I do not have a Russian keyboard on this computer to get an online translation of the text in the photo. I believe it says something about the fact that white phosphorous is really being used and that there are deaths and injuries from it in Lugansk.

    Can someone please confirm this?

Until it falls over the White House, it’s just a light show, like at Disneyland at nine o’clock every night.

There’s illegal, criminal, inhuman, bestial weapons and then there’s whatever the Hegemon, NATO and the junta use which is okay because they rule.

There’s even a report, unsubstantiated, that the junta attacked Saur Grave with gas. Why wouldn’t they?
    What would they not use?

They shoot civilian planes with passengers out of their airspace, and that crime is now a certainty.

We see the results and have the proof in our hands, before our eyes, on the ground, of all their criminality.

Is there a more criminal regime in the world? Anywhere? This junta is killing anyone wantonly. These ATO actions have no basis in any construing of any legal right. All these artillery attacks are criminal attacks against innocents. These people killed and wounded are its citizens, not an enemy.

Remember this: most of the people are not even pro-Russia in many of the areas struck. The junta is wielding a killing machine with one goal: ethnic cleansing.

And after that, positioning their army closer to Russia to bait Moscow into the war that Russia does not want. Shelling the border of Russia has been going on for a month. Virtually, no response.

I’ve seen a lot of fights, and when someone tries to avoid a bully by taking slaps and punches in the face, he winds up beaten to a pulp anyway.

Watch the next weeks. NATO is coming to town. And the way the Hegemon works, all that equipment and trainers will stay behind. Ukraine will be de facto NATO soon.

You don’t get to security and peace through passivity. Even if there are limits to Russian response, Kiev should be hit. The oligarchs should be hit.

Report just into Fox Business: convoy shelled by Ukraine.

    Reuters reports,

AND there is this from Itar-Tass:

Captured Ukrainian team planned attack on Russian humanitarian aid convoy — militia

One of the detainees said the Ukrainian army had sent seven teams of saboteurs to the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

LUHANSK, August 15. /ITAR-TASS/. Militia in Ukraine’s town of Luhansk said on Friday they have captured a reconnaissance group of National Guard tasked with preparing an attack on the Russian humanitarian aid convoy.
A load of weapons and ammunition was found in a car carrying three saboteurs, the militia headquarters of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic and Donetsk People’s Republic said.
“The weapons and ammunition were hidden in bags of food,” a headquarters representative said.
During an interrogation, the saboteurs said their mission was to plant mines along a local road and attack the Russian convoy delivering humanitarian aid to residents of south-eastern Ukraine.

Novorossiya Military Briefing, August 15, 2014
    Translated by Gleb Bazov

MAP: Hostilities in Novorossiya, August 6-15, 2014

    Excerpts (much more at link):

Overall, it is becoming increasingly clear that the widely publicized offensive on Donetsk has, as expected, amounted to zilch. The Ukrainian Armed Forces does not have any more strength. It simply does not. And that is all. Moreover, the Junta forces are facing several simultaneous catastrophes on the local scale, which can become operational-tactical in nature and then strategic…

Whatever one’s attitude may be with respect to the latest resignations (Strelkov, Bolotov), but … it was after these resignations that the general staff of the Militia’s Armed Forces was created, such that it can now properly be called an army. This is so because central command was the one thing that the Militia lacked to function as such. The result of this coordination is already apparent. Moreover, by formally giving the leadership of the Republics a purely Ukrainian appearance, this transformation has provided the Army of the Southeast with the capacity to start solving tasks outside the borders of the Republics…

    South of Lugansk
The Russian humanitarian convoy awoke the hostilities from hibernation also on this front. The goal of derailing the convoy has prompted the Junta’s leadership to organize an attack on Novosvetlovka-Khryashchevatoye. The goal here is to cut off the remaining open road that enabled the supply of the Lugansk garrison. The initial success (caused by the suddenness of the strike) has turned into a complete rout. As of this morning, the units of Battalion Aidar were crushed in the area of Khryashchevatoye

We are now in the midst of the ‘next’ ‘false flag’ . . . convoy, fake ‘news’ in the British press, NAF offensive successful, NAF restructure, Putin peaceful speech . . . what we are seeing right now is a preplanned British intelligence event using the British media, Poroshenko and Cameron. Again, the goal is to bring in NATO to avert the NAF success and continuation of the revolution.

Thank you John at 15:43 for the Gleb Bazov link.

As Gleb said yesterday, don’t watch the convoy, watch the events on the ground.

“The Ukrainian Armed Forces does not have any more strength. It simply does not. And that is all [… ] The situation is under the complete control of the Militia.”

The resignations and reformation are a strategic shift. THIS is how the militia goes to Kiev:

“it was after these resignations that the general staff of the Militia’s Armed Forces was created, such that it can now properly be called an army. This is so because central command was the one thing that the Militia lacked to function as such. The result of this coordination is already apparent. Moreover, by formally giving the leadership of the Republics a purely Ukrainian appearance, this transformation has provided the Army of the Southeast with the capacity to start solving tasks outside the borders of the Republics. Not only military ones, but political objective as well.”

  19. Anonymous on August 15, 2014  ·  at 5:07 pm EST/EDT

The Jewish owned ‘Guardian’ and ‘Telegraph’ newspapers published in the UK pretend to be on opposite ends of the political spectrum. However, curiously, they partnered together yesterday to sell the lie of a Russian military invasion of Ukraine.

Today, the puppet head of the Ukraine parliament phoned the puppet head of the UK government (Nick Clegg- a very senior lieutenant of Tony Blair- is the real leader of the so-called ‘coalition’) to say the Ukraine military had intercepted and eliminated the Russian armoured column.

What many of you here will fail to realise is that when you control the entire mass media, you can construct a false flag with words alone- you don’t even have to blow up anything real.

A quick check via Google, and the so-called ‘sceptical’ forums shows the false flag has worked perfectly, and people on all sides of the issue have accepted the truth of the psy-op. All the major news organisations are reporting the fantasy as true. Both pro and anti-Russian forum members are, at a 99 percentile, accepting the psy-op as real.

Meanwhile, on sites that actually bother to report REAL news from Novorussia, it is clear the defenders have once again managed to achieve stunning success against the neo-Nazis, and have captured Kiev saboteur teams who were sent to attack Putin’s ‘flotilla’.

It is clear Kiev intended to allow the Humanitarian convoy into Ukraine once these saboteur squads were in place and active, and then the Jewish controlled mainstream media outlets were going to blame the resistance for the attacks on the convoy. The BBC was all prepared to report that the mine and IED attacks on the trucks was either down to resistance efforts to block transport routes OR a resistance false flag to blame Kiev for the attacks.

I cannot stress strongly enough that today, 99.9% of the sheeple that rely on the Jewish controlled mainstream media outlets, now believe Russia invaded Ukraine, and was blasted to bits by the ‘brave’ warriors of Kiev. Meanwhile, the idiotic response of Russian counter-propaganda forces is to say “who can be so stupid as to believe such nonsense?”. Psy-ops are used because psy-ops work, *IF* one successfully controls the mass media outlets.

Huh? Weird things going on here: Marie Harf has called for restraint (!) on Ukie actions in the East following a major shelling of Donetsk.

    http://rt.com/news/180568-harf-ukraine-briefing-military/

Has a major realignment occurred? Could this somehow be related to Akhmetov regaining the upper hand? Putin never wanted the Donbass, just federalization, the Russian language and no NATO; my current guess is we’re still fighting over the last one but maybe those first two goals have been met. During which time, it is essential to note, several major steps have been taken in building sufficient relationships with various countries to begin a serious challenge of the petrodollar. Oh, and also pry European businessmen, farmers and shippers away from the EU/NATO dictatorship (well, that’s what it is, isn’t it?), while making the AZ Empire look ever worse by comparison. Not bad for state work, you know? Because meanwhile all we seem to be doing (besides blowing stuff up, of course) is tightening the noose we’ve willingly placed around our own necks. Reagan was one watermark and Clinton a second, what with NAFTA and Gramm-Leach-Bliley, Dubya was a third, but it does look like Obama will finish us off. So, thoroughly bi-partisan and, more to the question, who here will grieve when we fall? ‘Nother question: short of actually starting a violent revolution (which ain’t worked right yet, folks), or a protest (quite obviously at this point quite bad for your health), how else can we show our disapproval?

Can this blog try to be more proactive (and garner itself far moretraffic) by discussing in its own post what the odds are that a Russian column really was mauled? I tried asking earlier what the alleged “Javelin Effect” would be but American Kulak just accused me of conducting Psyops and the topic was dropped. It is important to know if Obama or McCain has defied Congress and that pussy Rand Paul (whose office you’ve all been calling right?) by sending lethal weapons like that. Please discuss the Javelin vs Kornet situation.

Original: Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation
Translated from Russian by Gleb Bazov
    Edited by S. Naylor

Statement of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Connection with the Attempts to Derail the Delivery of Humanitarian Aid to Those Suffering from Hostilities in the Southeastern Region of Ukraine

    1919-15-08-2014

The attempts to create new and greater obstacles in the way of the delivery of Russian humanitarian aid to the civilian population of Donbass cause deep concern. The implementation of this mission has entered its final stage. In discussions with the representatives of the Ukrainian authorities and the International Committee of the Red Cross (“ICRC”), we were able to reconcile practically all the key parameters of the transfer to the intended recipients of food, medicine and other essentials.

At the same time, there are forces that intend not simply to deprive the population of the Southeast of Ukraine of this assistance – which is of urgent, immediate necessity – but also to perpetrate open provocations likely to further complicate the situation in the conflict zone. Whereas, if earlier the humanitarian mission was obstructed through flimsy claims of organization and procedural difficulties, we are now receiving information about direct threats of the use of force against our convoy. Reports are coming in that a saboteur group of the «Aidar» punitive battalion is planning to mine certain sections of the roads in the Lugansk region with the intention of destroying the vehicles carrying the humanitarian cargo and the attending personnel; and then to accuse the Militia of these terrorist acts.

We also draw your attention to the sharp intensification of combat operations by the Ukrainian military, which pursues the obvious objective of cutting off the route – agreed-upon with Kiev – of the humanitarian column from the Russian-Ukrainian border to Lugansk.

One gets the impression that in Ukraine and beyond its borders there are still many who wish to derail the humanitarian mission, even at the cost of new victims and destruction. Those who harbor such criminal plans take upon themselves the enormous responsibility for their consequences. The Russian side is firmly committed to the speediest and most comprehensive performance of the agreements arrived at with the leadership of Ukraine and the ICRC with respect to the delivery of humanitarian aid to residents of Donbass. We are taking all the precautions we can to ensure the safety of this mission. We call on both sides to immediately announce a ceasefire for the duration of its implementation in accordance with the norms of international humanitarian law. We are counting on the active support of the efforts being undertaken by the ICRC, the OSCE and the UN.

Putin has a chance to go up a rung on the escalation ladder if reports of Ukrainian attacks on Russian forces are true. He can obliterate the offending forces via air power, and if escalation is chosen by the New World Order, he can then move land forces into Novorosiya. If escalation is pursued: detonate a nuke in the middle of nowhere. If escalation is pursued, cancel Christmas.

The psychopaths in charge of the New World Order only understand a credible threat.

Please note that other than the switch in authors and url wording, the following text was added in the second version:

The United Nations said reports of the incident highlight the need for a swift and peaceful resolution of the conflict there.

“We are aware of the reports in Ukraine, which we cannot verify independently, and will follow related developments very
carefully,” UN spokesman Farhan Haq told reporters. “Such reports point to the urgent need for immediate de-escalation and resolution of the conflict through dialogue.”

The problem we have is that this bait and switch was made a little over an hour later, not to mention about 500 comments and over double the shares later. In other words, the story was seen, shared and discussed before the U.N. statement was included as we caught the last update rather quickly and before any significant interaction occurred.

More to come as the story changes and as more archiving and evidence is gathered and disseminated…

Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird told the Chamber of Commerce in London, Ont., on Friday that Russia’s “militaristic and expansionist government” threatens peace and stability in the region. (Sean Kilpatrick/Canadian Press)

Escalating conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East pose a serious threat to global trade, Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird said today, as Canada sent a third and final shipment of supplies to Ukraine.

Baird made the comments during his address Friday to the Chamber of Commerce in London, Ont.

The “non-lethal” supplies for Ukraine’s military are intended to bolster the Ukrainians’ efforts to secure their eastern border, according to a release from the Department of National Defence. The CC-177 Globemaster III aircraft left from Trenton, Ont., earlier Friday.

Baird said Friday in his address that Russia’s “militaristic and expansionist government” threatens peace and stability in the region. He also criticized Russian President Vladimir Putin for his continued “attempts to destabilize Ukraine’s democratically elected government.”

“This 19th-century imperial behaviour is absolutely unacceptable to Canada,” Baird said.

He said the increasing threat of militarization of Russia and instability in Iraq emphasizes the need for better global security cooperation.

“You can’t have open trade when it is necessary to take actions like sanctioning Russia over its provocations in Ukraine,” Baird said.

“And frankly, you can’t have a prosperous air industry bringing the world together when planes are being shot out of the sky.”

Ukraine had threatened to block an aid convoy from Russia from crossing its borders, leading to fears of escalation of the conflict.

Ukraine has been reluctant to allow the convoy to enter over suspicions that it’s a ruse to get military help to separatist rebels. It agreed to let the Red Cross distribute aid in the eastern Ukrainian town of Luhansk after Russia allowed Ukrainian officials to inspect the convoy of roughly 200 trucks.

    Protesters interrupt Baird’s speech

Baird’s Chamber of Commerce speech was interrupted by demonstrators who demanded an answer for his stance on the conflict in Gaza.

“If you are a Palestinian family who wanted to express your political opposition to the terrorist group Hamas in the Gaza Strip, you would not be able to do that, so we live in a very blessed country,” Baird responded before quickly returning to his speech.

Earlier this week, Baird took to Twitter to scoff at the UN for its appointments to a commission examining possible war crimes in Gaza.

Canadian human rights lawyer William Schabas was chosen to lead the commission.

Schabas has been critical of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the past, once suggesting that he believes Netanyahu should be “in the dock of an international court,” but he called allegations that he is biased against Israel “absurd.”

Baird said the appointments were an “utter shame” that will do nothing to promote peace for Israel and the Palestinians.

    http://en.ria.ru/society/20140815/192049124/US-Policemen-Account-for-400-Killings-Annually.html

“There were approximately 400 cases of law enforcement officers involved in killings in the United States annually from 2006-2012, USA Today reports quoting the most recent figures released by the FBI.

An analysis of almost 2,800 cases of fatal shootings by police officers conducted by USA Today journalists concludes that the majority of the people killed were African-American males. Eighteen percent of blacks shot were under the age of 21, like Michael Brown, who was shot and killed by an officer in Ferguson, Missouri on August 10.

The online newspaper notes that the killings included in the FBI and DOJ report were self-reported by police departments and have not been independently audited. Additionally, the database includes information on cases from 750 law enforcement agencies, while the USA Today contributors counted around 17,000 agencies across the country.

“There is no national database for this type of information, and that is so crazy. We’ve been trying for years, but nobody wanted to fund it and the (police) departments didn’t want it,” Geoff Alpert, a criminal justice professor at the University of South Carolina told USA Today. Alpert added “I’ve looked at records in hundreds of departments and it was very rare that you find someone saying, ‘Oh, gosh, we used excessive force.’ In 98.9 percent of the cases, they are stamped as justified and sent along.”

A criminologist from the University of Nebraska, Samuel Walker, who was also interviewed by USA Today, referred to the absence of a national repository tracking police homicide as a “major failure” of the US criminal justice system.

In April 2014 the US Department of Justice released an inquiry into Albuquerque Police carried out a month after the fatal shooting of homeless man James Boyd by law enforcement officers. “Of the 20 officer-involved shootings resulting in fatalities from 2009 to 2012, we concluded that a majority of these shootings were unconstitutional,” outlined the report…”

The 400 figure is obviously only a part total, as most law enforcement agencies didn’t report their statistics. Which reported and which didn’t would probably give an indication how under reported the figure is. The statistics from just a few of the major metropolitan areas would probably total more than 400.

Iraq conflict: Canada to fly weapons to Kurdish forces battling ISIS

Canada is committing two cargo planes to move military supplies into northern Iraq as part of the international effort to bolster Kurdish forces in the embattled region.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper says a CC-177 Globemaster and a CC-130J Hercules transport will begin shuttling arms provided by allies to the Iraqi city of Irbil over the next few days.

The flights, which include some 30 Canadian Forces personnel, will continue as long as there is equipment and supplies to move.

The U.S. and France are already sending weapons, while Britain has indicated it’s also prepared to help arm the Kurdish forces fighting militants from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, or ISIS. The group is also known as Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, or ISIL.

“This support, which will be provided in close co-ordination with our allies, will enable Kurdish forces to provide effective protection to Iraqis faced with the barbarous attacks of ISIL,” Harper said in a statement.

“Canada will not stand idly by while ISIL continues its murder of innocent civilians and religious minorities. We continue to monitor the situation in Iraq and are prepared to provide further assistance.”

The al-Qaeda splinter group’s hardline militants have already seized large parts of northern Iraq.

The military aircraft are in addition to the $5 million in humanitarian aid committed last weekend by the Conservative government.

Alleged Russian ‘Incursion’ Into Ukraine is Pure Fantasy – Defense Ministry

    http://en.ria.ru/military_news/20140815/192053193/Alleged-Russian-Incursion-Into-Ukraine-is-Pure-Fantasy—Defense.html

“The Russian Defense Ministry denied on Friday allegations of Russian incursion into eastern Ukraine, calling the claims a ‘fantasy’ that is not worth discussing.

“No Russian military column crossed the Russian-Ukrainian border, either at night or during the day,” the ministry’s spokesman, Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov, told RIA Novosti.

“Such statements, based on fantasies or pure assumptions by journalists, cannot be subject of serious discussion by leaders of any country,” Konashenkov said.

Earlier on Friday, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko claimed that the Ukrainian artillery destroyed Russian armored column that crossed into Ukraine at night.

The allegation was picked up in the West and the British Prime Minister David Cameron expressed his concerns over the alleged “Russian military column.”

French President Francois Hollande called on Moscow to respect Ukraine’s territorial integrity.

Russia has repeatedly denied its involvement in Ukraine’s internal affairs and called for a peaceful resolution of the Ukrainian crisis.”

    The aide convoy has israeloscum

Aid convoy to Ukraine faces disruption, may be attacked – Russia

    http://rt.com/news/180664-ukraine-russian-humanitarian-convoy/

“Moscow has information that the convoy delivering humanitarian aid to eastern Ukraine may be attacked by Kiev’s forces, with the “punitive” Aidar Battalion planning to mine the road that the vehicles will use, the Russian Foreign Ministry says.

On Friday, Moscow accused Ukraine of attempting to disrupt the humanitarian aid convoy now that the preparations for its delivery have reached their final stages and all key issues have been agreed upon.

“We draw attention to the sharp intensification of military actions by Ukrainian forces with the obvious goal to block the route, agreed upon with Kiev, of the humanitarian convoy from the Russia-Ukraine border to Lugansk,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

In Moscow’s view, all this gives the impression that there are people both in Ukraine and abroad who are willing to disrupt the humanitarian mission, even “at the cost of new casualties and destruction.”

“Those nurturing such criminal plans are taking huge responsibility for their consequences,” the ministry said…”

Completely off topic but I think that the whole drive behind US madness in foreign policy right now, is in this story.

    http://rt.com/op-edge/180636-fracking-another-commodity-bubble/

Not that another bubble is usually a problem but think about it. Economies employ a set of tools when dealing with busted bubbles. Right now though, all those tools are fully deployed. Interest rates are close to zero and money printing is still a reality. If the fracking babble bursts now, there are no available tools to counter it.

I don’t know how to connect the dots to Ukraine, Iraq and Syria with this but that’s my instinct. Maybe someone else can.

    Updated from Canuckistan:

It may seem redundent to post these updates, but it seems rather important to do so considering how fast the situation seems to be escalating, at least via the MSM and CBC.

Earlier we posted 2 updated related to the “same” story that served as a convient bait and swithch propaganda campaign. This is ratehr distrubing since it is Frady.

This latest updated piece has not only changed the tone of the article as well as mixing up some of the content, it has removed some portins but has added the “market” reaction to the original. This is not looking so good considering the story has been changed pretty significantly over the past couple of hours or so.

Here is the latest title and subtitle, that has been edited along with the header photo, url wording. The same slideshow has also been added that has accompanies most of the latest propaganda pieces, for effect surely.

It may be worth noting that the “author” has been changed again and Reuters has been swapped out as the piece is now crediting the AP, Canadian Press and CBC. Oddly enough neocon trolls and Harper Loyalists have not seem to have noticed the changes and keep posting the same scripted comments…

Barack Obama is one weird dude, and among many other unfitnesses for office, he apparently does not run a very tight ship. Try this for size:

” Israel’s Defense Ministry asked the Pentagon for a range of munitions, including 120mm mortar shells, 40mm illuminating rounds and $3 million worth of tank rounds. The request was approved, but never made public, and no presidential approval was required.

A week later on July 30 Israeli troops hit a UN school in Jabaliya that sheltered about 3,000 people with 120mm and 40mm rounds. The incident sparked worldwide public condemnation and infuriated American diplomats when they realized that a transfer of the munitions to Israel came without their knowledge.”

Another fascinating question, of course, is what did Hagel know and when did he know it?

Banderastan has yet to offer a shred of proof — photos, captured documents or soldiers — that it has actually destroyed any column, much less the exact one of 23 APCs that the Daily Torygraph and Guardian journalists say they saw cross into Lugansk region from Russia yesterday (and also failed to provide photographic proof of at the crossing point).

Kiev’s war PR tactics essentially amount to ‘make a claim and who needs evidence’ for the low-information Cold Warrior couch potato. I’m looking at Interpreter Rag and they’re trying to claim the Russian MFA is contradicting itself by insisting that Ukraine hasn’t destroyed a non-existent armored incursion. Um, ok.

Meanwhile the force the Ukies sent to block the approaches to Lugansk by the humanitarian truck convoy are now allegedly encircled, according to @A_J_S_B. Which would make sense if said force actually included a breakout from Lugansk airport, since those guys would quickly run out of fuel, having presumably not kept all their BTRs or BMPs simply in one spot to be rocketed or mortared to pieces by the NAF who’ve been besieging them at the Luhansk airport for weeks.

Seems to me the increasing reliance by the Kiev oligarchs on indiscriminate artillery shelling is a sign that things aren’t going well.

The Ukie attack on the “Russian armored column” was likely them attacking their own troops!

Interesting ZH comment — looks like this was a NATO/US/UK run psyop with the complicity of two gullible reporters who saw some Russian armored fighting vehicles along the border and either assumed they crossed, or made the story up since they can’t provide any visual evidence (though they’ll claim they were intimidated by Russian soldiers into not filming the actual crossing) to support their claims. Just as Kiev can’t show and video or photography of this ‘smashed Russian column’ and probably will try to use footage of their own destroyed AFVs as ‘proof’ in a day or two along with the handy dandy Boris and Misha ‘FSB/GRU handler to his NAF commander servant’ ‘intercepts’ they cook up at SBU HQ in Kiev.

But there’s a second bird killed with this same stone. NATO/UK/US get to plant doubt and uncertainty about the veracity of other Guardian ‘scoops’ including any future Snowden or other NSA leaks because the paper couldn’t back up its story by Shawn Walker with any proof.

UPDATE: more proof found by a pro-Kiev German’s Twitter account that Shawn Walker and Roland Oliphant likely LIED to set up today’s ‘Ukraine destroyed the Russian armored incursion’ claim. The APCs they did photograph were 30 km from the LNR border:

    https://twitter.com/MiddleEast_BRK/status/500352037193007105/photo/1

Going back a decade the BBC have been lying about Russia – i speak as an Englishman with no particular axe to grind. They went totally overboard at the Winter games, and have not changed their tune since.

In reply to Anonymous @ 15 August, 2014 17:50 – you would have a point, if the Ukies were claiming to have destroyed this alleged Russian convoy inside Ukraine with anti-tank missiles, tanks or infantry. They’re saying they did it with artillery. Last I checked the Javelin is not artillery, though I suppose the Ukies could be lying and it really was a bunch of US-supplied Javelins that did it.

Furthermore, I don’t toss around the ‘psyops’ charge lightly. But the Ukies have been proclaiming to Reuters and that UK-based wire service has been reproducing the claim that they’ve fully encircled Lugansk for weeks. @BradCabana suggests that an armored column may in fact have cut the highway from where the Russian aid convoy trucks are parked to Lugansk, which is not exactly a major military feat. Whether this adds up to Luhansk being fully encircled is another question, Cabana says at this hour it does, but the NAF SITREP says otherwise. Fog of war. What I can tell you is that if the Ukies had destroyed a real Russian APC column inside Ukraine whether with arty or Javelins we’d have footage or photography of it by now. If nothing else the Ukie soldiers don’t lack smartphones especially in the ‘elite’ units.

Again, I don’t doubt the US/NATO have supplied very important intelligence and perhaps even drones and targeting software to the Ukies. But training a Ukie soldier on an Excaliber weapons system takes time, considerably more time than simply putting a Javelin ATGM in their hands that is fundamentally similar to its Soviet/Russian counterparts but still requires a bit of training on the operating differences. But when you have lying or lazy Western MSM journalists who insist that operating a Buk system is just a matter of ‘pushing the button and the missile flies’ at MH17, what do you expect?

I try to be polite to all Anons, even ones I suspect of being disinfo operatives, but it would be helpful if they would use more consistent handles so I can see ‘who’ is saying what.

  54. Canadians Against the Harper Regime Collective Research Collaboration [CAHR] on August 15, 2014  ·  at 11:42 pm EST/EDT

    Greetings @Saker et @Everyone,

Earlier today we posted some information related to the CBC’s ever changing updated article regarding the “claims” that “Ukraine destroyed Russian military vehicles that crossed over the border. Since this was rather odd speculation, sans photographic evidence as well as the virtually impossible distance from which this “report” came from, we decided to pick up the ball, so to speak.

We did this for several reasons that hopefully can be fully appreciated but allow a quick summary. This ongoing propaganda based upon speculation without any facts is becoming rather bizarre and many lives are being lost in addition to the injuries and destruction of residences, infrastructure and more importantly the psychological well being of all involved. Not only that but this “story” was not simply “updated” but it was completely rewritten to suit the false narrative.

While some adjustments were made to include relevant info and minor clarifications as the day progressed, the damage was already done as most visitors/readers/viewers do not check back on articles that they have already seen/read. Most will read an article once and move to the next. Add that to the 3rd delivery of non-lethal aid being delivered along with the 2 loads of weapons being delivered to Kurdistan along with the situation in Gaza still percolating as well as the Missouri Police State shenanigans among others, the average person is simply overwhelmed to say the least.

As we are in the midst of preparing a summary analysis that will be presented to various parties, we would like to share with all of you a few screenshots of 5 “updates” of the same article mentioned previously from today’s CBC website. We are doing this so that others may analyze, build upon and disseminate the info because a picture is worth a thousand words. In this case, 5 pictures are worth 5000 words at the bare minimum.

That being stated, please feel free to download, archive and share these images and use and abuse them as you see fit. Please keep in mind that we will be publishing the finding as soon as we can get it all together and organized in one place to assure that there is no way that any parties involved may invoke a plausible deniability defense…

So the neocons are trying to create a big enough crisis over Ukraine to get rid of Putin and replace him with someone who will let them do what they want.
