” he and some others had worked towards the re-creation of the “Donetsk Peoples Republic” that included much of today’s claimed areas of Novorossia.He realized back then the way things were headed in the former Ukraine.And wanted his homeland out of it before it collapsed in nationalist violence.I remember running across,several months ago on VK, photos and text from someone’s account showing him, and about those days. I’ve looked at hundreds of accounts from Ukraine over the last year so I can’t remember which one it was on (one from Donetsk I believe).
@ Scott
You can’t implement agreement without solving “political problems and (problems with) radicals” first.
First reason/cause then result, not the other way, bro. So much for the “Am I mad”. :)
Nota bene Pushilin repeats his nonsensical mantra ‘ad nauseam’ as ordered by Kremlin.
You said – “He shows himself as an admirable statesman.” – I see a cunning idiot (purposeful oxymoron) in him reading such statements.
Every interview with Evgeny Fedorov can be read on Poznavatolnoye TV pages http://poznavatelnoe.tv/

https://z5h64q92x9.net/proxy_u/ru-en.en/poznavatelnoe.tv/fedorov_2015-07-12
Fedorov made only one very important omission – how Putin should carry out the changes giving back to Russia her sovereignty and independence having such strong V-th column.
Another issue which went into Russian information black hole. Perhaps on purpose to hide future decisive moves, Writing “future” I mean ___this year___!
BTW – “2. Colonel Cassad offers a plan of action for Ukraine…” (with further text) proves he went nut. My simple words. Not elaborating why. Wishful thinking at least not to offend the “respective analyst”.
Why would that mean he “went nuts”. Everything he said was what should have been done months ago.And has been the tried and true way of overturning bad regimes for centuries.The “nuts” part is that that wasn’t started a year ago.Had they done so probably all Ukraine would have been liberated last year.
If the plan was successful the “new intervening army” would come from outside – definitely from Russia not from within Ukraine “out from air”.
“Ukraine’d been liberated last year” – yes but Russian Army not militia. Nothing was ready at that time apart from Russian Army. What’s more Ukraine’s defensive forces were in disarray. And who stopped the move? I recall you – Putin.
Mr Cassad should stop sharing platitudes – kind of – what would be done, what might be done etc. Any good plan recalled after the time for their implementations went by far, far in the Past is a sign of “going nuts”.
Its not to late too realize a good plan.Its time to mobilize the population under a “government in exile”.Which would attract many other anti-junta Ukrainians that don’t want to just side with “Donbass”.But if convinced the government in exile was for the unity of Ukraine.But without the junta.They would side with it.Including I believe many of the regular military, unhappy with the junta and Bandera.But who want a united Ukraine.Between those growing forces,the NAF,and volunteers from Russia.They would be strong enough to destroy the junta and liberate Ukraine without regular Russian forces.With each victory,you would see more and more Ukrainians rally to them and ditch the junta.That is how successful civil wars have been won for centuries.I see no difference today.

Let me recall part of one of my comments answering to Scott one day:
– “BTW. Few weeks ago I thought over a futuristic idea – for the Russia – to make her oil and gas on domestic market an EFF (Energy For Free) “commodity”. Russian economy would gain speed and efficiency. Of course, RF would set in move money printers and kick off the f*** US financial rules first. France is in debt up to the 95%, US rolling money press are red hot from the 25 hrs a day work (not an error of mine yes 25 hrs a day, not 24 :) ) and nothing happens, so why Russia has to make Russians beg for “their” money (e.g. for affordable loans to start new enterprises)?”
Let me add as well another tidbit – how long is Putin gonna stifle Russian economy adhering to the darn US dollars and keeping the well known scum at the helm of the US RCB (Russian Central Bank)?
I forgot to sign myself. I did write the text.

Here is a link to an interview with Starikov where he discusses these issues.
Starikov on Why Stalin Was Right and How to Escape the Tyranny of the Western Financial System
http://russia-insider.com/en/politics/nikolai-starikov-how-escape-western-economic-system/ri8781
How about a National Committee for a a free America?
We certainly could use one.
VVP – Move against the traitors, before they move against you. The fate of the world is at stake.
Looking like the empire will put together a kangaroo court on MH17 with a coalition of the willing.
Lots of articles in MSM the last few days, even the phone hacker has got in on the act, with “new” video footage that was removed from the news site before anyone could see it.
http://www.news.com.au/travel/travel-updates/never-before-seen-footage-reveals-russian-backed-rebels-arriving-at-the-wreckage-of-mh17/story-fnizu68q-1227444676268
Never-before-seen footage reveals Russian-backed rebels arriving at the wreckage of MH17
No “coalition of the willing ” will help them with that.Russia could just convene a rival court to convict Ukraine for it.Then you’d have two parallel courts convicting two separate groups.Canceling each other out.With no legality anywhere for either,except within the borders of the countries involved.And any action taken by either to enforce a ruling by those “courts” would then result in war by the other.
I suspect the outcome of the kangaroo court would be more sanctions and freezing of assets by the vassal states (something along those lines).
A lot of PR work going into MH17 at the moment, so I expect a few dirty tricks to come.
I’m actually torn by that.If they do that Russia should finally accept that we are at war.Close the airspace over Siberia to airlines from sanctioning countries.Place a moratorium on any loan payments to sanctioning countries.Cut the sell of oil and gas to sanctioning countries.And end all imports not actually vital from sanctioning countries.And industrialize the country.In today’s World there are few products that can’t be bought if needed from the East.And none that can’t be copied when they can’t be bought.More sanctions might be the needed jolt to force re-industrialization.Basically,cut all trade with the West.Clear out the 5th column,and rebuild the country. Concentrate any outside buying and selling to non-sanctioning countries.Russia seriously doesn’t need the West to survive.It will require a few years of hard work.But the results are worth it.It also will free Russia from worry over Western opinion on her affairs.End the junta in Ukraine and reclaim them as a brother nation (with or without Galicia,without is still 85% of the area and population).That also free’s Russia to actively help her friends in MENA and Latin America without concern over reaction from the West.Let’s see if the EU can survive without any trade and gas from Russia without an economic collapse.They obviously want a Cold War 2 and keep inching toward it.This is not 1991,the West is not the power it was then.The rise of the non-aligned East has changed things.
Bob, the hate propaganda blitz in Australia re. MH 17 has been of a truly vicious intensity, even for the cancer that is our local, entirely Rightwing and Russophobe, MSM. Not only has it been 100% one-sided, as usual and 100% Russophobic, but they are now running the insane lie that the shooting-down was ‘deliberate’. Why the resistance would wish to do so is never asked-it’s just taken for granted that ‘evil’ ‘terrorists’ (as many of the hate-mongers now call them, apeing our new Banderastani fascist friends)do such things because ‘evil Putin’ made them do it. Putin is directly blamed, the possibility of an hideous accident no longer even mentioned, and these ghastly slurs, so clearly the psychological projection of evil minds (are there any others in the upper echelons of the West any more?) are even spewed out by recent heads of the military. There seems to be a MSM lie campaign exactly analogous to the ‘Saddam’s WMD’, Gaddafi’s Viagra container-loads, Lockerbie, Assad’s nerve gas attacks etc, and as every, the MSM seems incapable of ‘learning’ from its past ‘errors’. But they’re not errors, are they.
I didn’t get the video at your link to work, but I found a short version where militia was trying to identify the plane and looking for black box — not ‘rifling through luggage for valuables’.
I never believe Australian news media.
Yep. The video at the link does not work. I found that article when it had only been up for 20 minutes and it was not working then. I doubt there is a video. that article was brought to you courtesy Rupert Murdoch
But our foreign minister is telling us how sickening it is.

Footage of Russian-backed rebels ransacking MH17 luggage is sickening, Julie Bishop says
The Australian foreign minister says it is deeply disturbing that the video published by News Corp Australia has now emerged
There is some heavy duty propaganda happening at the moment.
This
http://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/jul/17/mh17-victims-families-told-our-hearts-go-out-to-you Australian leaders and families of victims gather at Parliament House to reflect on a painful year since the Malaysia Airlines plane was shot down over Ukraine
The passengers deserved to be welcomed home, said Tony Abbott, not “shot out of the sky in a war of aggression by one country [Russia] against a smaller neighbour [Ukraine]”.
There is four articles running at the moment on MH17 in the guardian
After the biased 60-minutes episode aired on TV, I recall reading a lot of non-gullible people on their facebook page ridiculing the botched report. But there was one such post that opened my mind. There were no real deaths the poster claimed but he did mention something that is without dispute. The bodies found were naked – pictures can be found on the internet. This was not made public by either Russian or Western media.
Why would the bodies be naked if the passengers were killed after the plane crash? This does not make sense! It seems to corroborate Strelkov’s claims at the time that the bodies found at the plane crash were dead long before the crash. The crash was staged by the West with perished bodies and medical equipment loaded onto the plane.
Nice of the West to perform indignities to dead human bodies in staging their false flag operation.
Perhaps this is what is meant by ‘Western Values’?
Peter, the audio is phoney. Story is on NiqNaq.
Larchmonter445,
Larchmonter445,
Thank you for the Starikov link which addresses the difficulties of returning to national economic sovereignty thru national control of money creation; I would have missed it.
As an advocate of monetary sovereignty Starikov cites no physical, financial, or economic obstacle to transitioning to a system of sovereign nations who issue their own currency, thus ceasing to allow their growth to be hostage to either export income or Western loans. He cites no obstacle in trade or in production.
Rather, Starikov notes that currency emission by sovereign nations would not be permitted @5:03, that the currency would no longer be recognized and the country’s financial system would be blockaded. It is within the context of this prohibition/compulsion by the US/West that he advocates a step by step transition, in hopes that Russia can get away w it, as the US and the West weaken.
Starikov even says @5:59 that “Therefore a return to the multipolar world has to begin with the alternative center of issue.” (That is, issuance by a sovereign nation outside the rules of IMF)
I found heartening his statement that economists from other countries are critical 7:07 of the necessity of not moving forward, yet each is afraid to be the first and says “After you!” 7:16 I hope that this indicates that they might soon be willing to move simultaneously as a bloc to monetary sovereignty.
Nowhere does Starikov indicate that this would crash the world system of production and trade, but if this is a concern it could be accomplished incrementally w eveyone acting together in order to frustrate retribution.

Scott
1. Israeli-made air-to-air missile may have downed MH17 – report
The info in that article is dynamite. Fantastic find, RT should have front paged it. This is the article:
Israeli-made air-to-air missile may have downed MH17 – report
The missile that attacked MH17 had a passive radar homing head, which explains why the missile exploded so close to the cockpit. Under the radar-transparent nosecone of a Boeing 777-200 there is a surveillance radar station operable during the flight, so most likely the missile homed on to this radar as the target.
Apart from a radar homing head, the missile could also be equipped with an advanced, matrix type, imaging IR seeker, which enables the missile to determine the size and the type of the target and choose for attack its most vital element. For a huge Boeing aircraft, that’s the cockpit.
A simulation of the missile attack has proved that missiles with that type of guidance choose to attack a big passenger plane from the front hemisphere.
There are four air-to-air missiles that fit the description established by the experts, namely: French Magis-2, Israeli Shafrir, American AIM-9 and Israeli Python – all short-range.
The first three have been struck off the list for various reasons, including type of warhead or guidance system specifications. The Python deserved a closer look.
The Python is equipped with a matrix-imaging IR seeker. It enables a relatively moderate power warhead to effectively engage big aircrafts. The warhead is armed with a set of ready strike elements. Even more importantly, some open military sources suggest that in early 2000s a number of Sukhoi Su-25 assault fighter jets we refurbished to use fourth and fifth generation Python missiles, which look very similar to the Su-25’s standard air-to-air R-60 missile.
The article is one of the best I’ve seen on the shoot down and includes photos showing the damage and weapon described. It vindicates some of the speculation I made last summer about the location of the explosion, the signs of blast damage indicating this was close to the left side of the nose, and the size of the warhead being smaller than that of a Buk warhead. The info presented also refutes a Buk warhead as being the source of the damage. The Python being the culprit also clears up the many inconsistencies in previous theories with regard to aircraft damage and missile warhead types not really matching up.
As an aside, this is really very sensational news, but I notice no commenter mentioned it, even though Scott put the article at the very beginning of his sitrep, where it was sure to have been seen. Usually new MH17 news draws attention. But this time it didn’t any attention in the comments, and coincidentally, this time the news connected Israel to the shootdown (if not directly, at least indirectly). I’ve noticed the shyness of mentioning the word Israel here of late among most. This was a phenomenon I’d noticed previously among the zionist phony left. All Israeli action or reference is instantly converted to “American” action, Israel remaining unmentioned. If the material cant be transferred to being an American action, then the news is ignored completely. The board here is a different board than it was a year ago….
It’s well possible that Israhell is behind it, even directly.
I personally found the air-to-air missile version always the only plausible one.
And wasn’t there the Skype call where Kolomoiski admitted having shot down MH17 …?
Unfortunately its sound quality is doubtful.
The problem is, here comes the 25th version and we need 100% PROOF.
Also: In reality it is of course 100% inverse: If Washington does xyz foobar, in 90% of the cases we should write Israel instead of US.
But: Everybody knows that I guess.
And sure: The Anti-Semitism shit always works to keep folks silent.
BTW here in germany more than anywhere else.
Also, dont’s forget: Not only germany and the USA are in fact themselves only ___VICTIMS___ of the same 12 families – even Israel is.
Maybe unknowingly. But the average citizens are getting poorer and poorer everywhere and they count nothing to the masters.
See also this RT article I posted this am:
MH17 likely downed by air-to-air missile, not Russian made – Investigative Committee
The version that the Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 was downed by an air-to-air missile nearly a year ago is the one in priority, said Russia’s Investigative Committee head Vladimir Markin. He added that the rocket was not Russian made.
Russia’s IC has been conducting its own investigation into the crash that saw 298 people killed in a plane crash in eastern Ukraine. Markin said that he considers the version of the MH17 downing on July 17, 2014 over eastern Ukraine by an air-to-air missile to be in priority.
“Moreover, experts suppose that the rocket type established was not manufactured in Russia,” he told TASS on Wednesday.
He stressed that the experts’ conclusions indicate support to the testimony Evgeny Agapov, an aviation armaments mechanic in the Ukrainian Air Force, who is under Russian state protection as “key witness” to the MH17 crash.
Specifically, Agapov testified that on July 17, 2014 a Ukrainian Sukhoi Su-25 jet aircraft piloted by a “Captain Voloshin” who “set out for a military task” and returned without ammunition.
Moreover, following the crash in July 2014 Russia’s Defense Ministry released military monitoring data, which showed a Kiev SU-25 jet gaining height towards the Boeing shortly before it was downed.
The article also tells how Russia is being excluded from the MH17 “investigation”. Well, no wonder, given the Russians will expose the disgusting sods. See also:
MH17 Most Likely Shot Down by Air-to-Air Missile
The Russian Investigative Committee has data suggesting that the Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 was most likely brought down by an air-to-air missile produced outside of Russia, committee spokesman Vladimir Markin said Wednesday.
“Regarding the priority version, we have data, including the one based on the results of examinations, [that suggests that] the plane was shot down by an air-to-air missile… Moreover, experts believe that they have established the type of missile and this is not a Russian-made missile,” Markin said.
The data that the Russian Investigative Committee possesses, confirms the testimony of Evgeniy Agapov, a witness from Ukraine who served as a mechanic in the First Squadron Brigade of Tactical Aviation of the Ukrainian Air Force, he added.
In December, a former Ukrainian airbase employee, whose name at the time was not disclosed, said he saw a Ukrainian Air Force Su-25 combat jet carrying air-to-air missiles taking off, on the day of the tragedy, from an airbase in eastern Dnipropetrovsk, and later seeing the same plane return without any missiles.
The Russian government believes MH17 was shot down by a Su-25 using A-A missiles and now say they have the evidence to back that up. Up till now the Russian government hadn’t officially committed to any theory of the downing, but it now appears they are sure it was A-A missiles. This decision to go public probably has to do with the phony MH17 investigation the Israeli-Americans are trying to push through the UNSC, using their cowed Malaysian colony.
Yes, thanks .
But I had already x-linked it on twitter and fb hours ago ;)

As martin said, a lot of versions are coming out and take a bit of thinking about.
I had thought about the aircraft (SU-25 or whatever) being fitted up for a different missile specifically for the job, but too many people in the know. Having been fitted up a few years previous – no one the wiser.
In the main pic on this page, the damaged wing has bit of green paint from I think, the body or fin of a missile. http://sputniknews.com/europe/20150717/1024735595.html
If the SU-25 was purposely fitted with israeli missiles that could specifically bring down a passenger size aeroplane, was it not meant to take out Putin on his way back from the BRICS summit in Brazil? Just thinking out loud.
The evil of the junta knows no bounds:
“Ukraine stops paying for children’s cancer treatments abroad, bans Russian vaccines”
Ukraine does not have its own tetanus vaccine, but Yatsenyuk banned buying the Russian one
Terminating budget allocations for treatment of children with cancer abroad — is one of the biggest crimes of Yatsenyuk government, which kills Ukrainian children in Belarus and Ukraine.
This was stated by the former commissioner of the President on the rights of the children, now an MP Yuriy Pavlenko.
Former children’s ombudsman stressed that he had repeatedly appealed to Kvitashvili, but the [Georgian] Minister of Health is simply lying to MPs, as well as the media.
“Repeatedly asked, fought .. He is only lying to us. Me too. I made a request to the minister — as far as implementation of the national plan of action of the Convention for the Rights of Children. There is a paragraph on the provision of treatment of children. They lied — said that all is well, all fulfilled. And anyway, that they stopped payments of allocated budget funds for the cancer treatment of children abroad – is one of the biggest crimes of the government of Yatsenyuk. As a result of the inaction of the minister Kvitashvili not only Ukrainian children, who are in Belarus, are dying, but also here in Ukraine,” – he said.
According to Yuriy Pavlenko, every Ukrainian child is at risk of death because at the Ukrainian state hospitals there are no regular tetanus vaccines required for all children because they were made in Russia, and were banned from importing.
“Today each child in Ukraine is at risk of death — even anyone who is injured on the street. Because there are not even any tetanus vaccines, necessary for all kids in case of injury. The first thing we should have is tetanus vaccines, to avoid contagion. There are none. Moreover, it is completely unavailable in the country, because it is produced in Russia, and Russian medicine was banned. But nothing new was offered. Hospitals are afraid to accept children because they cannot provide full assistance”, — summed up the MP.

Interesting shift in the Zio”german” press landscape.

Whenever Russian Sources become silent: some important event takes place next.
I still cannot imagine that the Russian Duma operates on the orders of the US government. Is this really true? Federov repeatedly states this in all his interviews.
The first task of the Duma would be to take back control of the finance, education, manufacturing industries and the media.
Then to jail those players who commit treason and throw away the key.
Then close the US Embassy once the treasonists are removed from society.
Regarding difficulties reaching Donbass social media: I think the policy of unilaterally enlarging the demilitarized area as a gesture of good will is having credibility problems. Some sources are even saying that the attempt on those close to Zacharchenko is related to dismay over this policy.
I don’t know; it’s easy to speculate. Does anybody have any actual info ?
My goodness. I am just today reading Scott’s Sitrep of July 16 cuz I was busy studying the underlying structures of the New World Order so that I can better explain the urgency of countries’ beginning to plan how to act en mas to control their own currencies. Now I came to read the comments & Sitrep, and I find that it is dealing exactly w that.
There is one more — only one more– equally important aspect of the NWO that must be demolished. But I will only suggest it here cuz I imagine that no one will be reading a sitrep or its comments from 7/16.
The second aspect of NWO / neoliberal economic globalization is “free trade”. Free trade– trade policy which opens all markets w/o consideration of the nation’s self-interest– of a less-developed country with a more developed one will always result in the impoverishment and loss of self-reliance of the less developed one. (Greece & all of Southern Europe)
Why? Their industries are less developed, can’t compete, are killed by the competition. Even agriculture; US’s is heavily subsidized; no one can compete w it. So they need capital to industrialize in order to compete– and there we have the debt nightmare again.
