This is standard practice argument in this country, it’s all I hear these days. I don’t get it, either. How do you argue with that? Critical thinking went out of vogue long ago. Also, to think of politics like a football game where we only listen to the coach of our own team. You may never agree with someone from the another clique, even when they hit the ball out of the park. Divide and conquer. They just pulled a bunch of dumb stunts in AZ that made me really wonder if people could be that simplistic and crazy. Well, yes; a substantial group (many of them “helped” with $$$) are, and boy are they vocal.

Not sure which Anon you are but I will take the challenge. I can’t think of a way which makes him more credible than some, if not all, of my neighbors. The only thing that makes him different is that he, like his opponents, is a very rich man from a _somewhat different_ racket (i.e. business) than the very rich men/women DC beltway bandits. Versus a creature entirely made and bought by… well, the campaign donations records are online and public record. Other than that, I can’t think of one, but US elections have been a joke for as long as I’ve been alive, and probably way before that. The question of what makes someone qualified to this job is difficult but if a front-runner has qualified in the last 40 years, let me know! Also, he is a television celebrity, which has nothing to do with his qualifications. Does that make sense?
