Ukraine Yesterday is so hilarious it deserves its own clip.

Here’s an 82-second version I made (it starts at 01:27 of the original):

    Unbelievable comments / statements

better start locating those cold war bomb shelters because of arrogant war mongering idiots like this
    Quote from RT

“Ben Hodges said that supplying Ukraine with lethal aid is going to increase stakes for Russia, accused of helping the rebels in eastern Ukraine militarily, something Moscow consistently denies.

“When [Russian] mothers start seeing sons come home dead, when that price goes up, then that domestic support begins to shrink,” Hodges said, as cited by AP.

That type of subhuman talk is a direct vile and low life threat to try & instigate WW3.
Thanks US, from us here in Europe for your F the EU & F the world attitude.

According to the latest secret reports, the Ukie ZioNazis are switching from despicable Russian tanks T-64B to the formidable Renault FT-17 from NATO supplies! Here is the first photo of a column of these deadly Azov panzers advancing on the retreating Ruskies: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/bb/FT-17-argonne-1918.gif Novorussia is in deep s***…

  5. Blue on March 04, 2015  ·  at 6:52 pm EST/EDT

Well, it’s all obvious to the casual observer now: the US and NATO is waging war on Russia — still proxy, but war nonetheless.

US sending a battalion of troops to Ukraine, sending weapons and supplies, more weapons from NATO, etc., in the open, besides the ‘secret’ stuff being supplied.

So it’s time for Russia to openly send military aid to Novorossia, in response — some of the better stuff they have, including electronics since US equipment has already been captured in Debaltseve. Also good tanks, missiles and artillery, small arms — the works. And make no bones about it — if fact announce it and publicize what they are sending (but revealing no military secrets), and why. Also lay out fairly specifically measures Russia will take directly in response to current and future — no brag; just fact. No surprises if they get their noses punched — they will have been warned. Russia is in a vastly better position to augment Novorossia’s strength, as well as to directly confront NATO in the area.

Of course the MSM will howl and rant. Good! The more they do the more the people in the West will understand how serious this is and how much risk the empire is putting them in with it’s aggressive behavior. Let the MSM make it clear how dangerous Russia is. Let the MSM make clear how much it’s going to cost people in the West to be militarized and suck more money from their economy for imperialism.

So Russia is a big bad bear threatening to attack? Fine — so what are going to do about the big bad bear? Antagonize it further, and refuse to try to handle things in a civilized way? They want cold war? Give them cold war — in spades. M.A.D. spades. US bit it off; now let them chew on it.

Russia has been trying to act as gentlemen and not play those silly games, but the US is forcing them into it, so now the policy must be to win the game, by making strong moves. Confront the bully directly, insist on any diplomatic solutions to be real, and explain in no uncertain terms what the alternative is.

    • Obama on March 04, 2015  ·  at 9:43 pm EST/EDT

I think any weapons in Ukraine against Russia are pretty useless. Like in Syria. They are just laying them bare for Russia to destroy just like Assad’s army destroyed the jihadists in the south. It’s fruitless. Russia will wait it out. Soon the ukies will riseup and then hand ua to russia again like they did crimea.

      • Blue on March 05, 2015  ·  at 12:20 am EST/EDT

The NATO weapons and US troops are to use against Novorossia now. They plan on putting arms (including nuclear and missiles) and troops next to the Russian border later, when all of Ukraine is subjugated. The plan is the Ukrainians won’t be able rise up against Kiev tyrants against US arms, US trained forces, US ‘trainers’, US air power, and mercenaries — as in other countries the US has attacked.

    • Ann on March 05, 2015  ·  at 6:18 am EST/EDT

I think Russia will wait. they are not pro-active when it comes to war. I agree with their strategy. War is nothing to be involved in until the 11.59th hour.

      • Blue on March 05, 2015  ·  at 6:46 pm EST/EDT

War is upon us all now — Russia included. The issue is what the correct moves are, not if moving can be avoided or if the war can be ignored.

Waiting until the last minute results in losing everything, especially when the insane empire interprets every attempt to be civilized as a sign of weakness or lack of resolve.

Here’s what “Minsk 2” (and all other “peacemaking” & “restraint”) was good for: http://russia-insider.com/en/2015/03/04/4100

Hmm, too late for waking up…. Appears that now Mr. Putin *really* can not intervene in Malorussia without triggering WW3… Any analyses … no?

This Aussie voice has to go.

    I want an accent.

    • SanctuaryOne on March 05, 2015  ·  at 6:14 am EST/EDT

Althouh there are slight hints of Aussie, the more prominent accent that modifies the underlyng English is South African. IMO

    • Ann on March 05, 2015  ·  at 6:20 am EST/EDT

I sent a message to their FB page with the same request…the dear original voice. I wonder if he quit or if he was removed.

    • Win on March 05, 2015  ·  at 2:58 pm EST/EDT

I was thinking the same thing. I liked the guy with the accent. His sense of irony and comic timing was spot on. The OZ/NZer/SA doesnt wuite do it for me. Bring the other guy back South Front.

  8. norman broomhall on March 04, 2015  ·  at 8:53 pm EST/EDT

The voice-over fellow has not got a grip on irony . He is unable to express it clearly .. the script is written by the same people , that is plain , but the original fellow could put a sneer into his voice that supported the script . This bloke is just reading it .

    • Joe K on March 05, 2015  ·  at 1:36 pm EST/EDT

The best insult I’ve ever heard went something like this: “…so
boring that whenever he left the room it felt as if someone
      interesting had just walked in.”

The inverse of that, I think, applies to the original narrator. In
other words, he’d be a tough act for anyone to follow. Utterly
      priceless.

Anyways, for my part, I’m going to miss the original narrator like
hell, and try to give the new one a chance to get up to speed.

To his credit, I think his delivery already shows some improvement,
      since his debut.

      All power to the volunteers!

  9. вот так on March 04, 2015  ·  at 9:15 pm EST/EDT

There is that sarcasm I missed. Nice job.

That Ukraine tomorrow bs sounds like it is simply a new department of all the radio free bs the zionazis use to Americanize “ignorant foreigners”.

  10. Anonymous on March 04, 2015  ·  at 10:18 pm EST/EDT

I very much like the new voiceover. Please do not change it. The former illiterate’s “performance” was not for grown-ups interested in information, rather than in americanized junior adolescent low quality shows. There is nothing funny about Russian children dying by scores daily under the Zionist-Nazi shelling. Save comedy for better times.

    • Ann on March 05, 2015  ·  at 6:21 am EST/EDT

      you’re a troll

      • Anonymous on March 05, 2015  ·  at 2:19 pm EST/EDT

You should not call someone a “troll” simply because you disagree with that person’s view.

        • Win on March 05, 2015  ·  at 3:03 pm EST/EDT

We’re not laughing at dead Russlan children. If we were we wouldn’t be on here. We’re laughing st the absurdity of the Ukraine govt. The voice over puts the whole thing in perspective. There are different types of humour, black comedy etc and they all have their place in the scheme of things. Bring the other guy back.

  11. вот так on March 04, 2015  ·  at 11:07 pm EST/EDT

    Maduro has the right idea:

Venezuela Slaps Entry Ban on Bush, Cheney, Says Rights Abusers Not Welcome

“I have decided on a prohibition list for individuals who will not be permitted visas and who can never enter Venezuela, [including] top US politicians who have committed human rights violations. They have bombed the people of Iraq, the people of Syria, the people of Vietnam,” Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro stated in a fiery speech on Saturday, according to Venezuelan news portal Venezuelanalysis.com. “They cannot come to Venezuela because they are terrorists,” the president added.

Other individuals making the list include former CIA head George Tenet, as well as legislators accused of anti-government legislation including Senator Marco Rubio, Senator Bob Menendez, Representative Mario Diaz Balart and Representative Ileana Ros-Lehtinen.

When explaining his decision, Maduro made it clear that the sanctions would not affect ordinary Americans: “You can count on the fact that the people of Bolivar respect the people of the United States, and recognize in you a brother people; these decisions are against the imperialist elite,” the Venezuelan president of the ruling United Socialist Party stated.

Last week Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said that Washington has orchestrated several plots against Venezuela, adding that the opposition is currently plotting a coup with US backing. On Monday, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Delcy Rodriguez stated that the US would have two weeks to pare down its 100-strong Caracas Embassy presence to 17 persons.

And Le Pen at least gets it about the USA:

Marine Le Pen Urges France to Come Out of America’s Shadow

Marine Le Pen, currently one of the most popular politicians in France, has called for a drastic change in French foreign policy.

“We have to bring radical change to the foreign policy of France, now dictated by United States,” she posted on her Twitter on Tuesday.

One of the main aims of Marine Le Pen’s National Front party is to combat the Islamic fundamentalism and radicalism that is posing an ever increasing threat to the world lately. In making her call, Le Pen is seeking Russia as an ally to join the fight against terrorism.

She also expressed the necessity to resume political relations with Syria, which were ended in 2012 when the government of Nicolas Sarkozy recognized the opposition as “the only legitimate representative of Syrian people” and withdrew the French embassy from Damascus at the start of civil conflict.

I don’t know if she realises it yet, but that “Muslim fundamentalism” (like Christian fundamentalism) is an invention of the Israeli-American fascist strategy, and the terrorism it brings is covert ops by the same. Russia recognizes this fully.

Ukrainian crisis news: Hate to nit-pick since you are doing so well but March 4th in English is 3/4/15..OK in Spanish it is 4/3/15 … this could get confusing when you catalog these bits. Humor is fine…maybe deadpan delivery makes a tongue in cheek piece more effective . I think Peter Lavelle on RT Crosstalk program sometimes overdoes going into orbit over obvious stupidities of some of his guests. I am waiting for him to gnash his teeth and rend his garments tear his hair and flop forward in abject disgust any day now.
And I don’t blame him actually.

    • Ann on March 05, 2015  ·  at 6:23 am EST/EDT

any links to this crosstalk ?

    Dear The Saker,

Saw an interesting interview on RT’s Worlds Apart today where Prof. Legvold was interviewed – Colombia Uni. Do you know or have u heard of this guy? I found him to be very patronising and narrow minded. When Oksana tried to say some valid points he would tell her she was wrong or shut her down – how she kept cool was impressive. He showed himself up.

At times he said a few things that seemed fine but it seemed to me he wanted to balme Russia for the failure of the reset and the “current cold war”. He is pushing the view that after this last year it is a cold war. I had a feeling the US has deceided to get their people on to RT to be interviwed – new propoganda drive – and get their message across about how Russia thinks etc. He basically said that Russia misunderstood exceptionalism and saw and called the US an adversary (from all the interviews I’ve heard the RF calls US “our Partners”).

I think we are going to see a lot of this now. Junta papers dragging up MH17 and blaming RF; FU the EU Nuland going on tv full of lies and hate to get more money and arms sent. New news channels owed by the Junta – Ukraine Tomorrow etc. Nemstov murder speculation; the lies and hate is ratching up. This is the drive going forward and notice how everything happens in unison.

    Rgds,

    [Second attempt, w. spelling correction+P.S.]

The CrossTalk show on RT of 2 March 2015 titled “Spinning Russia”, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B0yvnHn2pDY , concluded with a somewhat strange opinion…

The moderator Peter Lavelle posed a rhetorical question: why are the Western European governments pushing for more and more sanctions against Russia, when everybody sees that none of these are changing Russia’s behavior whatsoever? Aren’t they thus pursuing an irrational policy?

Gilbert Doctorow of the American Committee for East West Accord responded “… No, it’s not irrational Peter, sanctions are an alternative to military action …”. He proceeded to say that Merkel hurried with Minsk 2 not because her boys were facing defeat at Debaltsevo per se, but because she was afraid that the Americans would use that defeat as a pretext to expand the conflict into an all-European war. Her championing of more sanctions, he thought, was in hope of dampening the American push for military action, with sanctions serving presumably as a substitute… (Hmm, sanctions against Russia are actually for Russia’s own good… :-))

Be it as it may, in view of the present sending of those 600 American GI-s to Ziobanderastan, we might end with a major war anyway…

    P.S.
The CrossTalk show of 3 March 2015 titled “Ceasefire Holding” to which teranam13 is referring is at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o0xQ7reBX0Q . The new addition to the RT journalistic team, historian Nebojsa Malic, easily dispatched that Fraser Cameron retard from Brussels.
