Description:
Senior Lebanese political analyst Nasser Qandil warns Israel of ‘the war that will dismantle Israel’ if Tel Aviv obstructs or attacks an Iranian tanker currently on its way to supply Lebanon with critical fuel supplies.

Nasser Qandil, Senior Lebanese Political Analyst:
This conformity, what they call ‘strategic timing intelligence’. Before us lies a regional-international scene, in which the US has failed in Afghanistan. This collapse…just listen to what NATO and NATO leaders are saying, that there is no longer any reason for NATO to exist! After all, what is military force good for if the very concept of intervention for the sake of producing (new) political (conditions/realities/equations) is seen by the (US) president as outdated, and if this military force is going to be devoted to protecting the US homeland and national security?
This means that there is no longer any need for a global strike force, because it is incapable of producing (new) political (realities/equations). This is what Biden’s (new) dicourse reveals, that state building cannot be approached by way of military force.
Later on, we’ll also start to hear the consequences of this decision on US companies and rich, industrial American states, because why should I remain part of a federal government and finance it if it won’t open up markets and secure raw materials for me?
Amid this (US) collapse, the first side to make use of this opportunity – amid this new regional-international equation – was Hezbollah and its decision to bring in fuel-laden ships to Lebanon, because it made use of this vacuum, this weakness, this collapse, but did so for the greater good. It also made use of Israel’s weakness and decline.
I don’t think that the Israelis will refrain from striking Lebanon because the Lebanese people stand behind the resistance (i.e. Hezbollah), rather, it will be because “Israel” knows (the realities) in terms of sheer (military) power. What I mean to say is that that Sayyed Hassan (Nasrallah) sufficed himself to the equation that…

…I wanted to leave it to you to explain this matter, because a large portion…
Nasser Qandil:
(Nasrallah) said that (the Iranian fuel-laden ship) was ‘Lebanese territory’, nothing more, but Israel should read into this. You yourselves (i.e. the Israelis) are saying that ‘Sayyed Hassan is provoking you, that he wants a war’. You yourselves are saying that ‘he has a surplus of power, enough (power) for him to launch a war and destroy us, and we don’t want to give him any pretexts’. You are the ones saying that ‘the equation of (Israel harming the people & city of) al-Quds will ignite a regional war (with the Resistance Axis) is an invention…’ – and I’m only telling you what the Israelis are saying – ‘…that was invented by Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah in order to justify going into a confrontation in which he will use this surplus power (of the Resistance Axis) to destroy Israel.
Maintain your sanity! Any attack on this ship will spell the beginning of the war that will end Israel. This [attack] isn’t something that will end with a retaliation on an (Israeli) gas platform (or something of the like). This is something that will be the beginning of…
Host:
You’re trying through this analysis to explain a large portion of something that Sayyed (Hassan Nasrallah) left open for interpretation (during his speech)?…
Nasser Qandil:
I don’t claim to have (confirmed) information around this…
Host:
I only said analysis…
Nasser Qandil:
I’m just saying that if there is a voice of reason among the Israelis, he’d grab those hot-headed (Israeli official colleagues) by the ears, and he’d tell them to sit aside and not get (Israel) involved, (he’d get them) to turn a blind eye to this (Iranian) ship (headed to Lebanon) and let it arrive safely, because this resistance (i.e. Hezbollah) possesses the power, strength, and will to enter into a legitimate confrontation. So do not give it the justification to enter into the war that will destroy Israel and dismantle it.
Heading to (the liberation war) of al-Quds will begin if Israel does something to make going into (such a) war legitimate. And the legitimacy of (such a) war, in terms of the life and death of people, will be morally, religiously, patriotically and humanely unquestionable (if Israel does anything to that Iranian ship).
The billionaires of the USA military-industrial complex are beginning to drool. So many weapons to be sold for a potential new war in the Middle East…
Nonsense. Who are they going to sell to? Israel?
Israel will be crushed and annihilated in a matter of days.
We will see what Israel does regarding the tankers, soon enough.
The annihilation of apartheid israel is right at the top list of priorities to secure the future of the world
Lenard………they’ll be drooling from their death bed. Go Back a reread what’s written above. Game On, as we Irish say. This is no longer an ideolgical fight over long gone biblical lands…..Lebenon has drawn ‘their’ line. Lets see if petit Daved has enough balls, or will they be too busy being ‘reassigned’.
Cheers, M
And they will lose the war and the access to free resources and they will be destroyed and there will be nothing left to eat but their paper money. Thus end the followers of satan.
Triple cheers to that!
“The unprecedented and daring move to ship fuel from Iran directly to Hezbollah was announced days ago by the Lebanese movement’s Secretary General, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.”
With all due respect this is a misstatement. The fuel is for all of Lebanon.
Confidence of Taliban to expell US from Afghanistan, and Iran/Lebanon direct daring of Israel must have strong reason.
Something fundamentaly bad for West is happening right now, as its adversaries smelled blood.
First bet is on imminent economic collapse, but situation is not rosy in many other layers of society.
Actually that statement is accurate, even though i understand why you’d think it’s not. Iran is sending the fuel directly to Hezbollah, and not to the almost completely defunct Lebanese state.
Yes, Hezbollah will then give/sell (if selling, for exponentially less than current market & black market price) the diesel/fuel to all regions in Lebanon (more details on that coming soon from Hezbollah’s leadership as the tanker nears).
Yes for all Lebanon, however the israeli zionist first reasoning will be precisely that the fuel is for the benefit of Hesbollaz terrrorism. And for havanaguilas it makes a difference.
Yes, the fuel to Lebanon can be cast as what it is, namely a humanitarian act to help a people being starved of all necessary life supports. Indeed, if Israel is satanic enough to overcome prudence and to attack the ships, then it will be as Nasrallah says, and it will draw retaliation against Israel. This seems as clear as it can be.
There is often a lot of talk before actual warfare begins, and this talk is not simply bluster to generate morale but also a series of warnings from one side to another. We’ve seen both Iran and Nasrallah edge closer to this brink in recent years and in recent months.
So we shall know soon enough. But as I have noticed, escalation consists of many more thin slices than a Hollywood view of “tough guy” sudden action and immediate resolution. Resistance retaliation would be commensurate with the provocation, with just a little more shock than anyone expected because no one’s thinking is reality-based here as much as that of the Resistance.
This will be the perfect lesson for Israel (and the whole world) to understand that the United States will not come to its aid if it provokes retaliation against itself from a stupid action. Everything has been war gamed by the Resistance – and probably by all sides, actually. So we shall see.
~~
Personally, I bet that the fuel arrives safely in Lebanon. The Israelis will vent their frustration in other theaters, with attacks on Gaza and Syria, perhaps, but even these are becoming increasingly constrained.
We live in the age when the US will be gone from the Middle East, and we live much closer to the time when the Israelis will also depart (and with no Crimea to run to – so it’s back to eastern Europe, and on to South America, where all the failed murderers and thugs go).
Everything follows from these tides of history.
The only entity Israel fears the most is Hezbollah. 2006 taught them a lesson they won’t forget any time soon. Having said that Israel would do something just as symbolic as striking Syrian desert which won’t change nothing on the ground. Lebanon is on the brink of civil destruction which may or may not make Hezbollah weak or strong but it will surely unite the Lebanese behind one goal and that would be to put the end to the mortal antagonize i.e. Israel.
Iran’s help in the form of fuel gives Hezbollah a much needed life line not only to support its people but also gain some important political goals. I only hope Hezbollah with the help of Iran and other like minded nations could escape the dire situation that is quickly becoming a reality for many Lebanese.
Where exactly are these tankers at the moment? Are they coming round the Cape or through the Suez Canal?
