No, dummy. It’s only means that Russia and the US agreed on a tradeoff, with the US promises to take its hands off Armenia, while Russia promises to talk about paying welfare to fascist NATO occupied Ukraine.
Promise is a keyword here.

Scott, don’t jump to conclusions, Baby. Gazprom’s talking to Ukraine about next gas contract is gas FOR UKRAINE– not gas being transited across Ukraine to Europe.

The Syrian Arab News Agency – which reports not just daily, but virtually hourly on Syria – has nothing about a US ‘invasion.’
Increased ISIL attacks yes, but met with bombs from the Syrian Air Force and the Syrian Aram Army on the ground. If anything, the two recent massacre of civilians – 120 in one case – has intensified Syrian resolve and the takfiris seem to be more indiscriminately violent because they’re panicking.
Oh, and Lavrov is there for negotiations, while Assad is drumming up support from the BRICS (a *very* interesting angle, never saw that coming….Lavrov’s idea?)
