My latest column about Europe has elicited a lot of reactions, more than I expected, and I feel that I have to follow up by answering some of the comments made and by simply sharing with you not so much my thoughts as my feelings about Europe and her plight. Careful here, this will be a angry rant, written with sadness and despair in my heart, and with no regard whatsoever for good manners or political correctness (or spelling and grammar, for that matter)
If you offend easily, stop reading now. Same thing if you expect a carefully written analysis. This will be a *rant*.
You have been warned!
For those who might not already know this, I was born in Switzerland in 1963 and, as most your Swiss people do, I traveled all over Europe for many years. My favorite destinations were mostly in the South: Greece (Athens, Aegina, Aghia Marina), Spain (Gran Canaria, Andalusia, Madrid), Italy (Ansedonia, Rome, Milan, Aosta), France (Creuse, Corrèze, Vercors), but also in the *real* “Central Europe” of Switzerland (Berner Oberland, Graubunden, Val Poschiavo), Germany (Bavaria), Holland (Amsterdam, the Hague) and Belgium (Brugge). I even has some wonderful trips to Ireland (Dublin, Donegall, Connemara) and I loved it all. I loved the languages (I speak Spanish, German, French, Italian), I loved the beautiful diversity of people, the music, the food, the landscapes, the accents and beautiful buildings as witnesses of the past reaching as far as antiquity – all these were joys to my heart and food for my mind. I absolutely LOVE Europe, and not only because by ethnicity I am half-European myself (my father, who did not raise me, is Dutch) but because most of my life was spent there and no matter what Europe will feel like home to me.
[Sidebar: when I say “Europe” I mean Western Europe, the real Europe, the one which was occupied by NATO, not the eastern part, occupied by the WTO (Warsaw Treaty Organization, it was never called a “Pact” – this is US propaganda), which never was really Europe anyway. No offense to anybody, but for me the notion that Poland or Bulgaria are part of Europe is laughable. And neither are the Balkans for that matter, with the possible exception of Greece. I know, most will disagree and prove me wrong, I don’t care. MY Europe will always be a purely western one, for better or, sometimes, for worse]
But that home was stolen from me.
First, that home was stolen by an EU project which from day one was anti-European. How is the EU anti-European? First and foremost, because it was aimed at unifying a beautifully diverse continent. What does a German and an Italian have in common. Let me tell you: exactly *nothing*. In Switzerland we used to joke that the border with Africa began in Carouge, a southernmost neighborhood of Geneva. If you asked a Swiss German from Zurich, he would say that the border with Africa begin just south of Bern, on the linguistic divide between German and French speaking Swiss. And, please, don’t see that as a sign of anti-Italian or anti-French-speaking Swiss racism – it is not. It was a *joke*, but one which reflected real differences.
There once was a real and viable European (as I said, every time I say “European” I mean “West European”) core: Germany, France, Belgium, Holland and Denmark were fairly close to each other, with France being the odd man out (France is, at the very least, two countries: southern and northern France, glued together by history and language). Switzerland was politically too independent to ever join this “core” as for the UK, it was never European in the least. If anything, the UK was always anti-European and the worst enemy of Europe.
The EU went much further. It added Spain, Italy, Greece and Portugal. This was already rather crazy but, I suppose, painfully doable. But then came the deathblow: adding all of the former WTO countries in a suicidal expansion to the East. I don’t feel like discussing what the central and eastern European countries ought to be called, maybe “eastern European” is okay, but they never were in any way part of western Europe. Yes, for political reasons, the Poles, Estonians and Romanians think of themselves as “European”, but just like the Ukies with their ridiculous “Україна – це Європа!” (The Ukraine is Europe) they never were part of real Europe, not the one which used to joke that the European border with Africa beings in Carouge anyway :-)
The second deathblow to Europe came when the capitalists opened the borders of Europe to cheap immigrant labor for the south. Let me tell you, the first wave of immigrants, mostly Italians, Portuguese and Spaniards, could very easily be integrated. I went to school with roughly 50% of the classroom composed of these three groups. Sure, they each had their own identity, language and customs – but they could really be integrated into the larger society. Then came the Yugolsavs and it was much tougher already. All of them – Serbs, Croats, Albanians from Kosovo – had come from Communist Yugoslavia and while they definitely worked very hard, they never really felt at home in their new country of residence, and neither did the locals see them as their own. But then all hell broke lose with the arrival of the “Arabs” from the Maghreb (northern Africa) who were not all, or even really, “Arabs” but nevermind that, and sub-Saharan (Black) Africans. Can you imagine what it feels like to see *real* Africans in larger and larger numbers all over your home town when you used to joke that the border with Africa was Carouge (I repeat that example because I consider it very telling)? It felt like a plague, even if nobody was willing to admit it.
Now let me immediately get one canard out of the way. The issue of Islam.
I submit that none of the Magbrebians or Africans could be really integrated into a profoundly West European society. But, and this is crucial, the Muslims, and here I mean the really religious and pious Muslims, were always respectful of the law and excellent neighbors. I know what I am talking about as I lived right next door to a big mosque myself, for decades, and that I know for a fact that mosque-attending Muslims are extremely courteous (more so than the locals, in fact) and that they are very careful about showing a refined, educated and proper image of Islam in front of non-Muslims. The real plague were the 2nd generation kids who were neither Europeans nor Muslims. Now those, especially the Algerians, accounted for the vast majority of crime and they were truly a horror to put up with: arrogant, loud, uneducated and very aggressive. These Maghrebians typically would mix with 2nd generation Black Africans and form the core of almost all the gangs of criminal thugs roaming around. And none of them, zero, were Muslims in any sense of the word, not religious not cultural. Again, I speak of long and personal experience, so please don’t come tell me that I don’t know Europe or Islam, because I do, very well in fact.
[Sidebar: I cannot speak of Turks/Kurds in Germany simply because I have not spend enough time in these circles and I am not qualified to have an opinion about them]
So my Europe was stolen from me not once, but twice and while I weep over the Europe of my youth, I absolutely loathe the Europe of the European Union. Every time I see Hollande, Stoltenberg or Tusk, my stomach turns and I feel like cursing. They make me absolutely sick. I hate the Europe of Charlie Hebdo, of BHL, of Harlem Desir, the Europe of Conchita Wurst or of Dalia Grybauskaitė (there goes a typical European name, right?).
London now looks like Karachi, Paris like Ouagadougou, Rome like Târgu-Mures. This is absolutely disgusting, revolting and suicidal. To say so has absolutely nothing to do with racism and only a person totally devoid from any real cultural roots can misinterpret the horror of those who see their cities and cultural roots being smashed by waves of non-integratable immigrants as a form of racism. You don’t believe me?
Let me tell you this: in France there are a lot of Maghrebians who are now horrified to see their (usually poor) neighborhood being literally run over by Romanian Gypsies while in Switzerland you have more or less integrated ex-Yugoslavs who now watch in horror as their putatively “fellow” ex-Yugoslavs run the cocaine business. How many Swiss citizens do you think you would fine in a Swiss jail? Nobody knows, but my guess is less than 15%.
The worst part of it all is that both the Right and the Left are equally responsible for this state of affairs.
Originally, the main impulse to bring immigrants to Europe came from the Right, from the organized corporate managers who wanted cheap labor at any cost. As always, if you look deeper, the force behind the corporations were the banks. It is of no coincidence that in France is all began with Georges Pompidou who, before being President, was a General Manager at N. M. Rothschild & Sons Bank. Pompidou, who came to power following the CIA’s “color revolution” known as “Mai 68” succeeded a real French patriot, General de Gaulle, who had attempted to de-couple France from her AngloZionst masters and who was subsequently overthrown in a bizarre revolution which already saw Trotskists and CIA agents working hand in hand to achieve regime change in France.
All the French Right cared for was profit, profit and profit. The French workers were superbly unionized, they have achieved remarkable social and labor rights and the French capitalists simply could not turn them into the kind of right-less workforce they needed, so the imported them from abroad.
As for the Left, it saw in this influx of immigrants a fantastic political opportunity to achieve the kind of societal change it always wants to achieve: a wholesale destruction of any form of tradition, national identity and religion.
The French Zionists, in particular, saw a fantastic opportunity to weaken the French national identity by branding it as by definition racist. This is how they did it.
President François Mitterrand wanted to split the French Right in order to win the elections, so he personally ordered the main French TV channel to make a long interview with the leader of the National Front, Jean-Marie Le Pen. This interview is what really put the National Front in the spotlight and the tactic worked. The French Right was split and it still is, by the way. The the French Socialists joined forces with the Israel Lobby and created a movement called “Touche pas à mon pote” (don’t touch my pal) headed by a guy called Harlem Desir (I kid you not!). Their mission? To fight the alleged racism of the French people. Sounds familiar? Create a problem and then ‘solve it’ (“Zionism 101”). This operation worked superbly and made any discussion of immigration tantamount to racism.
Now that the EU has replaced Europe, the Right and the Left have logically fused into what I call the “Extreme Center” – the same globalist model with, on one hand, wants to eliminate all the borders while, on the other, dismantling all social regulations protecting the working class from exploitation by the Capitalists.
Sorry for this long excursion in the past, but I want you to understand why I am always so angry when I write about today’s “Europe”: I am angry because I remember “yesterday’s Europe” very well, because I saw it killed step by step before my eyes, because I personally lived through every stage of this slow murder and because I absolutely loathe the pseudo-Europe which the Zionists are building on the aches of the old Europe.
A few more comments:
Gladio: yes, I know about Gladio, I remember the bombing in Bologna and the kidnapping of Aldo Moro. Could the latest bombings be a Gladio v2? Yes, absolutely, but this in no way impinges in the fundamental thesis that uncontrolled emigration is a moral threat to Europe and an ideal vector for the penetration by terrorists. Just remember that Daesh is CIA-controlled anyway, and that whether the handlers are in Raqqa or Brussels makes no difference. The Takfiris have always been the CIA’s footsoliders.
The US role: huge. The EU is essentially a US project via the Bilderbergers and the Zionist lobby in Europe. The EU today is run by a comprador elite which is totally subservient to AngloZionist interests. What real Europeans wanted was the “Europe des patries” (the Europe of fatherlands) which de Gaulle advocated. We all know what happened to de Gaulle for daring to oppose the AngloZionists Empire.
Russia: this is interesting. I see no Schadenfreude amongst Russians, none at all. First, most Russians simply like Europe, especially southern Europe with which we feel a much stronger connection. But we also admire the northern Europeans for their undeniable achievements. Furthermore, Russians know, through their own bitter past, that good people can live under a disgusting regime. This is also why Russians don’t usually blame regular US Americans for the policies of the ruling 1%. But what bothers Russians the most is the abject servility of most Europeans in front of an abject regime. The great Russian philosopher Ivan Solonevich used to write that “the Germans are not better organized, they are easier to organize”. What he meant by that is the be it under the Nazis or under the US occupation, the Germans would be exceptionally obedient and willing to be ordered around. In contrast, the Russian people are far more freedom loving and even anarchistic and they always rebel against any authority they don’t respect.
[Sidebar: dubious about this? Consider this: the Germans actually elected Hitler and then obeyed him up until his death. In comparison, the Soviet regime came to power in 1917 but only achieved stability in 1946(!) after a huge civil war, many insurrections, bloody repressions, bloody purges and a terrible war which saw, for the first time in Russian history, millions of Russians switch sides. Even after 1946 – the year of the last big wave of repressions – the Soviets still feared their own population up to 1991, and for good reason, would I add].
I personally expect that the first explosion against the EU will come from France, a country which, like Russia, has a deep, almost visceral, attachment to freedom and which will, I am certain, eventually blow up. When that happens, it will be violent and bloody (alas, another French – and Russian – tradition). I think that the AngloZionists will go to unimaginable levels of depravity and dishonesty to prevent it, but my money stays on France as the first country in the EU to rise up against the Empire. Why? Because the other candidates, Greece, Spain or Italy, will always “look over the shoulders” whereas the French will simply explode in rage with no regard to the consequences (in that the French are much more like the Russians). Plus the French will always hate the Anglos anyway.
Islam: Fact 1: Muslims are here to stay. You can hate it or love it, but that is a fact. Fact 2: Islam, real Islam as opposed to Wahabi Islam, is categorically opposed to AngloZionism. I think that Islam will be one of the forces which will eventually help to “clean house” in Europe. Wahhabism on the other hand, will have to be completely and totally eliminated from Europe. This is a mortal threat to all of civilized mankind, a threat which cannot be negotiated with and which must be totally eliminated.
The Ottomans: Call me crazy, but I am coming the conclusion that Turkey, at least in its present form, is inherently a dangerous and non-reformable entity which must be beat back to a size and quality commensurate with the notion of “normal country”. Just look at the past couple of decades. The Turks were involved in: Cyprus, Kurdistan, Chechnia, Bosnia, Albania, Macedonia, Crimea, Lebanon and Syria! How is that for a terrorism-support scorecard? Does anybody remember that Turkey does still occupy half of Cyprus and that the Turkish military has been bombing and attacking Kurds in Syria and Iraq for decades already. Clearly, the “imperial virus” has not been eradicated in this ex-Empire and this rot must be eliminated until Turkey finally becomes what all other former empires have become: a normal country, like Greece or Holland. By the way, the only thing which currently keeps Turkey together and gives it a kind of immunity is, of course, the protection of the United States, NATO aka the AngloZionist Empire. Get rid of one, and the other will soon follow.
The *real* Left: there used to be a real Left in Europe. And, unlike the modern ‘caviar-Left’ it was really patriotic. The French Communist Party leader Georges Marchais saw through the Capitalists plan to import masses of immigrants and he denounced that as a conspiracy against both the local French and the immigrants. Some of his speeches sound very similar to what Jean-Marie Le Pen has repeated for decades. The real left has now been completely eliminated from Europe or, if it exists somewhere, it is too small to make a difference.
The *real* Right: The National Front of Jean-Marie Le Pen used to be the real deal, even if it was carefully manipulated by the French Socialists. But ever since his daughter Marine came to power, the National Front has been totally coopted by the Zionists and from a popular and labor movement it has now turned into the typical Capitalist pseudo-Right which is sold out to the system and unable to even peep a word against the Zionists. There is a real Right left in France, mostly around Traditionalist “Catholic” (Latin) circles but, just as with the real Left, it is too small to really make a difference.
Sorry for this long rant. My heart hurts over this topic and it is painful for me to write about. Please don’t come and pester me about spelling or grammar or other inexactitudes. I wrote this in one shot, off the cuff, and at the kind of warp-speed typing I do when I am emotional about something (heck, I won’t even bother re-reading it or check for typos). Though I will post this under the “analysis” section, I do that only because this is a follow-up to my analysis yesterday. But, as you can tell, an analysis this is not – this is just a frustrated and angry rant about what has been done to the place were I was born and which I still love.
To end on something personal and beautiful, I leave you with this GoogleEarth photo of the place in Greece where, as a kid, I learned how to free-dive (decades before the movie “The Big Blue” made freediving a trendy sport): the rocks near the village of Αγία Μαρίνα (Saint Marina), on the island of Aegina. I visited this place at the age of 12 for the first time and this is also were I spent my honeymoon, almost 23 years ago. This is also one of the places I call ‘home’.
The Saker
Dear Saker,
Thanks for the interesting writing. Could you perhaps spare a few words to define what are the qualities you deem really European? What is the essence of this group? I presume you are thinking of culture traits but could you name some specific traits that are vital for them being a distinct group and the root influences of such a development? (I am not suggesting you do an essay or thesis on it, just to make that what you are talking about more concrete)
Warm regards,
Ж
what are the qualities you deem really European?
This is a tough one because no matter what I reply I will be missing most of it. It all depends on what you mean – in philosophy, science, culture, arts? There is so much to say about each one of them. Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin and if I did, it would have to be a very long reply. Sorry for this very poor non-answer :-(
Perhaps my memories of my school time may help. Once we had to comment in writing upon what an “eminent European thinker” had found out what made Europe european – three influences:
1. the influence of antiquity (obviously the greek myth of “Evropa” is one of the building blocks of what we think about ourselves)
2. the influence of Rome (the Roman empire, building long streets nearly as well as Hitler did, institutions of all kind including armies and schools)
3. the structuring influence of the idea of Justice (that is the ongoing influence of Justinian’s Codex Iuris, which is still valid law in Germany, for instance, in a case that is not regulated by anything newer).
The eminent thinker visibly defined Europe from nothing but a strictly Roman viewpoint which excluded all others – and is thus identical to TheSaker’s definition which includes Europe within the borders of Cesar’s empire, no less and no more, and everybody outside is “not like us”, is barbars (“but don’t take this as an offence”).
I just looked up the name of that famous man who gave us this convincing definitin of Europe – it was Romano Guardini, who to Wikipedia is not a universal wisecrack but just an ordinary roman-catholic priest, who, yes, repeated dutifully what the roman-catholic clergy (of Rome, not Wadowice) thought about this question at that time.
Well written Saker and I know that it must’ve been as hard to write as it was for me to read. Just last week I had a similar conversation with a friend. She, like myself, has travelled extensively throughout Europe and told me that on her last visit to Paris she actually grieved what she considered the passing of city she loved, such were the changes she witnessed.
Where we may disagree is in purpose of these demographic changes and a the solution. Although I don’t disagree that the multinationals had a say and have capitalised, I believe the real reason is ideological. To put it simply, the ruling elite are attempting to create a universal citizen and to do so they are engineering out all the factors that make groups unique. And they going after the potentially most formidable first: the northern Europeans. The flooding of Germany with millions of incompatible and often hostile people from Afghanistan to Somalia, is meant to drive a human wedge into the heart of the most powerful country in Europe and signal the death knell. If the Germans capitulate, its over. Which brings me to what I consider the only solution, a massive and unequivocal rejection of progressive liberal dogma in all its insidious forms and a return to traditional values and national and ethnic pride. Pathological altruism will need to be supplanted by a charity that begins and ends at home for the foreseeable future, for we have much to do for fellow Europeans, just look at the suffering in Greece with pensioners committing suicide and the sick not able to get medication. Our good nature is being coopted and used to destroy us. I no longer care if I’m called a racist or a Nazi, non of this is true, but I don’t care. If we don’t take a stand future generations will curse us. Well I curse every social justice warrior that seeks to undermine this beautiful Continent.
Being “humane” is something every individual has to work at from birth regardles race, creed or sex.
Being stuck in hate gives priority to “the oppressed will be the next oppressors” or “what goes around comes around”.
I was under the illusion the oligarchs had to work for their idea of a shrewed up world. Reading a lot of coments below they don’t. Please continue squabbling who has the best culture, creed, sex in history, pretty shure we all get our turn to be top dog or underdog.
“But where is danger there the saving powers will grow as well” – Hoelderlin (1770-1843).
Europe will be saved by the nation whose core value is honesty.
Witness this nation’s wholesale rebellion against the MSM from 2014 (start of Russian conflict).
Witness the meteoric rise of the nation’s patriotic movement (from zero in 2013 to 24% of the votes in Sachsen-Anhalt in 2016).
“The Germans are easier to organize… they actually elected Hitler and then obeyed him up until his death”:
1. Maybe, 2. false, 3. irrelevant.
ad 2. Hitler was installed in a backroom deal on 4 Jan 1933 negotiated by von Schroeder, an American English German financier. The fact that after a lost WWI, after an hyperinflationary blowout, after mass unemployment, cultural despair, and mass suicides Hitler only received 1 in 3 votes max testifies to the extraordinary maturity of the German electorate.
Germany’s cultural mission is not finished and this is why it will muster the strength (and surprise attacks) to outlast the empire.

I am going for a walk now, when I return, if I have the time, I will translate the lyrics.
“Quien viene a tu país a profanarte
Quien pisa la ciudad sin tu permiso
Quien sacará tus cosas de la calle
Tu enemigo
Si estos idiotas supieran
Que yo soy el hombre más rico del mundo así
Viviendo de tus abrazos
Olvidaron que el hombre no es más que un hombre
Que tus manos son mi bandera y
Que tengo de frontera una canción
No me preguntes para qué he venido
Pregúntate mejor cómo has llegado
Puede que seas el hijo de algún hijo de un esclavo
Ven y háblale de frente a tu enemigo
(ven y háblale da frente a tu enemigo)
Oh, my dear saker! I want to put my healing hands into your brain and return to you your peace of mind!
Dear Blondinka Florida,
It is true that this topic, Europe, does hurt when I think about it. But then I also am in the process of accepting that what is going on is part of a much larger world crisis and that really every single culture and country on the planet is at risk of being wiped-off. I don’t disagree with Roger Waters when he writes “give any one species too much rope and they will fuck it up”. Mankind as a whole is, I believe, running itself into the ground and while we can delay this process, I don’t think that we can reverse it, at least not for a long while. While I live in Florida for personal, family, reasons, I also use this opportunity to enjoy ever minute of my life in a place which in spite of many problems is still beautiful and full of immense wildernesses where I go for long hikes to try to heal my bitterness and sadness.
A week ago I was hiking, off trail, in the Juniper Prairie wilderness and I felt like I was walking through the Garden of Eden, away from it all, surrounded by a completely wild, untouched and raw nature. Nothing heals as much as this full immersion in nature, at least for me.
So please don’t worry – I am in the right place for me and I am, if not fully at peace, at least in the process of getting there :-)
Hugs and thanks,
The Saker
Saker,
I really appreciate your work and you comments. And I understand the motives for your rant – Europe as it is today is really a cause for a furious rant. However, just a few observations:
1) Your focus on Western Europe reminds me to our collective blindness for the world behind the former materialized Disraeli plan aka Iron Curtain. The generation growing up in Europe after WWII until the nineties lived in a world which simply ended some hundred kilometers eastwards, like the edge of a flat word where you fall off into the nothing. Of course we had maps and history lessons, but as social reality, the border was finisterrae. Even with some casual experiences like a trip to Praha or Budapest, Central Europe was several horizonts away, and we had no idea which richness and very European culture it harboured. So I think your Western Europe orientation is due to belonging to your generation cohort plus some double off limits of Communist Europe for any American with a security clearance. Visit it, and enjoy some very European culture which survived there in many regions much better than in todays Western parts.
2) European cities and societies are crumbling, no doubt. Poverty and disarray are on the rise. But this is an effect of beeing no more the front state in a competition for a good society of tomorrow. Of course this was delusional, and behind the dressed windows, there was a war raging against Russia. Nevertheless, we lived in this dressed window sitting on the invisible bombs beeing beyond our imagination capabilities, and quite some comfort resulted from this customary display of the goodies of the allmighty West. That has changed. Since 1990, Western and Southern Europa is a fully controlled area, and a permanent shooting season for profit is open. No need anymore to care for those under the wheels.
3) Blossoming western Europe was buildt by extraction profits from the colonies, leaving the ashes of societies in Asia and Africa. Yes, there has been the post-WWII decolonisation, but the structures remained, the terms of trade, the European protectionism, and in many cases, the buddies in the former colonies taking the bribes and channeling the profits. If there had been sometimes troubles, see the Mossadegh example. So the wealth extraction pipelines continued to suck for the benefit of Europe. That ended in the eighties when the extraction schemes ran into a dead end. Once the exploited societies are dissolving or have nothing more to loose, the parasite is faced with a dying host. Better drop off and look for new opportunities, but the revenues are gone, and often not only temporarily. No leeway for caring for those under the wheels, gloves have to be taken off.
4) Your are getting older, and coming to age, always confronts one with alienation from your very personal Heimat. The soil under your feet is changing, and most syncretisms smell very strange to your gusto grown over decades of experiences. And of course, it is turning to the worse ;-)
So, don’t worry, Europe is very much alive and creative. Of course, there is a lot of bullshit worshipped, and in particular, the political elites of Europe seem to have a grade of ignorance bordering to idiotism. They are causing major damage. But something like this is nothing new, and usually, necessary change is done only after all possible attempts to avoid it failed. Europe will not be able to avoid it, and its people already know it.
well, the europeans went over the world and imposed their culture and race. so when non-europeans immigrate here, its a tragedy?
sorry mate, get with the times… embrace different cultures.
The passion you put to defend Europe is certainly very touching. Living here, and as you say, seeing it all happen is really heartbreaking, to say the least. Your analysis is accurate and thorough, even though you name it a rant. I agree with you in most points, but disagree on the assesment of the german people in the development of the future evolution. Unfortunately, Germany is an ocupied nation and germans know this. Today germans are not the shadow of the admirable culture they have been in the past. It is at leat as heartbreaking to witnesss this as it is to see the desintegration of Europe as a whole. Still, I see in Germany as well as in Austria, a great need and struggle for freedom, maybe more so than in less occupied France. Marine Le Pen definetly lacks the clarity of Alain Soral, but is in a better position to achieve more than him, and she has proved it. I think you cannot beat the beast only from the outside, it needs fighters from within the system and I think she could be it. I might be wrong, but I see in her more nationalism than not and this could be crucial.
A hug

Paris: we were told it was a False Flag. Brussels: we are now told it is payback.
It would be useful to explain how this volte face came about (which is absolutely not to suggest that there is anything intrinsically wrong with a volte face – as the man said, when the facts change, I change my opinion).
If you (as a European) don’t want to live with people (aka immigrants, refugees, etc) in your neighbourhood or country because they have different living standards, you should make the countries where these people came from as attractive as the country in which you live. This is an obligation which cannot be left at the discretion of our European leaders, we (European citizens) have to do it ourselves.
I kind of agree with the Saker that plurality in Europe is something to cherise, or, (paraphrasing Adorno) that living in the world of Disney is, indeed, a small world after all.
It is nice to disagree with this rant of The Saker, and I disagree, although I do respect his thought. The niceness (is that a word?) comes from, I believe, a very European feeling which is called: “tolerance”. I would not like to lose that feeling because hatred is sown into European countries; Not by refugees, but by the hateful decision making of our leaders who make human beings (‘refugees’) into economic products like buttermountains, wine seas and milk lakes, and in which quota’s are the only answer to ‘the problem’
Perhaps, I am also ranting…
Apologies for the bad English…
Excuse me, we, as you put it, European citizens don´t have to do anything for these people. I kinda missed the contract i signed after birth that says i have to work my ass off in my life to make other countries great. What kind of logic is that?
This thinking is so “EU”. Let´s pump millions and billions of money into other countries to lift them up to our standarts! This is nonsense. Not only does it not work at all, because the money always vanishes in the pocktes somewhere, it´s also the ruin of the netto payers, because that money is missing in your own country in the end.
I think this notion is born out of the myth that we are all so rich. Which again is nonsense. There is a huge difference between being a rich country and one that just makes debts to give the illusion of wealth. (looking at you USA…)
In the end, you are not helping anyone, you are just draining your own country and bringing Your life standars down to the level of the country you wanted to help. This is acutally what is happening now. Look at how much the standart of living has improved in east europe after we send billions there…not much or not at all, yet at the same time we have to make more and more debts (the slave band of the modern world) and our own systems, be it education, health, you name it. Go slowly down and more down.
This is distribution of wealth and the only one profiting of it are the bankers.
I´m for tolerance, but this is asking for suicide.
Saker,
I have been reading your blog for some time now and have always found it stimulating and informative. However, I feel I must take issue with one aspect of your ‘rant’.
“London now looks like Karachi, Paris like Ouagadougou, Rome like Târgu-Mures. This is absolutely disgusting, revolting and suicidal.”
As a second generation immigrant I am disheartened by this perception, but that is not what I particularly object to: being ‘black’ in a ‘white’ country means you have to develop a thick skin. I am more interested in what you expect by way of reaction from the likes of me when you express such raw hostility. Please note that I am not accusing you of racism but I am genuinely baffled. As someone who often finds himself in agreement with what you say, I wonder what you expect me to do: should I leave the country in which I was born because I clearly do not belong? Do I not have rights?
Whilst I will not deny that crime is an issue in society, I would suggest that it is the product of deprivation. In other words, the result of poor employment prospects and other forms of discrimination that leads, for many young people, to a sense of alienation and outright hostility. Let’s not forget that most of the perpetrators of terrorist acts in Europe have been brought up in Europe.
Finally, I have taken much from European culture and have no doubt been enriched by it but I also feel that I and my community have given much too. And whilst I think I understand your sense of ‘loss’, I have to say that it is short sighted and unhelpful. Europe conquered and set about exploiting, often quite brutally, the rest of the world and now the rest of the world is in a position to start a ‘conquest’ of their own. Europe made itself the centre of the world and when ‘all roads lead to Rome’ you should not be surprised when a lot of people want to take those roads.
All of that being said I do not see all of this in a wholly negative light. The world is shrinking and we face global problems. Maybe it’s actually a good thing that we are going to have to get used to living with one another.
I wonder what you expect me to do: should I leave the country in which I was born because I clearly do not belong? Do I not have rights?
Of course you do! Let me explain myself.
I was born in Switzerland, but I never considered myself Swiss. I was a guest in somebody else’s country, just like I am today in the USA. That means that first and foremost I must respect the local culture and the way of life. Not *agree* or *adopt* it, of course, I can keep my own, but respect my not being disruptive. And that means basic things such as 1) not breaking the law 2) not breaking the moral/societal codes 3) not ever doing something against the country which hosts me. So I don’t get to riot, steal, offend, insult or otherwise make my hosts feel unsafe or disrespected. This has nothing to do with skin color, by the way. I would call that the “immigrants etiquette”. A friend of mine from London wrote to me today that he was afraid of walking his dogs in a park in London because the Muslim immigrants would try to kick or otherwise hurt his dog. In France, immigrants often insult the local people, especially if they are told to behave in a legal or respectful way. I say that these kinds of immigrants ought to be immediately deported. I have never broken any Swiss law and in the USA I don’t even have a parking ticket. I do that simply because I never forget that I am a guest who has to show gratitude and respect to the people which harbor me and my family.
And none of that means that I don’t have rights. I have the very same rights as any Swiss citizen or “legal alien” in the USA. And I also have *obligations* which I have to comply with (like doing my military service in Switzerland).
When I see the immigrants which now are flooding Europe I am horrified at their attitude. This is not how my family (immigrants from Russia) brought me up and this is why I categorically disapprove of that kind of behavior.
As far as I am concerned, and speaking as an immigrant myself, any immigrant which commits a crime or is unwilling to respect the law of the land ought to be kicked out no questions asked.
Does that make sense to you?
Cheers,
The Saker
Saker,
Yes your comments make sense but I cannot entirely agree with your basic premise.
“That means that first and foremost I must respect the local culture and the way of life. Not *agree* or *adopt* it, of course, I can keep my own, but respect my not being disruptive. And that means basic things such as 1) not breaking the law 2) not breaking the moral/societal codes 3) not ever doing something against the country which hosts me. So I don’t get to riot, steal, offend, insult or otherwise make my hosts feel unsafe or disrespected.”
First of all a culture and the society that produces it are not static, they evolve despite the best efforts of the elites and their followers: why is it that western traditions are ‘locked’ into the time of European political, cultural and military supremacy? Whilst I understand ‘white Europe’s’ need for this I cannot condone it as it reinforces ideas and notions of superiority and furthermore it is not necessary to creating a just and stable society. For better or for worse (I believe better: what choice do I have?) we now live in a multicultural Europe and our options are constrained by that fact.
Secondly, whilst I totally agree with the notion of the immigrants responsibility to conduct himself correctly, in a socially civilized society the host has responsibilities as well. Too often we find it is the failure of the host to accord the correct hospitality that leads to the disconnect we see. Obviously we will always be able to point to examples that support our individual perspectives but we must be able to move beyond this.
The immigrants “flooding into Europe” are, for the most part, displaced by war or they are economic migrants. The problems they flee from are almost exclusively the result of western policies and practices. I suspect that what prompted our respective families’ migration was somewhat different; certainly my father originally came to study and subsequently stayed. The type of migrants Europe has entertained in recent years are very different and their children are little inclined to adopt and accept a second class status as was I. As for ‘breaking the law’, well that depends on the law and how it is applied, but in general terms I think we would agree.
Lastly I would just say that migration is as old as humanity and in that respect everyone outside of the Nile Valley can be said to be the descendant of an immigrant. My point being that, although determined by *when* you choose to locate it, your cultural tradition will always be a transitory and slowly transforming thing and will undoubtedly have displaced an earlier one. Western Europe has decimated and trashed the cultural traditions of much of the world. Undoubtedly, in my opinion, some of those traditions needed to be lost, but what Europe is undergoing is essentially the same thing, albeit self inflicted.
Thanks,

Very thoughtful comment. Thank you.
Dear Saker: I represent the ‘old’ Europe going back over one thousand years. Born in the Hague, Netherlands in 1936, my father head of a 300 year old De Kuyper & Zoon (son) Genever Distillery partnership of only family members from 1695. He, born in 1893, to the successful small firm, living in the Hague himself, his father was of the highest social class in the tiny country and so conversant and long trusted by the relatively new Royalty, as well as royalty hundreds of years before, our family coming from Irish tribal ‘kings’ of the 5th-6th century. A highly literate group, but I think they wrote on sticks until the Romans and the Christian religion arrived. The ancient Irish were highly developed.A rich cultural group. As the family migrated together toward the European forming continent we honed the skills the family has begun with, probably intermarrying for safeties sake.
One of us advised the first Queen Elizabeth, which I reminded in a Facebook post, intended for the present angry old Queen Elizabeth 11, yes a dire foe of Europe. You see, my father simply continued his families ancient role of advising royalty by advising his childhood friend Queen Wilhelmina, the War Queen when after WW11 she returned from England to shattered Netherlands,
intending to open a working group for peace using all the royal heads of state across shattered Europe. He having married the beautious daughter of the banker Roosevelt chose to heal the Great Depression, Walter Scott Mc Lucas, knew through his many business and political connections, and those from the world traveling he did all the time to expand the small business, that given such a group from Queen Wilhelmina that the US would take it over in order to swallow Europe whole. She listened to her old, trusted since childhood friend, and did not start the Bilderberg Group! Knowing everything about Netherlands by then, the Americans have never left it since WW11, never will leave until the waters come (carrying the original Rembrandt paintings with them)they ordered as self proclaimed winners of WW11, that all the Dutch become fluent in English, American English if at all possible. So by the time tired Wilhelmina abdicated in favour of her daughter Juliana, #1, Holland only got the Marshall Plan funds by first giving all Indonesia to the US, who reduced it to abject obedience by CIA set up massacres of Indonesians by Indonesians on an industrial scale, anywhere from 1 million to 5 million, 20 years after receiving the vast ancient archipelago. #2 Lovely Queen Juliana, deeply in love with her husband, fluent on English formally started the Bilderberg Group in, of course the Bilderberg Restaurant. The USA CIA, extremely well established by then of very frightened Holland, asked the new Queen if they could fund the first 2 years of the Group, her answer an enthusiastic “Yes!” They of course have never left and never thought once they had it, to ever let it go. The one purpose, to take over all Europe…eliminate Russia as had been the US plan in WW1 and WW11 up to and beyond now. The CIA /US Mafia assassination of JFK made sure this present set of continental thefts went through.
I know so many details going back so far is why we in our families have been so many killed, and so many attempts on me. With it the details of what America will proudly do to remain hegemon.
II think what I know will help balance and pinpoint how what looks like Chaos is carefully planned to look exactly like that…and is not.Best, Suzanne
Dear Suzanne,
I read your posts with great interest and will be very interested to known much more! Hope you will share more with us later.

People have different definitions of what is European and what is not, why get so intense about it? I think the clue, really, is in ‘European’ i.e. whether Western…or Eastern.
I’m European, by skin colour, and language and being British, yes, even Brits can be European. Now normally I would refer to myself as an Englishman, sometimes a Brit, it depends. But I have left a hidden fact in my ancestry which is there for you to stumble over, should you disagree with me.
Insofar as the attack on Europe is concerned, I think it is mainly 4 factors: the USG & PNAC, the zionists, the self-loathing liberals, who particularly hate their skin colour, and let’s not ever leave out a very important factor, the roman catholic church, from which the EU was created – but not exclusively so – by jesuits.
The rc church *hates* the non-catholic church in Russia, not least because it is not under its control, and it was the catholic Poland which was the co-sponsor of the Eastern Partnership, involving the intergration of the former Soviet states into the EU.
So there is also a desire by certain people or groups, who want to dilute the white race, and thus have introduced – in particular – primarily africans, and secondary Asians, to achieve this.
Insofar as what my ancestors did to other nations, I make no apologies nor excuses, since I wasn’t born then, I feel no guilt whatsover about that; I am concerned with the present and future. If those people are so angry about what the British Empire did to their ancestors, I ask, do you speak English, yes or no? Therein lies your own answer.
You should read “Tell the Truth and Shame the Devil” by Gerard Menuhin.
I am reading it right now.
Life is short. Why would anyone spend it reading this?
Mr. Menuhin has used the familiar reekingly dishonest gambit – I’m no historian, and I don’t set out to show the historians wrong, I am entirely responsible for my opinions – and I publish them… why? (having just admitted they carry no authority).
There seems to be a pattern of thought frequent among those willing to go along with this: the Zionists exploit the holocaust, therefore it is courageous truth-telling to deny the holocaust (despite the reek of dishonesty in every attempt so to do).
Courageous truth-telling, rattling the cages of the PC – it’s a dangerous self-image to cultivate. We are all mainly ignorant. We all need to apply the little reason we possess as rigorously as we can. We all need to seek out the authority of those who’ve devoted their life to studying the subject – in this instance, the historians Mr. Menuhin so cavalierly dismisses.
I understand this is your rant.
However, apply some reason here. Since you’ve never claimed to have spent time in Karachi, Ouagadougou, or Targu-Mures – and certainly not their equivalent of scary poor neighborhoods – you really can’t compare London, Paris, or Rome to those centres any more than you can speak for Turks and Kurds in Germany.
All populations have their share of civilized and civilizable people; their best ones. They also have their portion of the absolute worst humanity can fall to.
Anglo-Zionism has gone out of its way to destroy the best at the periphery of empire. That people of the greater good are now being destroyed at the core of empire (even using destroyed people of the periphery to lead the charge) is proof of that particular imperialist theory, the abuses made at the periphery of empire inevitably return to the core.
A-Z propaganda is working on you, in the sense that, while you recognize Muslims are civilized, its dismissed as just a front, and although they may help clean house in Europe, they are the second generation hoodlums you see on the street reacting in their own way to living under Anglo-Zionism. You’re both alienated factions lashing out at one another as the easiest and most obvious targets, as artfully intended by Anglo-Zionist propaganda.
Factually speaking, your Europe was stolen from you, first, when the undemocratic EU was introduced to trounce the representative demacracies of Europe. Elected leaders pre-EU couldn’t get away with as much antisocial policy as they would like, because they had to face an intelligent and fairly represented electorate. Now under the present EU structure the Europeans are divided and conquerable.
Its no accident that Anglo-Zionism is led by the ‘Five Eyes’; with the exception of New Zealand, all are led by majority-rule democracies that leave the losers of an election – everyone who didn’t vote for the winning party – to form the government. As few as 25-30% of the population of Anglo ‘democracies’ form the government of those countries. Its a system of elected tyranny barely a step removed from absolute monarchy.
Second, cheap immigrant labour stole the economic ladder out from under poorer Europeans in their home states, who would otherwise have been able to leverage the need for labour in their favour. So its an accuruate observation, but both groups contrived to be alienated from one another and playing out scientifically predictable useful idiocy. Its important not to alienate those that did assimilate or share a common mind with civilized dialogue.
The solution is to promote representative democracy and accountability at all levels of the EU, so the EU Parliament isn’t overwhelmed by the appointed European Council and European Commission. As soon as possible, before the popular will is so diluted and fragmented as to be irrelevant.
In limited democracies there is usually an appointed aristicratic senate-like body to check the popular commons, but in EU case, there are at least two; the European Council and European Commission. Plus, the European Parliament can’t propose legislation, only the European Commission can, meaning they can’t undo the mistakes that the European Commission leads them to. Nor can the EP suspend enforcement, since the EC – improperly, in terms of check-and-balance accountability – is entrusted with overseeing the enforcement of the laws it can get past the EP.
Although you don’t want to be pestered over your spelling…
[Note: Spelling error 12 or so paragraphs in: How many Swiss citizens do you think you would you ?fine? [find] in a Swiss jail]
Writing a rant does you little good if you don’t use it for introspection, and that includes pondering the cosmetic and structural errors that might indicate clouded thought and serve as springboards to greater understanding.
Consider the Anglo-Zionist way of war; destroying the best and rewarding the worst of a target people against themselves.
Babylonian Talmud Kiddushin 66c: “The best of the gentiles: kill him; the best of snakes: smash its skull; the best of women: is filled with witchcraft.” The uncensored version of this text appears in Tractate Soferim (New York, M. Higer, 1937), 15:7, p. 282.
Many would argue that the scripture is taken out of context, implying they aren’t applied out of context by ‘real’ religious people. Yet, the historical context of abused scripture doesn’t matter when the precedent of abuse becomes apparent in practice as motivating people with power, to act, whether a hoodlum with a brick to throw or banker with a pen ready to backstab their fellow citizens. Religion is applied psychology, and what we have here is a core principle of psyops.
Darn; inversion error paragraph seven. That should read:
Its no accident that Anglo-Zionism is led by the ‘Five Eyes’; with the exception of New Zealand, all are led by majority-rule democracies that leave the losers of an election – everyone who didn’t vote for the winning party – ??to form the?? [out of] government.
Stupid stupid MSG excitotoxin…
Maybe, yet your apparently nonsensical error reflects the reality: not majority representation, but the subversion of democratic mechanisms to install globalist totalitarians.
i allways looked at Europe from cultural angle and people. i never care much about politics when i was young. i know that tourists from Europe had very positive cultural influence on us, western part of ex Yugoslavia. we learned a lot from them. now there are coming also people from eastern Europe and they are friendly and good people. except language i do not see major cultural difference from rest of Europe. but i also have nostalgy for past time Europe and what it represented for me then. but, times are changing. i would also like to hold past memories when i was young and anyone who is coming here to upset balance of world where i live and i am part of it, it will make me hapless. i know i am selfish, i know… i know… :-)
Last I checked Poland didn’t join the Neutral Powers.
http://www.nato.int/docu/review/2013/partnerships-nato-2013/NATOs-neutral-European-partners/EN/
Quite the contrary; Poland joined NATO and apparently agreed to be a front line state in any war with Russia. Needless to say, any such war between NATO and Russia will very likely go nuclear, and the front line state during a nuclear war is not where one would want the future of Europe’s indigenous bloodlines to be.
http://www.spectator.co.uk/2015/07/i-think-ive-watched-the-next-european-war/
https://www.rt.com/news/268825-nato-rapid-response-stoltenberg/
At best, Poland might hope that Russia makes good upon the tacit threat to take hot war against Russia directly to the sea power of Oceana, and spare Poland the full nuclear strike needed to neutralize NATO assets and capacity to wage war once things go nuclear. Its nothing personal; the logic of warfare is very impersonal. Antihuman, even.

So, yeah, good job defending yourselves. Even Poland’s foreign minister, Radoslaw Sikorski, scorns U.S. ties as ‘worthless’. Although the comments are said to be ‘out of context’, it was never made clear what the correct context was.

“””””So, what’s your point? Personally I am against Polish participation in NATO but given geographical and historical realities this movie is fully justified.”””””
You lost me.
Reading your and your Polish fellow’s “statements” tonight confirmed exactly every point or call it “klischee” I had written about.
I was in Poland 40 times or more since 1985.
I know you funny folks.
You only pick from history what suits your wet dreams. Always portrait yourselves as the poor dear innocent victim of evil evil Russia and sometimes Germany (as fits best).
You never mention Polish fascism and the Polish-Soviet war, nor ever mention your history as a brutal expansionist EMPIRE.
You never ever thanked Stalin for having expelled Germans who had lived there for almost 1000 years.
Enough said (otherwise I lose my friendliness).
Go to NATO and I wish you good luck, haha.
The point is there are real neutral powers in Europe defending their people with everything they’ve got without totally, formally surrendering to NATO and the EU, as has the Polish government. That’s not a moot point, its the core point. They had a choice, because there always is the choice.
The pressure on tiny Sweden to be complaint, for example, is immense. They bend but do not break. Rather than join the Neutrals, Poland joined NATO. That’s not heroically defending the fatherland. Especially in the nuclear age.
Poland may have been the unfortunate doormat of empires invading one another, but at least in the non-nuclear era they could always rebuild from the ashes.
The Polish phoenix act is a little tough to play when the ashes are radioactive. If anything, its in Poland’s best interest to leave NATO and do everything they can to keep NATO and Russia from conflicting at their expense.
Consider that nukes can be launched from just about anywhere in the world by land, air, and sea. Its just about choosing the battlespace. The nuclear powers would prefer that real estate be as far away from them as possible.
America chose Poland. Russia refused and offered North America’s port cities. People like you said, gosh ya what a great idea come here with those greenbacks to my homeland to fight it out with Russia.
There is always a choice.
It’s just that you want to have your cake and eat it.
I am Irish. We are officially neutral and currently one of the few nation-states of Europe not in NATO.
Yet our successive comprador governments are chipping away at our neutrality, because we are a useful re-fueling stopover.
There were plenty of protests when we discovered that Shannon airport was being used to re-fuel NATO planes travelling to black-sites in Europe: prisoners on board no doubt destined for torture in countries like yours, Poland.
That at least has stopped and the current cobbled-together coalition government will face even stronger organized opposition, including political if they try to pull any more ‘backdoor’ stunts with their ‘strategic’
Where were your protests when it became known that your country had CIA black sites?
That the snipers used to murder the Ukrainian Maidan police and protesters were trained and armed in Poland ?
I can only hope the Polish people will wake up and take action against the elites that are walking Poland into disaster – yet again.
Your enemy is within – not in Russia.
I hate NATO with a passion. It is a diabolical organization and the main conduit for all the murder and mayhem unleashed on Balkans and North Africa.
And you are gravely mistaken if you think it’s in Poland to ‘protect’ you – it’s there to use you as a proxy against Russia.
And it won’t be your elites that pay the price.
very well said!
Being able to join EU without being forced into NATO is among those privileges not afforded to Eastern European countries.
Let me describe the example of joining NATO by my country Slovakia.
Popular support for joining NATO was non exisent in Slovakia in 1998, so Imperial powers instructed their local puppets not to allow any popular referendum on the question.
In any case, media kept repeating ad nausea that “no NATO” equals “no EU” which means a complete economic isolation and overall stagnation. This was to prevent social unrest, because we Slovaks felt very strongly against joining the criminal gang of NATO at that time.
So we really had no choice, we were blackmailed into joining NATO. Empire uses much less courtesy when dealing with us, barbaric Slavs.
Hear hear.
Ireland knows all about resisting capricious empires, and unlike Sweden, can’t count on an indigenous defense industry and remote geography.

Dear The Saker,
What you have called a rant is not a rant at all. It is actually a very structured analysis, but this is probably due to your experience and expertise which makes even what you think are rants become actual analyses.
Just to summarize what you wrote:
1. You quickly pointed out the differences inside Western Europe and the difference between “Western Europe” and its neighboring regions/countries/continents.
2. You then briefly explained to us how the corrupted people in power inside Europe and abroad (US/Israel) slowly eroded the identity of Europe.
3. You concluded by connecting some important dots in order to give some insight into Europe’s future.
From someone who is 2/3’s your age but has grown up and lived on 3 different continents, I can tell you that reading your analyses is a great learning experience and I know where you are coming from, in terms of thinking.
There are just a few things I want to add as my own thoughts.
1. You pointed out how both the left and the right parties have eroded the identity of Europe. It seems to me that everyone in politics in Europe has become corrupt in someway or another. There is no spirituality, no religion, nothing based on modesty, reasoning, sacrifice, people working for the greater good of mankind. There is a huge moral, social, economic corruption, etc. within most if not all the upper classes and maybe even throughout society.
But if we rewind history, it seems this erosion started even before WWII, before WWI, and goes all the way back to the founding of the banking system and the creation of the “sovereign” nation states. It was a gradual erosion that went hand in hand with the technological advancements and increase in European global power.
This erosion of morals and the increasing corruption is a global phenomena by the way. However it seems that it is leading to the demise of European power and identity.
2. As for Wahabism (I do not even call it “Wahabi Islam”), it has in a very evil way basically hijacked the most holiest places in Islam (Mecca, Medina)…What this has done, is it has de facto tried to make itself the political and spiritual ruler of Islam. Mecca is not just the most holiest place in Islam, it is the absolute heart of Islam, if you take Mecca, you have grabbed Islam by the throat, you control the entire Hajj and the point where every practicing Muslim on the planet prays towards.
Wahabism has basically allied itself with Zionism. They have not only taken over Mecca, but they have committed the biggest and most disastrous crime in the 1400 year history of Islam by allying themselves with the NATO-Zionist alliance. This alliance is a clear indication of the corruption of Muslims, not only within the leadership/ruling class but as societies.
So part of the global corruption I mentioned before, is not only European corruption but also Arab Islamic corruption.
3. Present day Turkey is an absolutely crucial point in the coming history of Europe, Russia, all Orthodox Christian nations and the Middle-East (Arab Muslims). Turkey is the main link between these nations and regions.
Turkey must and will collapse as a nation state and it will violently implode from within. As the Prophet of Islam who was the most recent of the prophets very clearly and concisely prophesied that Constantinople will be liberated without war and the largest Orthodox Capital Cathedral will be returned to its rightful Orthodox Christian owners.
All righteous, critical and logic thinking Muslims know this. They know that the Ottomans did not liberate Constantinople, instead they took it by force, and it will be liberated from the NATO-Ottoman rule. The collapse of Turkey and more importantly the liberation of present day Istanbul (Constantinople) from NATO will open the Bosphorus for the Russian fleet, when the time is right.
When this will happen and how long in time these events will take place, only God knows.
So your analysis of Europe is connected and related to a much much bigger picture of global corruption, the shifting of powers and the culmination towards much more bigger world events to come.
‘Europe’ is still living in the mental bubble of ‘Europocentrism’, a generalized form of ‘egocentrism’ (” the inability to differentiate between self and other. More specifically, it is the inability to untangle subjective schemas from objective reality; an inability to understand or assume any perspective other than their own”) affecting a nation (Jews), or a group of nations.
The primary cause of this mental arrest was the self-imposed isolation from the rest of the Mediterranean, Helleno-Roman world which occurred as a result of the predatory alliance between the Frankish barbarians and the heretical Papacy (and later on with Islam), with copious doses of ‘Judaism’, directed at the subjugation of the “Byzantine Commonwealth”, demonized as Asiatic ‘aliens’.
The continual sliding of “Europe” into infantilism (actually into ‘second childhood’) is not a good sign that Europe would ever be able to reform herself.
I don’t give proverbial flying ***** of what Saker thinks about us Slavic people in general and Poland in particular. We love our country and we fight to defend it
Nonsense. You are just a *willing* colony of the USA. You service your American masters for *free*, you get nothing in return (as your OWN Foreign Minister correctly said: http://www.newsweek.com/we-gave-americans-blow-job-got-nothing-says-polish-foreign-minister-255863).
As for the Europeans, they used to called you the “is a greedy hyena of Europe” (Churchill) for the way you treated your fellow central Europeans (Czechoslovaks) (https://www.quora.com/Did-Winston-Churchill-really-say-Poland-is-a-greedy-hyena-of-Europe-In-what-context).
So please spare us the fairly tales about your heroism :-)
Cheers,
The Saker
Poland is the most willingful *kisser of all, EU-wide (maybe at the same level as the Baltics).
Unlike in many other countries there is not even a divide in this regards in terms of street opinion vs. government policy.
Be better!!!
Take a good example at Hungary:
Orban’s historic speech puts Hungary on war footing
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EbINrdyAXlE
You fools started the crumbling of the Panslavic block, with Solidarnos in Gdansk.
p.s. Now there are no shipbuilding workers whose rights you can protect, because most if not all ship building yards have been CLOSED down.
So much to your artificial GDP numbers, tuned from Highway construction and military spending.
Youth unemplyment is still 30% or so, anyway outside of Silesia.
Show me the European country that does not kiss American butt.
By your definition of Europe, I would say Hungary (kind of). But even if all of Europe (by whatever definition) is sold out and populated by slaves, Poland and Lithuania are unique in the way they race each other to deserve the title of “most subservient” while at the same time thumping their chest with pseudo-patriotism. Well, and Ukronazi occupied Ukraine, of course.
You know, at least Italy prosecutes CIA kidnappers instead of hosting CIA torture camps. And the French don’t blame the crash of their airplane on some dark Russian conspiracy. And the Spanish don’t fancy themselves as the “the last stand of European civilization”.
Besides, the “the other guy does it too” is hardly a defense against the charge of prostitution, at least for a person of honor.
we were basically MADE to join NATO by external powers as Poland is most strategically located country vs Russia.
And where was your heroic resistance then? Right.
The truth is that the Poles wanted NATO to protect them against Russia should Russia turn nasty again. That mentality – of calling the wolves to protect from the dogs – is so slavish and undignified that I feel outright embarrassed for you.
Oh, I know – poor Poland was stuck between Big Russia and Big Germany, right? Well, compare European Poland to the Asiatic Kazakhstan or Mongolia – stuck between Russia and China. They did not call for anybody’s help, but made the best of it and actually being a much valued bridge between the two countries. But the worst is this naive hope that by being the most anti-Russian you will be accepted by “core Europe”. Let me tell you – it ain’t happening, especially as long as you will be so easy to manipulate because servility invites no respect.
So, again, please spare me the fairly tales about your heroism. You can try to peddle it in Brussels, but not to a Russian.
Now I am signing off. Cheers,
The Saker
Phantastic! Said like it had to be said.
Always? And how did Poland obtain Gdansk (Danzig), Zelena Gura (Grunberg) etc? Oh, Russia took it from Germany and gave it to Poland, right?
When it comes to “our treatment of Czechoslovakia”. Here are the facts..
LOL, complain to Winston Churchill, not to me :-)
and don’t forget to have a love fest with your “fellow Europeans”: British, Germans, Czechs, Slovaks, Ukrainians, etc. etc.
@ CogitoMan
Wow, a big mouth you already have.
What then about Poland’s noble policies in such situations???

“””””FORGOTTEN SECRET HISTORY OF WORLD WAR II:
BEFORE HITLER INVADED POLAND — POLAND INVADED CZECHOSLOVAKIA!
by Vanessa Cortez, staff writer. [June 8, 2003]
[WeeklyUniverse.com] Poland is often called the first victim of World War II — invaded and divided by Hitler and Stalin in 1939. Almost forgotten is the startling fact that, only months before before Hitler invaded Poland, Poland joined Hitler in dismembering Czechoslovakia!
That’s the long buried historical fact unearthed in the Illustrated World War II Encyclopedia and illustrated in the below map.
According to the Encyclopedia, in May of 1938, Hitler mobilized his military to annex Czechoslovakia’s German-speaking Sudetenland — but halted when Britain, France, and Stalin’s Soviet Union threatened war if he did so. Hitler backed down, but he wouldn’t let the matter rest.
On September 15, British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain visited Hitler to discuss a “peaceful solution” to the Sudetenland question. In a followup meeting on September 22, Chamberlain agreed to allow Hitler to annex the Sudeten region.
But Hitler wasn’t satisfied! He wanted German troops to enter the Sudetenland at once — something Chamberlain refused to allow. With war looking imminent, on September 23, the Czechoslovakian military mobilized to defend against Nazi Germany.
Poland then made its move.
On September 27, seeing that Czechoslovakia was in dire straits with Nazi troops readying to invade, Poland issued an ultimatum, demanding that Czechoslovakia hand over its Tesin (Teschen) district.
Two days later, on September 29, France, Britain, Germany, and Italy signed the Munich Agreement. It allowed Hitler to have the Sudetenland in exchange for him agreeing to “guarantee” Czechoslovakia’s borders — but only after Poland and Hungary had taken their shares!
Britain and France not only sold out Czechoslovakia to Hitler — but to Poland and Hungary too!
The sellout appears in Article 1 of the Munich Agreement. According to the Encyclopedia [Vol. 1, p. 8]:
“As Article 1 of the agreement put it, ‘when the question of the Polish and Hungarian minorities in Czechoslovakia has been settled, Germany and Italy will each give a similar guarantee to Czechoslovakia’.
Poland had been first to share in the spoils. After an ultimatum from Warsaw on September 27, 1938, Czechoslovakia had ceded to Poland the district of Tesin (Teschen) — an area of some 625 square miles with a population of 230,000 people.”
After signing the Munich Agreement, Chamberlain flew back to Britain, declaring that the Agreement meant “peace in our time!” But it was not to be.
Poland took its piece of Czechoslovakia first. Then Hungary helped itself to some of Czechoslovakia’s Sub-Carpathian Ruthenia region. Hungary said it had been stolen from them after World War One by the 1920 Treaty of Trianon.
To make matters worse, even while it was being dismembered, Czechoslovakia was contending with demands for independence from its Slovakian region. And so, now trying to appease its own citizens, Czechoslovakia agreed to grant more autonomy to Slovakia, and to hyphenate the country’s name, so that it became Czecho-Slovakia.
Abandoned by its allies and threatened with civil war, Czecho-Slovakia was unable to fight its neighbors. Instead, it allowed Germany, Hungary, and Poland to bite off pieces, hoping they’d eventually all be satisfied and go away.
But it was not to be. According to the Encyclopedia [Vol. 1, p. 8]:
“Having appeased the Polish and Hungarian demands in accordance with the Munich Agreement, Czecho-Slovakia was now entitled to ask for the promised guarantees from Italy and Germany.
On November 5, Chvalkovsky raised the point in a discussion with Dr. Hencke, German chargé d’affaires in Prague, only to be dismissed with the reply: ‘The question of the guarantee will not arise until the new frontiers have been defined in detail by the commissions.’ ”
But instead of guaranteeing the new borders, Hitler took advantage of Czecho-Slovakia’s internal divisions. He encouraged Slovakia to declare independence, so he could more easily take the remaining Czech region. As enticement, in March 1939, Hitler promised Slovakia that if it declared independence, he would protect it — from Hungary and Poland!
According to the Encyclopedia [Vol. 1, p. 10], Hitler gave Slovakia a choice:
“[O]n one hand, the autonomous Slovak Government could continue to exist according to the statute granted to it in the previous autumn by the Prague Government — in which case Germany would settle accounts with the Czechs and leave the Slovaks to the mercies of Poland and Hungary. Alternatively, if Slovakia demanded immediate independence from Prague, the Reich would offer all-powerful protection to the new state, and would shield her from the territorial greed of Warsaw and Budapest.”
In the end, Hitler took the remaining Czech region, and Slovakia won its independence — at least until the end of World War II. Slovakia was forced to reunite with the Czechs under Communism, but was separated once more after the fall of Communism.
Stalin was angered by being cut out of the Munich Agreement by his “allies”, France and Britain — but he got back at them! In 1939, Stalin snubbed them by signing a “non-aggression pact” with his new buddy, Hitler.
Poland did not enjoy its Czech spoils for long. Less than a year after stealing its piece of Czechoslovakia, Poland was invaded and divided by Hitler and Stalin. Even after World War II — and to this day — Russia has not returned much of the territory it stole from Poland.
Wise men have long said, As ye sow, so shall ye reap, or, What goes around, comes around. Crushed by Nazis and Communists, Poland soon knew what it felt like to be on the receiving end of a conquering bully — a thousandfold over!”””””

“””””Annexations by Poland in 1938
Within the region originally demanded from Czechoslovakia by Nazi Germany in 1938 was an important railway junction city of Bohumín. The Poles regarded the city as of crucial importance to the area and to Polish interests. On 28 September, Beneš composed a note to the Polish administration offering to reopen the debate surrounding the territorial demarcation in Těšínsko in the interest of mutual relations, but he delayed in sending it in hopes of good news from London and Paris, which came only in a limited form. Beneš then turned to the Soviet leadership in Moscow, which begun a partial mobilisation in eastern Belarus and the Ukrainian SSR and threatened Poland with the dissolution of the Soviet-Polish non-aggression pact.[4]
Nevertheless, the Polish leader, Colonel Józef Beck believed that Warsaw should act rapidly to forestall the German occupation of the city. At noon on 30 September, Poland gave an ultimatum to the Czechoslovak government. It demanded the immediate evacuation of Czechoslovak troops and police and gave Prague time until noon the following day. At 11:45 a.m. on 1 October the Czechoslovak foreign ministry called the Polish ambassador in Prague and told him that Poland could have what it wanted. The Polish Army, commanded by General Władysław Bortnowski, annexed an area of 801.5 km² with a population of 227,399 people.
The Germans were delighted with this outcome. They were happy to give up a provincial rail centre to Poland; it was a small sacrifice indeed. It spread the blame of the partition of Czechoslovakia, made Poland a seeming accomplice in the process and confused the issue as well as political expectations. Poland was accused of being an accomplice of Nazi Germany – a charge that Warsaw was hard put to deny.[5]
Territorial changes on the (Czecho)Slovak-Polish border between 1902–1945 (red parts – to Austrian Galicia/Poland; green parts – to Czechoslovakia/Slovakia)
Poland occupied some northern parts of Slovakia and received from Czechoslovakia Zaolzie, territories around Suchá Hora and Hladovka, around Javorina, and in addition the territory around Lesnica in the Pieniny Mountains, a small territory around Skalité and some other very small border regions (they officially received the territories on 1 November 1938 (see also Munich Agreement and First Vienna Award).”””””
History can be tough. BTW, what do you want? It is all on wikipedia and verifyable. I only added a few other such points, such as the Poles invading Kiev in 1920. Like it or don’t like it, those are facts. But I know from experience, in Poland you cannot face such realities.
And I’m not your pal.

What, you mean all the way to Wladiwostok?
You Poles could build a great ideological alliance with the Ukrops. Too sad they massacred you.
_They_ massacred you, not the Russians. Instead, what you respectlessly label “the commies”, FREED you idiots. Maybe a mistake.

No, Kiev and Misnk were never Polish territory.
More Correct: It was polish OCCUPIED territory.
Now we are back at Poland’s past as an Empire which robbed off half of Europe at its time.
I bet this was also Putin’s fault, no, Germany’s fault, pick what suits you best …
Right: Because Poland should have been partitioned much earlier.
In that sense I can agree.
Oh, and my ancestors who lived in Silesia and East-Prussia (my direct family ancestors!) had to flee your criminal gangs who killed german civilians in 1945.
But I know, Poland can never get enough “Lebensraum”.
And most notably: You have a short memory who gave you what.
Thought I’d some additional fuel to the fire. A little tidbit I came across:
“ … Europe is geographically a western peninsula of Asia, rather than a separate continent.”
http://encyclopedia2.thefreedictionary.com/Eurasian+continent
Now of course, this is all talking geographically, not in cultural terms. So its not adding to the discussion in any meaningful way. For in the article, as I understand it, Saker was referring to matters in a cultural/linguistic sense, rather than geographic. But it is an interesting fact nonetheless, how people from what is geographically termed a peninsula of a larger landmass, have managed to cause so much pain on the rest of the planet. No corner, or peoples of the globe have been left untouched by their deprivations.
But then how is it that an even small tribal entity named Jews have also manage, with far fewer numbers, to be at the center of so much, for so long?
Mixing everything together (racially and culturally) is not pro-diversity but anti-diversity, as in the EU. But necessary in the AngloZionist doxology: united Europe is to be the the seat of the coming king-despot the Christian tradition refers to as the “Antichrist.” (Jerusalem, of course, will be the spiritual capital of the new world government.)
We have something called the Genocide Convention, which supposedly outlaws cultural and biological genocide. But this does not apparently apply to white Europeans, who are on the way to extinction. The “refugee” horde (partially a project of Turkey’s Davutolu and dubbed a “soft” Islamic invasion) apparently has a double purpose. First, the tax burden created by the immigrants for social services reduces the ability of the native white population to propagate. Secondly, the load will soon crash the system entirely, thereby attaining a goal of neoliberals to eliminate all welfare benefits. Goodbye social benefits, white Europeans, when you’ll be needing them.
Hey, white people’s cars have been burning in Sweden for the past two nights. Perhaps they won’t need them? Sweden was finished, I knew, when I heard on Radio Sweden years ago a program showing how workers displaced from industry and government could find prosperity by opening tea houses in Stockholm. I imagine they could go to each others’ tea houses?
I generally agree with you, Saker, but think you underestimate the demographics of the white vs. nonwhite immigrant population in Europe. As a predominance of the white population is past childbearing age and a preponderance of the nonwhites aren’t, the damage to the white genome will be extreme. We’re looking at apples and oranges here. You also tend to look at things in terms of how they work in Russia. People from different ethnicities and cultures can freely interact in public places–but there is no legal and government pressure to eliminate religious, ethnic and cultural enclaves. In Europe and the U.S. there is much effort devoted to deliberately forcing alien racial and cultural groups into white communities. In the U.S., there are racist quotas in education and hiring, forcing businesses and schools to discriminate against whites for the purpose of “diversity”. It is against the law to have covenants in neighborhoods tha allow them to retain their cultural identity. Small children are bussed from their own neighborhoods many miles away to attend schools in nonwhite neighborhoods–where they are often terrorized and intimidated. (My wife went to one such school and could not use the rest room for several years due to the danger of assault.)
Call me a “skinhead” if you must–but this has gone far enough!
I was worried through the beginning of this piece that the Saker would not make the correct connection to the U.S.-Central banker globalists. I need not have worried and have called my self a fool now for having such worries as with most Saker opinion being spot on.
The aim of the current human wave of immigration from MENA as a “bio weapon” against European culture, the one described as yesterday’s Europe here, is a planned operation. When a people loose or have their traditional culture over run they become confused and disoriented and easier led towards a solution they so desparately need. This tactic has already been long in the planning and used throughout history. Just ask the North and South American First Nations peoples.. As stated here by the Saker the near future goal is the erasure of political boundaries and the installation of an anti labour anti rights Europe based on corporatocracy under police state auspices. The ultimate goal of the Anglo-Zionist banker cabal under a capitalist devolution into world wide neo feudalism is of absolute control. As Rosa Koire has said “to inventory and control all finances, all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all means of production, all construction, all energy, all education, all information and all human beings on this planet”. And they are moving on many fronts simultaneously as we all read here.Only Russia under the Putin regime now stands as a dissident within the NWO-BIS system. I don’t trust the Chinese elites as I get a gut feeling they would sellout if offered the right deal and are presently straddling the fence and waiting to see how the penny drops. This is why I refer to Mr. Putin as the leader of the free world. Anyway spot on despite my worries earlier on while reading this fine rant. I love this man’s work.
@EVERYBODY
Since this was a rather controversial but important (at least to me) post, I tried to reply to as many comments as possible, the good ones and the nasty ones. But now I need to sign off as I have to much work to continue on that intense level of participation. Thanks for your kind words and, well, no big deal for the not so kind ones :-)
Cheers and hugs,
The Saker
PS: you might have noticed that once in a while I like to “rattle the cages of political correctness”. Be warned – I will do that again in the future…
Rattle away …
Rattle? Didn’t feel a thing over the normal quaking of the internet.
And now we’re told that your Teuton is your only true European. Perhaps the rest of us provide some quaint folkloric colour, some admittedly high art, which only your Teuton can truly appreciate, and holiday destinations when your Teuton needs a break from his civilising mission. And so what started as a rant subsides in bathos.
And now I’m wondering where the Saker said any such thing! And so what started as ever so clever point-scoring subsides in senility. Sigh! And apologies.
And since we’re all struggling to find a definition of Europe that is of any use, why not simply what the geographers call the continent of Europe, where the history of the peoples has been inextricably intertwined for centuries, if not millennia, and where the culture has been defined by Christianity in one form or another i.e. everywhere from the Atlantic to the Urals and from the Arctic circle to the Mediterranean. Anything else seems like ill-founded prescriptive definition. (He is wheeled off in has bath chair, muttering to himself.)
Thanks for the self-correction Ewan – saved me the trouble of doing it for you (and some fire-power – my pistols are back in their holsters ;)
Eimar
What’s particularly mortifying is that it takes some skill to misread the passage in question. A bullet would have been no bad thing, pour encourager les autres. Too many of us debate my misrepresentation.
:-)
It’s always nice to see some Russian talking smack about how Eastern Europe is not real Europe, because, oh wait, wasn’t it the Russians who screwed around with it for many decades and did their damnedest to try and sever this part from Europe and attach it to their own “rightful sphere of influence”? So, yeah, it’s half right that many of these countries right now don’t quite have a Western European mentality, but you don’t get to throw this in their face without admitting WHY that is the case, and that they’ve been trying hard to catch up and move towards a more Western mind-set. All this despite the ongoing divisive propaganda campaign the Kremlin has been financing for years, denigrating the West and lauding client relations with Russia as the way to go.
With your message you just proved one of the Saker’s points. Wanting and pretending to be someone else, inserting yourselves into some other “superior” culture is yet another aspect of inferiority complex in some layers of the Eastern European population. Why do Ukrainians etc need to be part of EU in order to feel civilized? Can’t they do it by themselves?
@Nightingale
There’s no inferiority in recognizing you may need to go through rehabilitation to get well again after some a-holes roughed you up real good. In any case, you’ll be glad to know that none of us have an inferiority complex anywhere near the size of certain folks whose desperate claim to fame is winning in a war several generations ago.
You know it’s pretty difficult to walk around Gothic cathedrals, in your own town, see the Carthusian monasteries in your countryside, to have a road trip around the mansion where Beethoven spent some part of his life – and convince yourself you’re not European.
“The EU is essentially a US project via the Bilderbergers and the Zionist lobby in Europe.”
The EU is essentially a German project, first formulated during WW1 and later during WW2 by the nazis, since 1943 en 1944. This is very well documented as is the very special cosy relationship between the nazis and the political islam. In fact modern jihad was created by the Germans during WW1 against the Brittisch and Russians, as were the Islamist very close allies of the nazis. Hitler called them the only people he trusted. Hitlers man, El Huseini, the great Mufti of Palestine and oncle of Yassar Arrafat, was a ferocious nazi and antisemite. The nazis even convinced the Persians the change the name into Iran, the Persian word for ‘Ariër’. For me it is no surprise that Germany is inviting unlimmited people from Islamist countries and that Merkel is pushing for a deal with Turkey, as is the well documented relationship with the Ukraine fascists. Maybe Germans are more obedient, which I doubt, but one thing is sure, the German people do not want war. And btw, they did not voted Hitler into power, the nazis were loosing, as Goebels wrote desperately in his diary, January 1933, “it is now or never”! They were not so much obedient after Hitler was brought into power, but completely terrorized after all opposition was killed or locked up in concentration camps. The horrors of the previous wars are too vivid in their collective memory. So that has to be changed to serve the ambitions of the awakening new German imperial ambitions, as was already formulated in the Madrid Circular, written in 1950. And let us never forget, as Adenauer said already in 1950 in a speech in Switzerland, the capitulation in 1945 was only done by the german army, not the government and certainly not the nazis. The nazis were beaten, but not defeated. They continued their business with the Western Allies, as they did during the war through the BIS bank in Basel, through the Bilderberg group. They integrated in the Westers military and espionage system, like general Reinhard Gehlen, who offered his whole espionage network in Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union, known als ‘Fremde Heere Ost’ to the CIA. With this he founded the BND, the new german secret service. The nazis went into hiding and became part of the Western military, security and financial system, not to submit but to wait and emerge at the right time, as they wrote in the Madrid Circular. It seems we have reached that moment.
Most of the upper hierarchy of the nazi Germans were roman catholics, not to mention the collusion between the two during WW2; the EU is still mainly a roman catholic project.
This sure was an interesting read. Just one question for the Saker (hoping I am not too late): why does it feel like a plague to see “real Africans in larger and larger numbers all over your home town”? I applaud you for speaking your mind, and I believe I can relate actually, yet according to most definitions this is a clear racist sentiment… I hate playing the PC cop here, but if people like you and I and probably many of the other commenters feel like this is “a plague”, are we then not by definition racists?
We all have strong feelings about our own community and what should happen in it. We all have prejudices however much we pretend otherwise. The problem is surely when we carry on a discussion about immigration in terms of “real” black Africans as a “plague” and London turning into “Karachi” as “disgusting”. Then the discussion ceases to be a rational or measured or constructive attempt to come to grips with what appear to be long-term trends and the problems they are going to cause both Europe and the immigrants. We have to hope, at least, that the immigrants into Europe prove more civilised than the European immigrants into every other continent did..

Of course its racist, end of, no matter how much the saker or those who agree with him on this issue choose to frame their opinions and sugar coat it it’s downright racist, and this coming from so called “alternate media” and people who ought to know better but seemingly cant help their innate knee jerk xenophobia. Disgusting rant.
You have been well indoctrinated, and clearly don’t understand the who and the why of why so many unwanted – where is our democratic right to refuse these type of people? – africans are deliberately being allowed into Europe, including the deliberate reduction in immigration officials in Britain while there is a backlog of claims in the hundreds of thousands, and with ever more people coming here, camoron wanting Turkey in the EU, not to mention the British Government not getting rid of most of the ILlegals, like obummer in the US is allowing.
Then, there is the very important admission made that it is all deliberate, to a British Parliementary committee, by the UN’s rep peter sutherland. Read the UN’s Global Forum on Migration and Development, including between the lines. sutherland told the British House of Frauds that multiculturalism was deliberate, that the EU should ‘do its best to undermine’ the ‘homogeneity’ of its member states & is for ‘the development of multicultural states’. This coming from a bilderberger attendee, catholic (trained by jesuits, the real force behind the eu), and chairman of a goldman sucks subsidiary.
Ralph wrote :
“You have been well indoctrinated……………”
No I havent, and if you have ever read any of my other posts on this blog I think that would be evident. You talk as if Europe was one homogenous block. The fact remains that Europe is already multicultural with a wide diversity of cultures and traditions, and if truth be told you cant stand each other really. It really makes me laugh to see the supremely anti-democratic
EU trying to pretend you are all united in a common purpose with “democratic” “European cultural values”.
No, the only thing that unites you in Europe is your whiteness, and that is what people like you mean when you rail against “multiculturalism” pretending you dont already have multiculturalism in Europe.
I hate racists and racism wherever they manifest. To me racism and fascism are one and the same as they both have the same roots, an unshakeable belief in ones own “superiority” over perceived “inferior” other races.
Whiteness problem aside, the ‘save Europe’ ranters do have one obscured point; the last thing they need are a bunch of immigrants with no local or regional historical ties to moderate their behavior adding to the frackas.
Let’s look at women’s rights. Islam, is no more sexist than Christianity and left to its own devices, not nearly as backwards as portrayed by Anglo-Zionism. The ‘patriarchal bargain’ is an artifact of Christian colonialism.
http://www.theatlantic.com/international/archive/2012/04/the-real-roots-of-sexism-in-the-middle-east-its-not-islam-race-or-hate/256362/
A stunning example might be Afghanistan today. Old pictures of pre-Wahhibist Afghanistan shows a country perhaps with much in common with back-country Europe of the same era, gradually emerging into peaceful modernity. Then the Anglo-Zionists wrecked Afghani culture to get the Soviets.
http://tribune.com.pk/story/1030233/fascinating-photos-capture-life-before-taliban-in-afghanistan/
Yet what happens in the periphery of Empire returns to the core. The assaults upon women by Middle Eastern migrants, for example, really did happen.
Add to that the growing indigenous white European backlash against women’s equality. Misogyny was already making a comeback in Europe but combined indigenous and migrant attitudes of entitlement to sexist sentiment could alter the natural social evolution for the worse. Unless, of course, one were soft on women’s rights and worse is really better.

Ukrainian migrants are not welcome in Europe, but there’s enough common ground between the cultures that racism, or rather, ethnocentrism, may be a driving force, but a superficial one. Ukrainians are also white, but you wouldn’t know it from the intensity of the rejection.
http://www.nytimes.com/2015/05/31/world/europe/ukrainian-migrants-fleeing-conflict-get-a-cool-reception-in-europe.html?_r=0
Nonetheless, large Ukrainian populations in Europe would hardly be disruptive of major indigenous social trends like women’s rights because the Ukraine generally shares the same cultural playbook across social strata.
Racism obscures a real war against Enlightenment ideas and ideals, against the fruit of social maturity and awareness that era inspired.
Cesare Beccaria spoke of the ‘brutalization of society’ as something to be avoided as it fosters a decadent and degenerate society. This was spoken in the context of crime and punishment, but the concept can and did find broad application in social engineering.
‘Brutalization of society’, desensitization by constant and unremediated exposure to injustice and murder, appears to be being applied in the post-modern ruling elitists. Quite the change from the ‘Enlightened Despots’ of old.
What part of ‘deliberate’ do you so obviously fail to understand??? And watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=6u_aj61dJS8
Until reading your latest rant, I was in general agreement with your line of thinking, and even in cases where I disagreed with it, I never considered you to be a fool — but fool you are for your puerile claim that cities such as Prague, Budapest Bratislava and Krakow aren’t essentially European. This is arrant nonsense. They are so in every sense of the word, not only historically and culturally (e.g., Prague University was founded in 1348, more than two hundred years before the University of Geneva) but even more so in our days when western Europe is being maghrebized and congolized and when they stand at the vanguard of the resistance to the current attempt to destroy everything that Europe has ever stood for. Do you consider it wise to flaunt your obvious provincialism and lack of a decent education? And no, the revolution will not begin in France, it will begin in Hungary and in Poland, countries whose European roots have not yet rotted away.
So well said, you are a gift to the truth
It is with a heavy heart that i say goodbye to your blog, Saker. Your rant, sadly, displays a number of views which point to your intellectual dishonesty and that I cannot stand with.
You weep your crocodile tears (from across the pond, no less) about “stolen Europe”, when what happens today is a direct consequence of the colonial past of all those glorious nations deserving the distinction of being “real Europe” (TM). I tell you, if you liked the Europe of the 80s, you would LOVE the Europe of mid 1800s, where the glitz and glamour was built by whips eating the flesh of countless African slaves. This is sadly also true for the UK but at least the imperial heritage is now being assessed in a far more critical light than even a few years ago. The British are getting to grips with the atrocities and doing a fair amount of soul-searching. Very little of which seems to happen in Paris, Berlin, or Amsterdam. Since you’re so well-traveled, I suggest you go to Windhoek and see the foundations of the cultural sophistication of modern Germany. Go to Kinshasa and Bujumbura and examine true magnitude Belgian achievements. I dare you.
I am also dismayed at your display of ethno-snobbery which excludes not only Romanians, or Bulgarians, but also Czechs, Hungarians and Poles from your beloved Europe. Such astounding, pig-headed ignorance (“you may prove me wrong but I will still be right!”) suggests to me that you’re no different than all the other vapid tirade merchants out there. Even more tragically, you consider the UK “anti-European” which immediately robs you of authority and drags this blog right down to the level I cannot be comfortable with.
Please educate yourself on the history of the Czech Republic, Poland, Silesia, Masuria etc., at least enough to understand how they are an indispensable part of European history and culture. Please read at least a smidgen about how Whigs and Tories came to be and how they represented the clash of Atlanticist and Euro-centric views in Britain. I mean, if I, from the UK, can afford a decent understanding of the role of Central European nations in European culture I am sure you can also stretch to that.
On a side note – EU is poison, on that I will agree. But it is the Visegrad Group countries which are determined to defend their cultural heritage. They actually happen to care about their European culture and the concept of nationhood. Your precious “true” Europe wasn’t stolen – it was squandered and frittered away by a gaggle of demented “true” Europeans who couldn’t care less about it. Just desserts. Now go and cry someone else a river. Goodbye and good riddance.
Thanks for showing your true self.
All the achievements that Russia can brags about (Migs, Sukois, …) were made during the USSR area, hence communist system.
You deluded yourself to think you’re Russian, if you were a true patriot, why not go help your brethren there ?
Thank you !
I still have a problem with the argument underlying the rant.
It seems to be that Europe was a Good Thing and it was Ours. It should be Ours still, not spoiled by immigrants.
Okuta eloquently pointed out that “it was Ours” is not strictly correct. It is Ours built on the blood and treasure of others.
The twofold response has been:
1. Do not dwell just on the genocides, Remember the cultural achievements.
2. The Saker is an immigrant too (so, presumably, “understands” or “feels their pain”?)
The further response implied by the language used is that Our haven of civilisation may have been built with their blood and treasure, but they are “disgusting”, a “plague”, and should be kept where they belong (even although we have devastated and continue to devastate where they belong).
Nothing the Saker has said appears to me adequate to the challenge of what Okuta said.
It also seems to offer nothing practical about opposing the EU “project” or managing the (seemingly unavoidable) pressure of people wanting to move to Europe (not all louts or gangsters).
He’s lost the plot, Ewan. Not in a million years would I expect Saker to break out a full-blown bigot. I’ve read the rant a number of times, as well as the comments, and his views reek. I tried to look at them in a different light but it still looks the same – he’s a major axe to grind with minorities here, all the while being comically oblivious to the true causes of the fall of the “true” Europe. On top, he is very clearly disparaging of Central / Eastern Europeans for some reason.
Do drop me a line here if there are other sites you frequent / comment on; you seem like a braw fellow and it would be nice to continue to read your posts, just not here as I cannot bring myself to boost the click count here anymore. I’m also in Scotland btw ;-) All the very best.
Hochbergs’ Vassal
I read the Saker for the first-rate military analysis, which offers something you can’t get elsewhere.
I’m also foolish enough to take the bait on Jooz. What the Saker has to say is bizarre but enlightening.
Also, economic snakeoil. We all have to find a way out of the current neoliberal orthodoxy. The articles published here are new to me, and reveal something of the debate in Russia. There is still nothing credible, which is worrying.
Also the question of religious faith. The Saker is very interesting (and exceptionally well informed, obviously) on Orthodoxy.
Jooz and immigrants make it increasingly difficult to justify visiting this site. I keep getting drawn back to it for the insight into things Russian (a subject dear to my heart).

Take it from me: Resist the urge to comment on blogs. It’s bad for the blood pressure. (Yes, I know – do as I say, not as I do!)

As a Lithuanian I do agree with most of your rant, especially about “our deer leader Dalia Grybauskaite”-former true believer in communism and a dyke-fits right in into EU….
Being an European is too nebulous and that is why it’s hijacked by all sorts. First and foremost I’m Lithuanian- I was born and will die one.
Anglicised;)) Lithuanian.
Good rant, Saker. As always you outlined very well all sides of the problem. I agree with most of your rant except with the words about some eastern-European countries. Yes, it is true that western Europe can’t be equalize with eastern-Europe. But…
All historical data reflects that the eastern-European countries was de facto the stop to all Arabian expansion up until 14th century. I am sure that you will agree with me that during the upheavals of 8th century if the Arabians weren’t stop by the Bulgarians and Slavs under the command of Khan Tervel all of your western-Europe would be controlled by the contender of the two holly mosques. I rather think that eastern and western Europe are two integral parts of a whole and that they really can be reconciled and united but with this crude process called European Union.
Keep up the good work!
this has nothing to do with “political incorrectness” or “political correctness”, saker is wanting. it is simply factually incorrect, incoherent and illogical.
certainly, this is his blog and he can rant about what his heart desires and surely the readers who by now are conditioned to think this blog is not one’s most personal journal book are taking a huge offense at the level of falseties, peevishness and i would say bigotry too.
his entry is so unworthy of debate as it contains for the most part if not solely his own personal emotional take on “Europe” devoid of historical, geographical and cultural determinations.
one does not have to be greek to appreciate that everything europe has become stems from there – saker however gives it just a partial constituent part.. lol, lol, lol…i am laughing but i am not happy to realise my judgement in maintaining the saker’s grasp of history of: political thought, philosophy, etymology, aesthetics, art, sciences failed me so bad..all resolutely stems from greece.. not according to saker’s sense though.
i am also very sad that larchmonter445 is of the same mindset.
i predict a dramatic fall in voluntary donations… i suspect some erdogan’s adherents absolutely loved the saler’s latest.
Fortruss carrying an article fr om a particular Polish perspective by Pikorski….to create their own Shengen сzone with central european countries to prevent french and belgian terrorists acting in Poland……
That would be a smart move by Poland.
Even smarter would be withdrawing membership from the primary enabler of the migrant crisis – NATO.
They will soon be facing an even bigger flood of Ukrainians, including Right Sector elements who are openly supportive of fellow ethnic-cleansers.
Coupled with a local high unemployment rate, they are sitting on a powder keg.
And are they out of their minds thinking that an EU helmed by CIA-asset Fra ud Merkel (Turkish appeasement/labour-hostile/ anti-stable MENA) will do anything to stop the migrant crisis?
They did one smart thing – stayed out of the Euro.
Now do the next smart thing – talk to the Russians and Iranians.
The Silk Road is coming , they should be looking East – not the where the Sun is setting, West.
How interesting, this Polish plan described by Pikorski on Fortruss…
Unfortunately a search for “Pikorski” at Fortruss finds nothing (just as searching here for “Pikorski” for arriving here does nothing but saying that Pikorski wrote no article at TheSaker’s) – so, could you, jj, please give more details like a date or a title?
Thank you,
bp
With due respect for the truths you say, it is an analysis strictly from the point of view of a western european. But if we expand the point of view, it is obvious that Europe is receiving the results of all the violence committed against non-European countries: in Asia, Africa and most recently in the Arab countries, origin of today’s refugees, countries destroyed by wars unleashed by NATO and its allies.
As for the previous immigration, frequently in the demonstrations for the rights of immigrants, they say: “We are here because you were there.”
Surely, Algerian immigrants in France have been less violent than France in Algeria!.
So the peaceful Europe, of which you speak, has been no peaceful at all in its colonialist policies. And from those winds come these storms.
Absolutely baffling and insulting rant, together with all the brainwashed cheerleaders that are praising what the Saker wrote. Are you all insane to not see the hypocrisy ?
What does this statement from Saker is supposed to mean for a Romanian person ?
“London now looks like Karachi, Paris like Ouagadougou, Rome like Târgu-Mures. This is absolutely disgusting, revolting and suicidal. ”
First, the Saker brings up some completely retarded joke, that Africa begins somewhere south of certain line in Switzerland, therefore, the entire Italy is basically just African continent.
And then, he laments and complains that Rome, which earlier was defined as “virtually in Africa”, looks like a Romanian city and that disgusts him. What exactly disgusts him, the way that city looks in Romania or the Romanian people ? And does he knows there is a significant Hungarian population living in that city too ? Is he also disgusted by them ?
And then he goes and calls imbeciles all the ones who are offended by his disgusts towards an Eastern European population.
Fortruss carrying an article from a particular Polish perspective by Pikorski….to create their own Shengen zone with central european countries to prevent “french and belgian terrorists” acting in Poland……southfront carrying two articles…Poland not taking any refugees…Lithuania President meeting Tusk to sort out its eu prospects?
Poland putting up a fence to stop ukr refugees? Russia insider article…and excellent one by Gilbert Doctorow re truth about Belgian terrorists and Beligan following on from excellent recent cross talk…latest one quite good too.
JJ, these articles can be found more easily under the name PiSkorski (Mateusz), a very Polish multitalent, and the chief of a minuscule party, which was supported by veteranstoday before the last Polish elections, which the Polish voters seemingly were not impressed by. Now, alas, he has *not* written an article from a “Polish perspective”, which would have been an article about what a sector of Polish society thinks, but FortRuss published an extract of Piskorski’s blog which is representative only for the thinking of Piskorski. The http://www.visegradgroup.eu is not about to establish their own Mini-Schengen, but Piskorski wishes they would.
Very complicated with an end result near nil. Sorry, I also could not understand what is so great about Doktorow’s article about an american article about again very complicated problems that regard Belgium only and made Belgian politicians look stupid, but not more than other European politicians who equally failed and constantly fail to solve other problems quickly, intelligently and completely.

Saker your saying If anything, the UK was always anti-European and the worst enemy of Europe” clinches the issue.
The problem is not with Europe, problem was entry of England into Europe which Napoleaon the Great wanted to prevent very rightly.
Ever since delorss went from EU chairman in 1993 the English agents infiltrated Europe to destroy from within.
Europe must have refrendrum to evict England from Europe.
America is acting against European interest at behest of english nation.
That is why trumps noninterventionist policy is ananthema to England and its satellite nations of 5evil eyes.
That island has to be removed from European Union -they are not European race either anyway.
Greece had very few immigrants until 1990. A few thousand Egyptians and Arabs. Anyway , Greece was extremely safe and we did not even lock the doors, all women could walk late at night without any danger of harassment or violence .
Drug use was very limited, just 2,000 heroin users in 10 million population. Violent crime non existent. Many distinct traditional cultural elements were very much alive . Patriotism was strong. Economic inequality was limited. Greece wasn’t a rich country, but it was a safe country and distinct.
But Greece would radically change because of globalisation, mass immigration and the eventual enslavement to global capitalists.
1) immigration
As Eastern bloc collapsed , hundreds of thousands of Albanians (and other easterners) entered Greece. The authorities allowed them to stay as the business elites, real estate developers and farmers benefited from the cheap labour. While many of the Albanians worked hard, a significant portion were violent criminals. Albanians smuggled and sold enormous amounts of marijuana, drugs and illegal arms in Greece. The violent temper of the albanians was very opposite to that of the greeks. While some 2nd generation Albanians have assimilated, many others have a thug ghetto mentality and live like black ghetto criminals (influenced by Americanized tv).
Many foreigners also came from Caucasus, Chechnya, Georgia etc. They bribed the Greek embassies in former soviet Union and illegally got Greek passports because they supposedly had a “Greek” origin (?!). Many of them are highly involved in arms trafficking , arm robberies and mafia activities.
Criminals from Caucasus and Albania are extremely violent, and there were many cases were they robbed people and then killed them. They even have attacked and killed police officers with machine guns, something that never happened before when Greece was homogeneous.
Numerous Balkan gypsies have also arrived. They beg outside super markets, and stop cars in traffick lights asking for money. They have settled on camps or in run down apartments . Their lack of manners and hygiene means that wherever they go, these areas are going downhill……
More recently (2000s), many pakis / Bangladeshis / Nigerians came illegaly. Again , their extremely bad behaviour/ manners and criminality is well known. The rise of illegal immigration happened because of Dublin 2 and Schengen agreements (EU policies).
Nowadays, Greece is set to become a EU camp for millions of Syrians and other Muslim illegal immigrants. All these in a country ravaged by EU policies and with 40% unemployment.
The Trojan horse that caused this was the pseudo left party of Syriza. Syriza agreed to more austerity, and opened the gates to illegal immigrants. Now parts of Greece look like Middle east , migrants sleeping on the streets , gangs of foreigners fighting each other etc
Syriza is a pseudo left party that hates everything Greek and idolizes EU, cosmopolitanism and migrants….
There is a sick war waged against Greek patriotism. The Media and the Syriza government call the Greek people who object to illegal immigration as “fascists”. The Syriza government plans to expel Greek people from their apartments and allocate them to the pseudo refugees .
2) Economic Occupation
Greece is a debt colony of neoliberal globalists
under the direct occupation of the zionist EU, NATO etc
Monetary and fiscal policy are controlled and dictated by EU and Imf.
Public property (ports , airports, mines , power plants ) is being privatised and sold very cheaply to German multinationals.
The nation is ethnically cleansed of it’s native people. Birth rates have collapsed, young people emigrating, hundreds of thousands illegal immigrants coming …..
When I was a young child in the 1990s , I never thought that Greece would become a dystopia in the future.
The Greece of 2010s is a nightmare. Greek culture has been replaced by globalist MTV trash culture. A young Greek is similar to a young American ,all brainwashed by reality trash tv and slave to mass consumerism . Besides the economic tragedy, alcoholism and drug use have become widespread and considered as “cool” by youngsters.
I feel that I have lost my land and my traditions.
I feel only disgust to what became Greece now.
@billy
It really hurts to read about the situation in your country. Most of it I already knew but You described it very well. I am so sorry! Leliah.
Quote “Call me crazy, but I am coming the conclusion that Turkey, at least in its present form, is inherently a dangerous and non-reformable entity which must be beat back to a size and quality commensurate with the notion of “normal country”. Just look at the past couple of decades. The Turks were involved in: Cyprus, Kurdistan, Chechnia, Bosnia, Albania, Macedonia, Crimea, Lebanon and Syria! How is that for a terrorism-support scorecard?”
So how come Putin jumped to negotiate wuth turks for oil and gas pipe line after EU had sabotaged south stream project?
Does it not show failure of Russian foreign policy and her cluelessness?
Is the process similar to how the Roman Empire slowly destroyed itself with imported slave labor? Is this process an inevitable part of process of the rise and fall of empires?
Corporate “multiculturalism” is not here to enlighten us, make us more tolerant or open-minded. It has only one goal – to undermine local cultures/communities, create divisions and thus simplify manipulation and subjugation. Moreover, does anybody really believe that the very same politically correct reptiles who started numerous wars suddenly rediscovered their hearts and want to save all these refugees?!…
Thank you, i love and feel the old europe the way you do.
Watching it going down hurts.
Maybe one has to be born here, grown up here,
traveled it before it was broken to really understand.
Sad greetings from Germany.
You make me think, which makes me want to write, and both are good things. Thanks.
There is one point where I do disagree with you. In both this and the first article you point to the idea of terrorists hiding within the flows of people. So far, that’s been a nice fantasy of the right, but it keeps turning out that the terrorists are homegrown and haven’t been flooding into the country amongst refugees.
Several points about ISIS/whatever-the-name. If they are CIA controlled, then they aren’t going to have problems getting travel docs. And if they are backed by a group that controls oil-fields and taxes a population, they aren’t going to have problems buying a ticket. They don’t have to pretend to be refugees to travel. Or, some money alone is enough to get fake papers…. Oil fields allow things to be possible.
For that matter, ISIS/whatever-the-name doesn’t seem to act like the CIA nor Hollywood bad-guys. They don’t send trained teams out to go accomplish a mission. Instead, they find disaffected somebody who’s already where they want to attack and they convince them that they can attack for them. Its not like there are ‘terror-teams’ traveling around coming to attack in some movie plot. But, might as well be since the response of western Europe seems to be designed to create more disaffected people right in their capitals.
That’s the part of all of this that can be seen as long-term stupid. That you can keep populations of people in bad conditions where they don’t have a future, and that you can do this in your own cities, somehow with the notion that those people don’t count and are too powerless to ever strike out. Bringing in a population to drive down labor rates by create large populations of unemployed who will always be desperate for a job and a hope for a future has this now seemingly obvious downside. What happens when those desperate people get mad enough and desperate enough to strike out?
On one hand its interesting to trace the path of a spark from opposition to the invasion of Iraq as it flies across a great distance and lands and sparks into a fire. But one can also ask who’s the idiot who stacked up all this dry brush right next to the building. Oh, gee, it was a businessman trying to make an easy buck. So typical.
Saker, I believe you’re Orthodox. Father Arseny, when invited to condemn the communists for their multitudinous crimes, instead, as a true and pious Orthodox Christian, chose to look inwards, to repent, and explain how the failures and corruption of the Russian clergy in the past centuries resulted in the conditions that led to the communist revolution.
Perhaps, I would suggest, it is the same for Europe. The politics of the Europe of the past, not to say anything of the Christianity of the Europe of the past, were, to put it mildly, in need of repentance. Such repentance has never taken place, and Europe continues to flounder from illness to illness.
On your point about immigration, I would like to add another angle, from the perspective of one who is from a country, Ethiopia, whose problem is emigration, not immigration. Emigration, for us, has been a big loss, a real brain drain, in which we have often lost either our brightest or our most entrepreneurial. Emigration has also contributed to the delaying or stalling of political and social change since it acts as a release valve of sorts, with people leaving instead of dealing with problems. And I say this as a person whose family emigrated to the West.
Unfortunately, today, the West as a whole as been brainwashed to think of immigration has a moral issue, a question of humanitarianism and hospitality. Much in the same way as the American public is convinced that US foreign policy is all about humanitarianism! It’s difficult to imagine anything apart from a major crisis resulting in a change to this condition.
Yes, the world is being destroyed, Europe included; but it’s the greed of capitalism which underlies everything. The specific flaw is the illusion that technology is “private property” rather than the heritage of all mankind. So an incredibly dirty and destructive system of law has been built up to protect that property even as it eliminates so many jobs and livelihoods. The only solution if the basic income guarantee as a handful of visionaries know. This is the path back to local economies where social and ethnic distinctions can flourish in partnership with others. You can read about it in a book entitled “We Hold These Truths: The Hope of Monetary Reform” by Richard C. Cook and in a few other places. Without this, you may rant all you want and even come up with a few meaningless reforms. None of it addresses the real issue.
The US has been the same for decades.
Our indigenous black population is an absolute disaster, and we’ve imported another 20% share from latin america since 1965. The US is now quite literally 33% third-world.
Anyone wants to know why our crime rates are horrid and our scholastic averages so low? That is your answer! If you segregate the data by race you see asians and whites performing better than europeans.
The same Spectres are behind it here as well.
“Saker rant about a stolen Europe” wrong assertion.
Europe & the U.S has stolen and continue to this day to steal from other people whatever they can put an hand on.
The only way out – is a nuclear war and the obliteration of all lives from planet Earth.
Amen.
A question remains for the Saker, if he wants to do more than rant: What is to be done?
I seem to recall that his immediate answer is, Close the borders and shoot any of them who break the law. That is easier to suggest, I find, here in Edinburgh, and perhaps (I don’t know) in Florida, than on the coast of Greece where free divers now rub shoulders, as it were, with drowning children, where some of my neighbours are currently volunteering their help.
Even if the Saker’s immediate answer is best (however brutal it may sound), there remains a question beyond that: We in the West have spread poverty and chaos in the past, and we continue to do so now. As long as the poverty and chaos persist (and it is going to get infinitely worse), there will be a large number of those we have sacrificed to our prosperity who will try to come to the West. Do we shut them out and shoot them indefinitely? Can we put some of our ill-gotten gains to good use to let them make their homeland habitable? (It’s getting late for that.) Do we let them in and share a less prosperous and more crowded life on the bits of the planet that remain habitable?
I know that the Saker is now too busy for defence, explanation, or supplementary points and clarifications. Nevertheless, the rant is surely more easily justified as other than self-indulgent with some consideration of these difficult questions.
(Was anyone else struck that the most thoughtful comments came from immigrants or those whose countries we’ve trashed? Maybe we in the West are showing the aggression of those on the defensive. As the Saker has said – karma.)
I suppose this is a request for a more considered piece at some later date.
Nicvolas Starikov has written an article to set up COPE….a conferrence Consortium of opposition parties in europe russia to develop strategies etc etc in the light of failure of current mainstream political parties
http://www.copeforlfe.org
The EU is controlled – especially the Commission – by materialist atheists, whatever religious denomination in their individual backgrounds.
All of their policies, particularly TTP, serve genetic determinist – especially eugenics – agendas: the destruction of Christian heritage in Europe is an essential component to these ends.
The aim is to replace the organic family unit with supranational controls and a slave class.
Saker, read you article..what is to be said..You weep arrogantly about Western Europe going down …which got its wealth exploiting other countries.. you say you are Russian but never lived in Russia or the Soviet Union (which I consider the best country in the world) you despise the Eastern Europe by saying it is not Europe…( I am a Russian from Latvia born and raised in the Soviet Union .) But what is Europe? Culture? Nice restaurants? Greek islands? Swiss banks? French revolution? Where to start and where to end? The country I was born does not exist any more, all I can see is bits of the Soviet inheritance that has been stolen, raped, confiscated. The Western banks, Anglo-Zionist empire is marching across the country leaving people , who lived and worked there, lying on the ground under the boots of the “civilization” which is Switzerland or Germany or France..or Sweden , you name it….the ones you consider the “high” society” . About 500 000 working age , well educated people left the country to be “serves” to the West. The soldiers from Waffen SS and their allies are marching in Riga, supported and encouraged by the West. What I feel reading your article.. disappointment. Yes, the Empire hurt, ruined, damaged, enslaved a lot of people from different countries-Europe and I mean the whole Europe without the division into “real” Europe and “pseudo”, Russia, US and a lot more. But instead of shedding tears we need to understand that only together we can fight it.
I think this is the best piece you’ve written yet. I usually agree with most but not all of what you say in your articles. But I agree with almost everything in this.
I cannot fault your thought process and agree wholeheartedly with you.and fear for Europe in the not to distant future.
Paraphrasing Dostoyevsky: Europe is a nicely decorated coffin waiting to be buried. As we all can see the burial has already begun.
One problem: Africa for Africans, Asia for Asians, White countries for Everyone IS White Genocide.
My country was my home. Now its a hotel. And they want me to be a waiter. NO.
1.White people exist.
2. White people have the RIGHT to exist.
3. White people have the RIGHT to exist AS White people in White Communities and Nations.
Diversity just means White Genocide. Freedom now from this enforced, coercive, parasitic, anti-white, genocidal diversity. Its a crime, not a ‘policy option’
…a brilliant rant!
Hello,
as a born Austrian I agree with you on some points.
However, as to my knowledge and what I could observe painfully I have to state:
in my youth in my home town very Roman-Catholic (as the majority is still in Austria!! and the church is exempted from far too many responsibilities towards my country!!) the marjority of people was narrow-minded up to the fact that as a school girl in the age of ten or eleven even a protestant girl in my classroom (it was only one!!) didn’t get a girlfriend except me. Children had been brainwashed through the Roman-Catholic classes that every other religious belief is wrong and even children should avoid any contact.
The “bought” people as cheap workers were almost very welcome until the end of the eighties/beginning of thenineties of last century. Many people rented small rooms to more than four or five men to horrend prices any Austrian would have never paid nor even wanted to rent because of miserable room conditions. When the tides of economy went lower the main voice was that those cheap laborers should go home.
Most second generation immigrants here are perfect integrated and when they speak there is most of the times no big difference, if at all, in pronounciation of the spoken local language.
The problem arose when the economy went more and more down and the third immigrant generation couldn’t find work.
Also as I have to say to much of my dissatisfaction our mass media is extremely controlled.
Most people here have no idea of the difference between the normal Sunni Islam and the Wahabbism. I lived in Egypt a long time, I had been very much respected as a Catholic and never any problem. Whereas in Austria in most cities people are extremely uninformed about other religions. Only what is being on TV or in other mainsteam media.
The non-being-willing-to-inform-oneself is the main problem.
Just repeating the mainsteam medias mantra.
I was shocked when I returned home after many, many years just to find that the intolerance is still high and the unwillingness to try to get information is practically zero – speaking of the masses.
There might be some exception but those wouldn’t be more than 10 %.
It is always the brainwash of mostly the Roman-Catholic church belief which I see as the main factor for this “being obedient” or “not willing to the other points of view”.
Masses in their obedient form are easily manipulated – nowadays the over more than thousand years of brainwashed people have maybe (thats my conclusion and it makes me extremely sad!)
inherited this obedient factor in their genes. Naturally not all, but itsn’t it always in the favor of the manipulators when the masses don’t get a glimpse of any truth? If more and more truth would be circulated (which is always a hindrance and tried to be interferred, also on the Internet) masses might be would woke up.
However, much to my regret and sadness I think the intolerance is coupled with some form of arrogance and the Europe which should have found together will never happen.
TV programmes have far too many US series and movies and it is hard to find per week more than two or three series of other European countries on main TV channels.
I think this says enough.
thanks for many of your essays which hopefully will eyeopeners for others …
however, I fear that far too many people don’t want to open their eyes – it could be that the feeling inside tells that might be extremely uncomfortable truth would rise up… that’s why …. maybe

Hello CognitoMan: You say, ” We don’t want Arabic or black hoodlums in our country, ever.” and then you later say, ” Maybe that’s why more and more white people from the west move to countries like Czech republic”.
What you (and perhaps the Saker as well) seem to have is a nostalgia for horse and buggy days, for a Europe that keeps itself “pure” in the style of Apartheid South Africa. If you live in the US, it is strange how little you have learnt from American history and its present society. Warts and all, it is still God’s country, still the best spot in a troubled world, still the hope of mankind. The whites from US don’t go to Poland to enjoy its whiteness; it is the Poles who flock to the US to live surrounded by all sorts, including “Arabic and black hoodlums”.
Reading the comments, I regret that I am not able to make an erudite contribution too – all I can say, is that it used to be a real occasion and a joy to listen to Eurovision. Every country had its own flavour – the songs were in the national language, the costumes were often national costume – and one came away refreshed and happy to have seen all this diversity. Somehow, Greece and Russia hung on to the expression of national character the longest, but these days one may as well listen to radio America. They even bring in American choreographers and songwriters! -and are proud of the travesty! Stupid Europeans to allow their cultures to be subsumed by an inferior one, and not seem to even notice it!
Hey ! But wait, this is just the beginning, you have not seen much yet.
As long as the WESTERN BANDITS keep overthrowing our head of states who don’t play by their murderous rules. As long as the BANDITS keep destabilizing countries, kill their economies by imposing illegal sanctions, and blackmailing coveted nations. As long as the BANDITS keep stealing our resources. As long the BANDITS keep bombing, terrorizing and displacing populations. As long the BANDITS refuse to join humanity, invest in beauty and in our gorgeous planet.
The French have a name for this boomerang effect, “La rançon de la gloire” which simply means the negative consequences of success, though that success is soaked in infamy. You haven’t seen anything yet brothers and sisters.
Dear Saker:
If you ever do not have spelling, grammar, or typo errors, we will all be going into “Red Alert”, as we will know you have been replaced with a “Pod Person” – truly a frightening thought!-
sincerely, Always Puzzled
I read your rant about Europe and your beloved Greece and I just had to send my own rant. I don’t know who you are as you are too much of a coward to write under your own name. And apparently you have visited Greece quite a few times so that makes you an expert on that country.
You claim in your rant that the Balkans are less European with the exception of Greece. On what basis do you say that? On the fact that Greece lied her way into the EU when clearly she was not ready financially to join? Or on the fact that Greece has one of the worst human rights records in Europe. Take a closer look and you’ll find that Greece claims it has no minorities which is a blatant lie. I know. I was born in Northern Greece in the province of Macedonia. I am a Slav and my mother tongue is the Macedonian language which is Slavic. We are the indigenous people of that region for at least 1,500 years and yet Greece, since 1912 has tried desperately to erase our identity. The Macedonian language is forbidden, names of people, cities, villages, mountains, rivers, lakes……have been changed to sound Greek. For instance, I’m not an Opasini. My name was changed from Opashinov to Opasinis to sound more Greek. I dropped the “s” when I came to Canada to sound less Greek. I can never trace my family tree because every single name has been changed and that makes me bitter.
You visited a few Greek islands and now you are an expert on everything Greek.
Thanks for the rant. Well said! Will Europe survive as Europe? Or is it destined to become a garbage heap? What of “eastern Europe” and Russia? I, too, remember the old Europe (I’m American but considerably older than you), and I, too, am pained and angry about the state of things. What do you see coming?
Nice one. I grew up in the Vercors, and to find it mentioned here pleased me. I must agree to almost everything. Almost because I don’t think the awakening of the european conscience will come from France. Sure, we have this enormous past tradition of revolution, war, … but today, people are older, weaker, and the repressive forces well organized, unified and stronger (have you seen our CRS, the anti riot police ?).
I guess the situation in the US is more likely to produce any upheaval, as there are many different agencies, struggling and divided.
Hello Saker,
I just have one question for you regarding your statement about how “Muslims are here to stay”. Firstly, how and why do you think the Muslims can help “clear the house in Europe”, and why you think that their help and presence is necessary to achieve this?
So the Muslims are permitted to migrate into Europe into such big numbers and take up permanent residence there.
Then why is it that the Jews of Europe that inhabited the continent for hundreds of years were not permitted to stay and why was it permissible to ethnically cleanse them en masse during WWII and after, and most importantly why were they never allowed to return?
Why do you think it was permissible “to cleanse them”. I’d say for the last 71 years its been pointed out millions of times that it “wasn’t” permissible to do that. And they were not ” never allowed to return”. There are several millions of Jews in Europe today. Though many European Jews after WW2 moved themselves to Israel and the US. They weren’t driven out after the war. It was their own choice to leave Europe.Certainly being in some of those countries (especially in Eastern Europe) was hard to live among the ghosts of a destroyed civilization. So I can understand why many didn’t want to stay in some countries. Among populations that in some cases aided the nazis. But still they were far from the only victims of that period. The Soviets lost over 4 times the number of Jews killed (if we accept any and all figures proposed). And almost an equal number of ethnic Poles were murdered as were Polish Jews in Poland. While some (most) other European countries lost far more of their Christian citizens than their Jewish citizens. So basically your question has no credible answer to it. Since it didn’t happen it would be impossible to answer it.
I just reread this for the third time and love it. Removed from my continent too, but at a tiny age, having briefly visited 3,4 times from young adulthood to a grandmother status, to moving back after 50 years of planning to, in a three part move, the tiny part of Europe I knew from my beginnings in the Hague, Netherlands to now in Amsterdam, Netherlands in 2016, US takeover time, Holland has become a virtual reality. No longer the state I was born to. This may be true of the Saker too.
Right now my country here is stealing enough of my inadequate pension I can save nothing and have not enough for fresh food. Orders of the Americans who stole our 1695 firm and have assassinated about 20 of the vast family that started in 5th century Ireland. Europe’s history will be erased and rewritten by those Americans who have reconstructed the reasons for WW11 they were supposed to win by way of the HItler they fully financed
Tahks Saker
“… Europe’s history will be erased and rewritten by those Americans who have reconstructed the reasons for WWII they were supposed to win by way of the Hitler they fully financed …”
Indeed. The essence of the matter spelled accurately and succinctly.
Reconstructed their reasons for WWII, after their vastly different heavily invested plan faltered. It is truly amazing how their rendition of the war managed to brainwash (it still does) so many people. Their Edward Bernays in action certainly dwarfed Dr. Jozef Göbbels.
Nevertheless, a sea of previously hidden documentation is steadily surfacing, historians are at work, and here the Internet is the game changer.
Bravo. For many things, I couldn’t have been able to put it down better than you did.
You were also able to discern about islam, 2nd generation people and other tricky topics.
I think you’d be a much better politician than our non-elected premier (another Bilderberg yes man)
Will you follow our constitutional reform, next October ? Are you willing to give it a look and tell what you think about it ? And what about the recent alternative movements (5 star movement)
What’s your take here ? We’re talking about honesty, direct democracy, personal invovement in politic by real people not do-nothing-for-years blabbermouth politicians who earn a lot of money while doing NOTHING or worse serving banks and foreign powers. Analyzing italian situation, do you see any escape way or the possibility to inquire our entire political class (especially the old one and the one run by the Democratic Party) for TREASON ? Would you confirm they basically betrayed our country to hand it in the banksters hands?
Hi Saker: I just read the brilliant new post about Alleppo and the “moderate rebels” who fight cheek by jowl beside ISIS. How Russia is tired of the situation. Out of the corner of my eye I see your rant about stolen Europe as I finish about the gross and increasing treason of the US.
And I just wonder if what I write has ever been posted in your blog? I asked before but never heard. Please? And where one can read other comments i.e. where does one find them please?
best, Suzanne
reading your rant just now, it is brilliant and very accurate as far the references to France are concerned.
I grew up in Paris’ suburb St-Ouen, just next to Molenbeek’s tween sistser: St-Denis and went to high school in Paris in the 80-90s. You nailed it!
a couple of other random characters (other than BHL/Desir) worth googling-wikipedia-ing:
-Bernard Kouchner
-Jacques Attali
-Bernard Tapie
-All post G.Marchais communist leaders (Robert Hue, Marie George Buffet, etc)
-Olivier Bensancenot (and his his pseudo antifas)
-Daniel Cohn-Bendit (CIA-Trostkist approved since May 68)
-All “Touches pas a mon pote”, CRIF, LICRA, MRAP leaders, many of which ended up at part
is socialiste or as CRIF patended anti-racism-semitims expters on TV.
-All partis socialiste leaders, no exeption (maybe the late George Freche), all Green party leaders, totaly indoctrinated by Trotskists (Cohn Bendit is their Stepan Bandera). Former Judge Eva Joly, imported from Norway is a great example of that. She came as far as advocating France to give away it’s veto right at the UN. couldn’t it be clearer than that?!
and so many more, Paris former Mayor Bertand Delanoe, new mayor Anne Idalgo. these two hold the Bobo idealogy strong in Paris.
the list could go on with hundreds, maybe thousands of treators with left parties alones, but it’s true it’s no better on the right. France’s enxt president Alain Juppé (since he’s teh chosen one by both media and Bilderberg) is no different than Holland, amke no mistake about it. He once was a true Gaulist and then expatriated to Canada over financial scandals adn came back brainwahsed as a neocon (his total recall moment :)
